Any news on updates? Still crashing as always and stopping bots for no reasons.

That's unfortunately the same thing for me here.  Poloniex high load or volume => leonArdo crashing more often (because, I suppose, of weird API responses from Poloniex).
I suppose it is much better than it was a few releases ago, but it is still currently very difficult to use.

The next update - which is hopefully coming within the week as we are currently testing it - should reduce the probability of a crash. It also fixes the memory leak and has CPU optimizations, plus a nice little extra surprise.

Sorry it is taking so long, but it was complicated stuff that affected all areas of the codebase.

Best wishes,
Jonathan

Great - looking forward to that!
And good work, dev team!

While waiting for the update, do you have any tips on settings/what to do to minimize the chance of bots shutting off? It seems to happen every time poloniex lags out for a minute Sad

Oh and also, is there a way to add a personal transaction history on whole exchanges in the toolbars? It'd be nice to see on my second screen every time the program makes a successful buy or sale on Poloniex.

When I try to login with Poloniex API Key/Secret I keep getting this message:

"The private key you gave is not registered to this product"

After that the "Login" button gets disabled and never enables again.

Fun fact is the message shows so fast its impossible it actually hit any server. So I guess this is a client error?

Tried Google but didn't find anything related to this error. Any ideas what the heck does that mean, devs?

If I can't even login in the demo, how am I supposed to test it and throw my money (buy) it?

I don't think you're supposed to log in with your private key for the demo. You don't get a personalized copy until you pay for it.

Thanks for checking out leonArdo!

Just log into one of the demo markets (Demo - Poloniex, Demo - Bittrex etc.). You don't need to submit any keys.

We only allow you to connect to your exchange account when you purchase a leonArdo license Smiley

Best wishes,
Jonathan

Hi,

is it possible to add some kind of bot or function which will do this:

- When last or bid price is less than eg 1000 put buy order at eg 950

I want to put some buy orders on corrections (1 on individal market but in total eg on 20 markets), but when I will do it it is blocking my account with open orders. So it would be fine to have this kind of function. When there is not enough money in the account order will be not placed.

thanks for info and wish you the best

Is this sort of the bot that takes a good trader to a great trader or is it a type of bot that newbies put their coins in it and let it run.

There are some bots out there who gives default strategies that even people who have no idea about coins can put their coins in and just let it run and there are bots out there who you have to put parameters and read the charts and expect coins go up or down and know whats going on (basically be a good trader), which one is this?

Can you tell names of bots which "gives default strategies that even people who have no idea about coins can put their coins in and just let it run"?

Nice idea. We are gathering ideas for new bots and will be releasing a number over the coming months Smiley

Honest review:

Do not buy if your internet connection to exchange is not that great. You will not be able to use leonArdo. OP will refuse to refund in that case.

I bought Ultra license ($179) and have not been able to use the program once. OP blames exchanges while I have no problem with website and other tools relying on API. They may be slower at times, but they still work whereas leonArdo remains stuck. I can only end program from Task Manager once I get it to open. The program requires optimisation for users with a connection that is less ideal.

(I am not looking for any discussions. My intention is to inform potential buyers with bad connection to exchange, since they will undoubtedly get into the same situation. OP has made his unprofessional attitude clear as well, and I am no longer expecting constructive input from him.)

First off I don't know who you are?

If we just recently had an email exchange then you claimed that there has been no issues with poloniex over the last month, only issues with leonArdo. That is plainly not true.

Furthermore, you bought a lifetime license and, if you are who I think you are, you had leonArdo for over a month before you even contacted me? I cannot turn off your copy of leonArdo, so a refund is not possible.

You have the offer, like all our customers do, to switch from Poloniex to any other market we support for free.

I am very sorry for your bad experience, but I am here to try to help in any way I can.

Best wishes,
Jonathan
