We just saw some beautiful falling wickets after lunch since the Indian bowlers are on fire right now. The spell from Bumrah after lunch is absolutely magical. Changed the match within a few overs. Such a classic Test match. India's fastest bowler to 100 wickets in Tests. It will take two more wickets for India to win.

Moeen Ali is gone for a duck and the match is turned upside down after lunch .

They lost the third wicket for 141 runs. And they lost their sixth wicket for 147 runs. Such an unprofessional performance could not be expected from the England team. Full credits to India and the bowlers, from England reaching a century partnership for the first wicket and then to come back from that position and pick 7 wickets is incredible and India changed the match in a session and they are winning matches outside India in a dominant fashion is incredible.

This has been a big turn around in the match by the Indian bowlers. Initially when the England 4th innings started, i was favoring the Indian team but then the initial batting performance by the England openers changed my mind and i thought England may win this, but i was wrong.

The big question now is whether England will be able to save their wickets in this last session and save the match.

One more wicket and India wins the match, if the Indian batsman could score runs then the rest will be taken care by the bowlers and even with the team shuffling its bowlers they are able to dominate the opposition is incredible and they have the best bowling line up in world cricket. England lost the game in the same way as they did it in the second test of this series. It was the last day of the game. England had all of their wickets remaining, but their batting lineup collapsed again. England could easily make it a draw if their batsman played with responsibility.

Congratulations to the Indian team. All they need to do now is to draw the last match. A win would be even better and make it 3-1. The difference this time was the stellar display by the Indian lower order batsmen. The middle order failed completely (including Pant, Rahane and Jadeja), but the lower order added crucial runs in all the matches so far. The England bowlers allowed emotions to overcome them and were ineffective against the lower order Indian batsmen. This was the main difference between India and England.

Is anyone else discovered the outcome magical! After India's epic second innings, things are just happening. The win is not an accident, rather it is a collaboration between the Indian batsman and bowlers. The batting momentum of England was threatened by the bowling attack of Bumrah and Umesh Yadav. So that's it. Congratulations to team India on their well-deserved victory.

LOL.. it has happened multiple times in this series for England. And this time, they had a lead of 100 runs in the first innings, but wasted that completely when India came to bat for the second time. The England bowlers just can't find a way to get the lower order Indian batsmen dismissed cheaply (especially Shardul, Mohammed Shami.etc). In the second innings, at one point India was struggling at 312/6. The lead for India was 213, and no one expected them to get a lead of more than 250. But the partnership between Rishabh Pant and Shardul Thakur changed everything.

After a poor performance in the first inning, their comeback in the second inning is admirable. Every batsman on the team has tried to play well. And then they collected a huge one in the second inning. Moreover, the performance of their bowlers is commendable. It is mainly for them that India has been able to win. And England's first wicket pairing played very well. Since then, the Indian bowlers have not given a chance to any England batsman to partner. This is the only reason India has been able to win.

However, the future outcome of the match cannot be predicted when two strong teams play against each other. Any miracle can happen at any time in the match. It would not be surprising if England won this match.

This might've got turned to be the match of England, because England lost its first wicket on 100. Further it has lost 9 wickets for 110 runs. None could've predicted this match to turn this way. Also they've got the home ground advantage. We don't know what exactly made the batsmen end with such worse performance. From the bowling side everyone gace the best and thats the reason for this match winning.

I disagree. I expected a lead of 300 due to the top order batting performances and some others expected a lead closer to 350. However, I do agree with you regarding Pant and Thakur's partnership changing everything.

We don't know what exactly made the batsmen end with such worse performance. From the bowling side everyone gace the best and thats the reason for this match winning.

Didn't you watch England's recent batting performances? They have consistently proved that they are over-dependent on Root and some of them only perform now and then. The reason India won this match is due to the combination of their batting and bowling units.

India is the best team in Test cricket for the past few years, they went to Australia and despite having a terrible first match and with a depleted team due to injury they turned to series upside down and won the series even without having the best playing eleven and they are continuing that same performance in England. If India can win touring Australia and England, India can literally beat any team touring.

I thought Shardul Thakur will be the Man of the match as he played an instrumental part in this match with the bat and ball in India winning the match.
