If you are on windows, start->run-> "ipconfig /flushdns" (without quotes) and then in your navigator press Ctrl-F5 in bitcoin.cz page to reload from site and not from cache

The Ctrl-F5 works fine in Firefox. May be your ISP/DNS provider didn't update the DNS record to point to new IP.
Try puting an aleatory character in URL as GET parameters like mining.bitcoin.cz/?renew. This will be interpretated for firefox as new page, and not load it from cache

Slush can i ask for 1 more thing, can you change our LUCK at finding blocks,

4 hour block, now, 5 hour block an hour before that and another 5 hour at the start of the day.

Slush is down to 5%. No PPS is hurting it in my opinion. I tried both on BTC Guild and PPS is much more lucrative than PPLNS (I know Slush is different with SCORE). No wonder BTC Guild has started defaulting new workers to PPLNS.

I will be back to Slush when it stabilizes.

Stratum mining doesn't support namecoin, so it's a bit obsolete here.

The more miners that stay with Slush, the more likely our luck will change for the better (more miners = more chance to find a block).

This 5% you speak of is a very poor number to quote right now. It is from blocks found in last 24hr. Also recovering from hack and ultra bad luck on the day.

At 7.5 Thash/s, pool is still easily 10-12% of total hashing power of the network.

Incidentally, the miners who stick by Slush during outages/hacks/ddos  get really nice fat payouts when all the knock-knees and fraidy-cats head for other pools

Seriously, for a couple years now I would just set my miners and then forget them.  I don't touch them unless something breaks.  If there is a problem with the pool, they may stop submitting shares, but slush is always right on top of things, and as soon as the pool comes back online, so do my miners.  I normally don't even know there was a problem until after it has been resolved.

Unfortunately, you can't consider Slush as being PPS as the payout is based on luck. But I was only making an observation in general between PPS and PPLNS systems from a pool that is consistent on the difference in payout bewteen the 2 methods. I was averaging around 0.06 BTC/day with PPLNS and almost 0.1 with PPS!

Not tying to dis-credit Slush in anyway.

Heya slush, several users are popping into IRC, stating that Confirmed/unconfirmed stats are not updating yet.  I don't know if this is a known issue, but I am seeing it on my own stat's page too.  Only estimated stats for current round looks to be working correctly.

Pool is in normal operation, delayed payouts will be processed in the afternoon (UTC).

Which might mean any time from 12:00 to 23:59 UTC, a timespan of about 12h. It was just this month we saw the BTC price drop 60% in less than 6 hours...

I can assure you, you posting about it isn't going to speed things up.

Slush has to do his due diligence before he lets payments fly.  

Otherwise he could always just say screw it, anti wants his payment now so he can sell off a few quick btc while the market is hot.  Then when things get screwed up and hundreds of btc end up in the wrong place it's not his problem right?

If somebody has a lot of BTC unpaid by the pool and it has been delayed without reason, one might be very angry (and at the extreme track down and sue Slush for financial damages!?) if they lose a lot due to the holdup. Not his problem right? Fortunately, today the BTC value has not dropped much more than a percent at any small period so far. So lets hope for the best...

Its not that I'm ungrateful towards Slush for trying to sort this mess out - quite the opposite. I was just pointing out the problem that even small delays in payments might have catastrophic results for users.

I suggest the minimum payout value be capped to minimize pool liability in case coins do get lost. This would somewhat lower the risk huge damage claims. Of course this would only help for coins mined in the past and not for coins mined during the time payments are not processed.
