I'm having a horrible time performing a USD withdrawl from Kraken. 1. Two months ago, set up bank, send test wire for $15. Wire goes through no problem. 2. Two nights ago, sell some BTC for USD, try to wire balance out to same bank, same setup. 3. Transaction sits in PENDING status for 12 hours. Then switches to FAILURE status. 4. No explanation or further information in details. 5. Yesterday morning, try again. New transaction, same amount, same bank. 6. Transaction sits in pending for 4 hours. 7. Open support ticket. 8. No response to ticket for 6 hours. 9. Reach out to twitter team. 10. Get automated response from twitter account about connectivity and performance issues. 11. See escalation form on that account. 12. Last night, escalate ticket using form. 13. This morning, get a "we've assigned your ticket, please wait" response. 14. This afternoon, log in to check account. 15. The cash balance is showing up in my available balance, so I know the second wire failed. 16. I cannot *see* the failure, however, because, now, ALL ACCESS TO DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL functionality seems to have been terminated on my account. When I go to Funding tab, get message "Feature Disabled - This feature is not currently available." 17. Send all this information back to Twitter team. 18. Get same automated response about performance issues (What? This is not a "performance" or a "connectivity" issue, it's a WITHDRAWAL issue!) 19. Response tells me to escalate ticket again. 20. Add all information to ticket. Re-escalate ticket. Go hunt for a sedative.
I still can't get my USD funds out, I still can't tell why the wires failed, and I still can't get to anyone who can help.
In a panic, I am posting here, since there seem to be people here who know how to handle these things, and since I appear to be all out of sedatives.
Any advice, anyone? Thanks in advance!

Not sure if I did that right, my ticket number is 856784. And now I've got a new message, which seems just as wrong. Now when I go to Funding->Withdraw I see this: "This action is not available for tier level 3. Your current funding tier level (3) is insufficient for this functionality. Please further verify your account to increase your tier level and funding limits." Hoping for the best!!!

So after the fiasco I outlined above, and after sending my ticket number, I heard nothing back on any channel. Throughout the afternoon, I kept trying. Later this afternoon, I was able to access my account again, and, for the third time, initiate a wire transfer. The transfer went to INITIATED - and then PENDING - and not ten minutes after that, Kraken wrote back to me and said this: Your transactions are failing as our wire processor has locked your bank node. They do not give us a reason as to why your node is locked but this functionality is not available to you anymore. You can withdraw and/or deposit using crypto. Can they do that? Why would this possibly happen? Has anyone had this happen to them? Is there any way to get this fixed? Because now my funds are stuck in a CANCELLATION REQUESTED state, and I have no access to them at all. And we're talking about around $9,000! Is that money gone forever now? How could this happen? Does anyone have any insight here?

So after everything today, here's what has happened with Kraken since.
20. Add all information to ticket. Re-escalate ticket. Go hunt for a sedative. 21. Get response here on this board from Kraken-Septimus asking for ticket number. 22. Post ticket number. 23. No word back from here, or twitter, or on ticket. 24. Keep trying throughout day. 25. Late afternoon, am finally able to get Withdrawl screen to come up. 26. Initiate third withdrawal attempt, same bank and configuration as before. 27. Transaction goes to PENDING 28. Ten minutes later, get email from Kraken-Andrew telling me that my ability to withdraw fiat currency is permanently terminated, for no reason. 29. NO REASON? Just terminated? 30. Attempt to cancel latest transfer. Status is CANCELLATION REQUESTED. 31. Transaction still stuck there. 32. Put all this information back into ticket. 33. Re open and re-escalate ticket for the third time. 34. Late evening. Now unable to get to *any* withdrawal screens at all. All attempt to click on Funding, Funding/Withdraw or Funding/Deposit now report "Feature Disabled. This feature is not currently available."
Has nobody encountered anything like this from Kraken before? Is there nothing else to be done? I went through all the steps for Tier-3 Verification, only to be cancelled for no reason? And where is my currency now? How long with this cancellation request take? Does anyone have any ideas here?

I'm hoping Kraken-Septimus comes back to this thread soon, because my problem isn't resolved -just changed to a different problem - and I still need help. Of course, everyone has to sleep, but I hope Kraken-Septimus comes back soon... Glen

my account is disabled for 10 days now. "Hacking" issue has been solved and I sent all the required security information. Could you please enable my account again?
Ticket numbers are: 822071 & 840678 (2nd one I opened after I didnt receive any support for around 1 week...)

I had previously set 2FA for withdrawals and trading, as well as the "Global Settings Lock" (I didn't remember that). To remove 2FA, I am asked to enter a "Master key", which I lost if I ever had it. Can you please assist? I can prove I am the legitimate account owner by any means. My ticket number is 859595.
