I was more interested in your opinion whether mma should be paid more or as boxer, or not? Jon Jones is trying to get a bigger check for his fight against Ngannou. Ngannou is complaining that youtuber has earned 20m$ for 8 rounds of sparring with Floyd. Costa is saying that he is a big star, people want to see him fight so he deserves a bigger cheque, and he is not going to fight if he is not getting paid much more.

Ok, so first and foremost, Costa is fucking delusional. Outside MMA fans most people think it's just a brand of coffee. Eyeballs on the screen and asses on the seat are what gets you paid. Should there be an increase in fighter's pay in general? Yes. Should more prominent fighters like JJ, Conor, Khabib get more. Yes, but they bring something to the table in exchange. Ngannou is not there yet. Piotr Yan is not there yet. Jan Blachowitz is not there yet.

I am seriously thinking of throwing few satoshis on Nate Diaz to win against Leon Edwards just for fun and I could get more than five time return of my money.

Good decision. Noticed that odds are strange in this fight. Diaz is a huge underdog. I'm amazed to realize how low bookies evaluate Diaz today. Maybe due to Edwards haven't lost since 2015, and Diaz being a win-lose-win-lose aka average statistics fighter.

However, Diaz has a great stamina. It is hard to knock him out (he survived top form of McGregor punches). He has weird striking stile and likes to BJJ. If he trains well for this fight and wont be lazy weed smoking ass, you will earn easily

Ok, these guys knows how to sell the fight and paying them millions is reasonable. You've mentioned Costa. He has earned 380k in his last fight. Was this fight spectacular? No doubt. Would UFC bosses pay him millions? I don't think so. They run much more events than there are top level fights in boxing. If every UFC fighter puts a bar of "I will fight for 500k and no less", then organization would simply go bankrupt.

I would watch and would pay them both well. But I would skip or definitely pay hundred thousands for a Drew Dober vs. Brad Riddell fight for example But guys like this (card fillers) point on how much boxers earn and complain for being paid less.

As I'm following Paulo Costa, I will throw some examples by him:

Dober will face another lightweight fighter Brad Riddell on the 12th, and this fight will present an exciting fight, especially since we know that Dobber has just lost to Makhachev who incidentally is a fighter who has a fighting style like Khabib and I think Riddell is also one of the fighters who has high enough stamina and fighting power in winning a fight and is proven by still holding a 3-0 record throughout the fight in the UFC event.
Of course it will be a tough fight for the dobber, but of course anything is possible in the octagon

The UFC gave a long rope to Conor McGregor and he was able to control and dictate things and now Dana White and the UFC is not willing to give the fighters the power, if not Jon Jones which everyone considers to be the best fighter in history will be waiting out waiting for a pay hike to move up a division and if Paulo Costa thinks that he needs to be compensated coming out after a loss then he will sit out for a long time as well  .

The trashtalk ending in Nigerian and Italian between Israel Adesanya and Marvin Vettori was very funny hehehe. Israel appears to become silent when Marvin mentions the strange swelling on Israel’s nipple implying use of steroids.

My predictions will be Israel because of steriods use hehe. Brandon Moreno because Deiveson Figueiredo appears to be not calm and ready in mind. Leon Edwards because Nate Diaz might only want his money hehehe.

Men, I know the highlight is on Adesanya-Vittori and Figueiredo-Moreno but I wasn't expecting a reserved Nate. I mean this is the Nate that sells fights. Israel Adesanya VS Marvin Vettori

I really think that Jan Blachowicz fight is the reason why Adesanya is facing Vettori again, I think Marvin Vettori is a great fighter to test something, and that heated interview with Michael Bisping I don't like the way Marvin Vettori said that he thinks he won their first match because in fair viewpoint on their last match Adesanya really won that, I think Adesanya is readying again to get another shot in other division and aim to try something on Marvin Vettori that is my take on this I think that Israel Adesanya has up his game with his takedown defense so I will surely bet for Israel Adesanya at stake.com

Deiveson Figueiredo VS Brandon Moreno

This is a continuation of their first fight and even though the match was a Draw I think that Deiveson Figueiredo was done a great job than Moreno the only thing that throws that first match to a draw was due because of the eye poke and the Groin strike on round 3 if that does not happen Deiveson Figueredo had won this, But I got to have respect to the assassin baby he got one nasty determination and getting on with it even though he had been badly hurt with Figueiredo's power strike, but my take is Deiveson Figueiredo winning this by decision.

Leon Edwards VS Nate Diaz

I think this is another great fight Leon Edwards has great boxing then suddenly good at grappling at kicking and definitely good at poking as well, well no pun intended but this is due to the Mohammed fight but in the case of Nate Diaz I really think that Nate will have a hard time with Leon Edwards that is an all rounder and is great at eye pokes so Nate Diaz could have running for his money here I really think that all indicator for Nate Diaz winning this is super slim in my opinion, Leon Edwards is the kryptonite for Diaz, I really like Nate Diaz but this is a hard fight for him so I will go with Leon Edwards The eye poke master.

I disagree, and thought Moreno actually did really well, and even without the eye poking, and groin striking incidents, the fight was a close one, and could have really gone either way. I remember saying that this is probably the fight of the year at the time. It was a fantastic fight, and I'll be rooting for Moreno to take this.

I'm actually fancying the underdogs this fight night. I actually think that Moreno, and Diaz might take the wins here, with Adesanya taking the win over Vettori. So, here's my main event predictions:

Nate Diaz (decision)
Moreno (decision)
Adesanya (TKO)

Vettori if he gets the takedowns could take the win over Adesanya, I'm just not convinced he will, and will get knocked out or hurt while trying to shoot for the legs. Adesanya is probably one of the best throughout all the divisions at managing distance.

This is generally the case for everything. You can either become a master of something or be a more rounded, jack of all trades type fighter. Edwards is alright, and Diaz is an absolute warrior much like Ferguson. I don't think we will see a stoppage either way in the fight, I think it'll go to a decision regardless who actually gets the decision. I do think, Diaz will take it home though, but that really does depend on how much damage he wears. I've noticed the last few weeks the scorecards have been a little questionable, so I'm hoping for some sound judging, and a good weekend of fighting without too much drama because of the judges.

Yes! Moreno did pretty well and a tough one to crack but I think that Moreno is just hanging on, Deiveson Figueiredo still have many more points back than just because of the penalty his score was subtracted, and I think from that low blow penalty he received he then shifted gear to be cautious of doing another penalty and I think that is hard in his part,

But Adesanya will truly win this that is for sure I could feel it in my bones that history will repeat itself for the Adesanya VS Vettori fight, I think that Israel Adesanya is cooking something up.

No Edward is not an expert I say that he can surely do anything, did I say it wrong? anyway, I still think that Leon Edwards is one tough fighter that even Nate Diaz pretty much will have a hard time figuring out, and if this fight will not end in a doctor's stoppage it will end in a draw with an eye poke!  just kidding.

To late for him to switch. He is 30. He does not have time to build a good record to get big fights He is not good at boxing.
He will end like Jon Jones, except having as much money as Jones has He has already missed his chance to become champ. It will take years for a second attempt. But if he continues to care only about money, it will take even more years. He is not as big star as JJ is. UFC can wait till his contract ends and will not prolong it Stupid Costa. He is not in a position to argue with UFC

^  Bottom line, he wouldn’t make any serious money giving out performances like he did vs Adesanya.  It was his chance but he blew it.  Adesanya is my guy but I think Vettori is gonna do way better.
