Hey Marto,

If you could share slightly more information to set peoples mind at ease might be good and calm people down. We all understand delays, But maybe once ever couple working days you could come on here and post exactly what order date you have shipped between the last update and the time you make the post.

Something in the form of:

Hi postage update for the 4/01/2014

Posted all orders made on 1/12/2013
-------------------------------------

Hi postage update for the 7/01/2014

Posted all orders up to and including the 5/12/2013
----------------------------------------------------

Something like that small of an update will put a lot of people at ease. Most of your updates are very indecisive. If we have learnt anything from previous unmentioned companies indecisive is a very very bad thing for your reputation. Wink

Thanks and we all hope to see your company improve through out the new year.

Tyler.

Hi!
I have been trying to get a board working on my laptop (win7) but no luck so far.
edit: no LED is lighting up on the board the board is being powered by a corsair rm750 is this correct??

I have received the tplink router with technobit firmware and tomorrow I want to connect four boards to it.
Does anyone have a tutorial for how i should do this?
Do i have to change the fan that is supplied with boards?

Too bad if win 7 not working with you because it's the easiest way.

The TL-MR3020 come with ip 192.168.0.99. You need to configure password, ssh , date , time, timezone, then cgminer configuration or network if you want.
Do it all slowly, wait until all saving process done before closing browser tab.

The FAN is the best available now so no need to change unless you really need to.

Hi, I got an HEX16A by mistake instead of the HEX16A2 (btw, still waiting for an answer from technobit on this), but the green led only lights up when the board is hashing.
Not sure it's the same on hex16A2.

First, check in the device manager that the usb->com thing is detected and the driver installed. you can install it manuelly from there.

Also, try to restart the computer after adding the board the first time and installing the .inf file. One of the inf files doesn't work on my computer.

And try to put the same values that someone that have a working board with screenshots here.
On my computer, it's com3 or COM5. Default port speed is 9600, but you might want to check in the device manager and maybe change the value in device manager and/or hexminer.

I'll soon go the tplink route too. looks easy enough. I've seen one post here on how to update and set it up.

Still waiting for 4 HEX16A2 boards ordered on 1st of December. Advertised as 3-4 weeks from payment, if you look at the delay for people who ordered from BFL, it's not that bad to have 1 or 2 weeks delay, especially at this time of the year.
Of course, if it affects ROI, but if BTC goes up crazy like it did 2 monthes ago, We'll ROI even if the boards are 1 month late, and if BTC crashes tomorrow, most of us will never ROI, even if we received the boards within 3 weeks after payment.

But I agree that Marto could make less promises, do better customer service and that the informations on shipped or scheduled shipping could be better.
Let's hope that these are Technobit new year's resolutions.

I just wanted to chime in and say that I'm still waiting to hear something about my 10 Chili boards.

The website says "Shipment up to 4 weeks after reciept of your chips".  Tracking shows they received my chips on 04-December.

I sent a forum PM and a message in my order history page on the website asking what's going on, and have not received a response.

Undecided  Huh
