However you should analysic and create order when you confirm this order can helps you ratio earning profit higher than the loss. Because if you set ratio loss = profit or loss > profit, the risk when you trading is wrong with the general rules trade. |

I just wanted to know that,what amount of risk is there in investing in bitcoins.
Right now i am planning to buy btc approx 3-4 btc and just hold them as i guess the price of bitcoin will increase in future and i will get some good profit.But i want to know what is the risk involved.Can bitcoin price decrease and is this right time to buy the bitcoin.
Basically, there's no other way to find out the precise amount of risk. That would depend in the individuals I think. Aside from that, You don't need to tell us here of how much bitcoin that you are going to buy, it sounds like that you are only boasting. I think it is enough to say that you are going to buy a huge of bitcoin. Then, since bitcoin was volatile it is normal in trading whether the value increase or decrease just whatever happen it is both opportunity to be called for us. Correct, it's depend on your decision if you can do trading with smart may be i can said there is no risk invest on bitcoin because you know what you must do sell when the price down and you will sell bitcoin when you already get a profit even though a little. |

In simple words, emotional people are not allowed to do the investment in the bitcoin. The market is not risky but it is very unstable and fluctuates up and down a lot. Bitcoin as we saw during the hard fork went all the way down o 1800 USD. In this period there were two kinds of people, one who took the opportunity to buy more bitcoins as they knew its going to benefit them in the month or so and there were another group who sold everything they had in the form of bitcoin out of fear that they will loose the money. So one who bought at that period are enjoying the benefits at 2x times earlier and the other group is regretting why they sold. These kinds of situation may arise and you must know this before you invest in it. |

I do not know any correct answer about this.Because the Bitcoin project has been doing business for the last few years.They have developed a lot in this.So you think.
There's no certain amount of risk if you are going to invest in bitcoin. In every type of investment there's an appropriate risk that you will be taking. But there is only one thing that you need to remember upon investing. Just like the famous word here in forum that invest what you afford to lose. I would go an extra mile if it's about investing in Bitcoins. Why ? My guts tell me to do so and they have never betrayed me. I totally depend upon them when it comes to make a decision. It does not mean I have not faced failures but all were blessing in disguise. They say “The best view comes after the hardest climbs." It is hard to take risk, and to be very honest not too risky in this case, but it's worth it. |

I don't think that there is an huge risk in investing in bitcoins as if you would have invested in it last year and if you would have hold your coins till this point then you would have made huge profits and it goes same for coming years too so invest in it and wait for the right time without getting panic and you will make good money out of it. |

In my opinion, it's not an extremely high risk investment but not a low one either. It's somewhere in the middle. It's also depending on the period you are planning to invest, currently, the price had quite a few pumps, while I was quite considerate if it was safe to buy at $2900, now it's at $4000 in just a few weeks.
For me there is no risk in bitcoin investment because the bitcoin ia very potential in the market. If you invest your money to the bitcoin, for sure you will gain a big amount of profit. Nope I think investing in bitcoin has risks, the risks to investing in bitcoin vary greatly depending on your knowledge, level of patience, skills, etc. It is possible for newbie investment risk will be greater because they do not have any special knowledge about bitcoin. Example case when price goes down, maybe newbie will panic and sell their bitcoin then loss. Different from users who already have more knowledge |

There is risk in everything in life. I think as an investment Bitcoin does really well with the risk vs reward. If it didn't we wouldn't all be here now wild we. Long before when bitcoin is around 90k I have read similar post. If only they have invested a lot that time they have profited and will profit more a lot today. I think the risk is when bitcoin disappear which is nearly impossible. If you have fear then only invest what you afford to lose. If bitcoin price decrease then hold. Hold a lot for a very long time. The btc supply is only limited and as more people know about it it became more limited. Demand increase, with low supply. The price increase. |

The problem with people is that they keep saying to their selves that bitcoin is too expensive and not looking at the bigger picture that bitcoin value is growing each year. |

Every investment has advantages and risks .. if you want to invest bitcoin maybe you can do with ease. You just need to savor the bitcoin and hold it until bitcoin prices rise. Maybe if you talk risk .. in bitcoin investment, bitcoin price can not you prediction .. sometimes up or down. When the price goes down you will get a loss .. but i think you will not sell your bitcoin. So the risk will remain in minimize.
