Nice price drop considering the increasing difficulty in November, so they will continue selling devices in november.

If you pre-ordered (earlier), it's supposed to be September delivery. If you order now, it's supposed to be some time in October.

Im not one for conspiracy theories, but does the whole update seems reactionary to hashfast? Seems odd to restate hashrate when you don't have a chip, no? Its not like they could have re-engineered the chip after tape-out (since that was done already right?)
KNC doesn't need to think the threat is real to react. If KNC believes that *you* may perceive the threat as real, it must lower its prices to keep you from jumping ship. See Keynesian Beauty Contest. No it's a competitive price response to new entrants. They hardly want to be undercut. I'm simply saying that KNC doesn't have to believe that FastHash is anything more than smoke & mirrors to need to adjust its pricing. If their [potential] customers think FastHash is real, that's enough to warrant a price adjustment.

Is anyone aware of any other company offering hosting service for the Jupiters based in Sweden too other than KnCMiner's hosting?
There was one guy that mentioned something the other week, don't know who he was. Yes, I remember it, I just wonder if there is also someone else offering this sort of service.

Amex Policy within the States is 60 days - which is crap considering how much people rave about Amex customer service. The only card that I have found which has an unlimited dispute window is Discovercard but require documentation. However, it still remains to be seen whether their unlimited dispute promise has any teeth or not.
I just spoke with Discover today, and they said their chargeback/dispute window is 90 days. That's not what I have recorded on audio. I called on June 3rd and they gave me a much different answer. I think he's in the states and you're in the UK? Nope. I'm in the states as well. Florida and sure as shit, they told me they're's no limit on the time to file a dispute. Got it on audio

Sensible stuff. They weren't going to be selling much at all because of the ROI situation in november so they made ROI less difficult and recruited a sales force to get them out while they are still hot. Common sense. The rest is jam IMHO. No pissing about trying to find some cheap raspberry Pi to run the rig, it's all in there. Possible faster rigs to help make a little better return. Over delivery seems possible like the man said. I dare someone to put their ref link in a BFL forum sig

Yup, but that makes sense. The update was less for current customers and more for new customers or ones on the fence. A few hours ago there was a post on here if they should buy from KNC or the others. They were on the fence due to price and now I feel it is a clear choice. Even after they raised the hash rate, KNC mentioned that they are being conservative. Now that other companies have hash rates around 500 per chip and older companies release a 500 GH/s product that only does 475-- letting people know that 400 is the minimum will convert the people on the fence. I loved the update, but I don't think I learned much from it. The excitement is growing and my nerves are calming.

Just great. Now we're all going to be spammed with referral links everywhere. Think of this a different way. This will give group buys an edge. You can buy 10 units, get 1 free and the free one supports all the operational costs. Users can get 100% of their hashing funds.

I just hope 100GHS is stlil enough to be a player in the game come the end of October when our unit is proposed to ship. Anyone? Also, slightly off topic again, what's the best profitability calculator you've used, or do you have your own? Predictions on the next difficulty level, it has to happen very soon, or now, doesn't it?

I just read the newsletter and the news posted here, if they will deliver units that hash higher than 400GH/s AND early this will practically turn them into legends around here .
