Same happened me. I transferred ETH from trade account to main account and my balance become 0.
After half an hour my balance become normal.

i waited 4 days  my ETH withdrawal in pending status but today all my withdrawal was canceled and now ETH withdraw temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance/ WTF? I work on the stock exchange for 3-4 months, but the first time I faced this

All transactions are being sent through this address only and they add a minimal fee of 130 sats/byte which is why transactions are stuck for days. They charge us 0.0009 BTC and can't even add a proper fee unlike other exchanges that add 400 sats/byte. They need to start increasing their network fee now.

Very Sammy.... Eventually all those transactions with super low fees will be automatically cancelled out of mempool  and sent back to Exchange.

Unfortunately there is no BTC police!  I hope something is done about this.  They need to be shut down NOW before they scam more people.

Same story for me :

- They cancelled the ETH Transaction after 48 Hours
- They make big warning that ETH can take up to 4 weeks
- Forcing me to convert all my ETH to BTC so I can withdraw from BTC "without warning"
- To finally request BTC Withdraw more than 2 hours ago that is still ..... not processed

When I first request my ETH I was supposed to get 32,000 USD
Now I have BTC worth 30,525 USD

And if BTC go down, I'm screwed even more.... thanks HitBTC !

Try converting to LTC. It's faster and cheaper. Network doesn't have that much congestion. So It's smooth. Confirmations are fast too.  Personally, I like it. You guys can try that too. Never hurt to try something new.

Today I have another problem with account page and balance. I cant see my Main Account balance and only Trading Account. I try to transfer from Trading to Main but my coins are missed.
At one opened tabs in browser I can see my Main account balance. So I try to withdrowal and got message:
