Bitcoin mining today is done with ASIC hardware, there is no profit for PC based mining.
Old usb mining ASIC stick with 300MHs hash rate is
useless.Proper hardware today is in a terahash scale.
If you just want to try mining as a hobby with a USB ASIC stick, then I would suggest you Gekkoscience 2Pac stick, see here
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1718358.0why is there no profit for PC based mining ?
i'm new to this and looking for more information , i find a few but most of them said it is profitable ?
i actually want to invest in to a new GPU maybe decide later, Should I. (if i do what would you suggest)
Thanks
Ok, I thought I was clear, but here goes again:
In Bitcoin mining, there is no profit for PC based mining. It is done with ASIC hardware.
Alternative cryptocurrencies like Ethereum, Zcash .... are a different story.
Those coins
can be mined nicely with high-end graphics cards PC setup.
