Here you go mate, straight from their "Legal and Privacy":
9.3 Errors. In the event of an error, whether via our Services, in a purchase order confirmation, in processing your purchase, or otherwise, we reserve the right to correct such error and revise your purchase transaction accordingly (including charging the correct price) or to cancel the purchase and refund any amount received. Your sole remedy in the event of an error is to cancel your purchase order and obtain a refund of any amount charged.
And Kraken denies to take responsibility for those types of error, and they dont give a refund if it was their error. We have dozen of occasion where the fault was caused by Kraken's trade engine. Ranging from not being able to cancel orders for hours and then having the trade taking place, going through all types of possible errors of not being able to place etc. up to double placements of positions directly caused by Kraken's system upon a single placement call. We have never received a refund. This shows that even if one has rights to error correction according to their own ToS, they do not care. And upon pointing them to their ToS they just ignore you. It's that simple for them. This is typical SCAM-behavior. Btw, any news on that so called "all-problem-solving" trade engine? Or was this just the typical Kraken farce to say it will be released in the first 2 weeks of December 2017? Anyhow, it is best to do what Kraken's CEO suggested in case one does not like Kraken. Leave the platform and trade somewhere else. And yet people do nothing about it, they just complain on forums like here or reddit or twitter, nobody is willing to take legal actions, people just hope for their problems to be mgically solved by god himself, it's pretty clear for me that they will never refund users accounts even if it was clearly their fault, you have no idea how horror is my experience, in my case it will be a no brainer win lawsuit, the user iCoinWatch proposed here a class action lawsuit, I think it's the right thing to do in a normal society, you guys just complain here/reddit/Kraken's twitter without actually doing anything, if they don't feel legal repercussions pressure they don't care about returning our money, I am starting to blame Kraken a little bit for other reasons though, they should steal from you guys more often, you seem to deserve/enjoying it. For people who are willing to do something about it I will repost the telegram link where users can get togeter and find a legal way of solving our problems: https://t.me/joinchat/GVnVNhCKgKIH6gLeOuGF2AWe dont expect them to solve anything anymore. However, we cannot just let them continue scamming this forum with their lies without warning new/other people. And no we dont trade there anymore, however we will keep reminding them that there are unsolved cases. I don't trade there anymore also but what do I do with the money that were lost strictly due to kraken's poor trading platform? They literally opened a position for me (I have proves of everything I am saying here, I sent them print screens and everything, I am still waiting for a reponse from them for 12 days now, until now all I received were automated responses and the responses of some PR employees who are reassuring me that Kraken specialits are looking into my problem), they could as well taking the money from my account directly, same thing. I am not willing to let this go and just complain on social media, I will also do this in order for the newcomers to be aware of what they are geting into but I will also take legal actions after the official response from Kraken team will come. I am pretty sure they will offer me some trading fees discounts - it's like a policy they have from what I understood from other users but I need a complete refund of the money that were lost due to the position that was taken by Kraken with my money (nothing less, nothing more).

I don't know why other (larger) exchanges can work properly, and kraken can't seem to get their act together. It's like they run their exchange on an old Pentium II.
Yesterday I spent two hours doing two coin withdrawals, not because the account is locked or anything. I just had to put up with Cloudflare error, operation temporarily disabled error, info unavailable error, upgrade tier error (thou I am at max and it said I am max), nonspecified error (red rectangle with no text), perhaps there was an error error, server error error nothing to display error, form expired error and finally I was able to withdraw. Two hours instead of 5 minutes.
Then I'm trying to trade (unfortunatelly they have a pair that it's not easily available elswhere) and the same errors keep piling up. Just how hard it is to get their act together and make their service available? It's baffling for how long has this been going on. Is the hardware so expensive that they can't afford to allocate more?

I'm actually very surprised they managed to get $160M in trade volume of the BTC/EUR pair in the last 24h. I can't even get a single order placed. They were annoying to use in September, but now they just plain useless.

@ Kraken
Deposit shows successful in History since hours (SEPA deposit), but the EUR Balance is still not updated... probably it's not only my case
Please check your system and release the amounts to the balances
Hi ARTHurt. If you haven't already, please open a ticket here and escalate that ticket using this form. Thanks for your patience. @Kraken Balance finally updated back then, with hours delay and today, just now it happens again. I clearly have Success on my latest deposit, still the balance is not updated. It's definitely from your side, please check the services behind... quick, I'm wasting trading opportunities Thanks,

Perhaps they prioritize some API users (I understand that some local exchanges act as kind of their distributors and transparently forward transactions) or perhaps that Cloudflare thingy is more hurting than helping and perhaps they have a distributed cloud architecture and simply don't care about some regions of the world and allocate few resources. I've noticed that darn Cloudflare always forwards me through the same regional node. Maybe there are regions that actually work properly?

The solution could be a as simple as reversing the polarity. Who knows...

Yeah, site has become pretty unusable to me. Shame, because it's the only exchange I've had any success with and Coinbase was an absolute nightmare and I really don't even want to attempt to sell there again.

Is there some kind of estimate on when something usable will be rolled out?
First week of December. Jesse Powell (CEO) made a reddit post about it. But currently Kraken is a black hole for money. I sent some btc to it hoping to sell, but it's now completely impossible to trade (earlier it was possible if you just made enough attempts). And withdrawing to sell at another exchange doesn't work either. I would recommend not sending ANY money to it until the problems are fixed.

Tomorrow is Friday. For us, this is as expected. Just empty promises by Kraken. The only thing they are good at is luring in people to their SCAM. It would be no surprise if the only improvement they worked on was how they could scam their customers even better. Best first thing to do, leave this platform. Next step, consider & take steps of legal actions against these Scammers.

I'm also considering leaving kraken for now. Their service is completely unusable. I've had my share of problems, but now I'm fed up. Bye, Kraken.

Hello all, some time I didn't came here as I wasn't using the site. With current prices though I decided to sell some coins and withdraw fiat. I used Kraken because this is the site I have sent all fiat for years, so if I withdraw from them, it's simpler to explain to tax authorities.
I managed to sell 2/3 of what I planned, at the price I planned or higher, so I'm pretty satisfied with that. It took me a couple hours to put up 3 simple orders though, a nightmare.
Today I'm trying to withdraw fiat, something I have done before so I know my tier is right, my bank account is right, etc. Between two clouflare errors I get either a red square in the middle of the page, or a message saying my Tier is not high enough.
Any ideas on how I could make this work ?
If the site works well in your region (say, the US) I could connect through there, I'm subscribed to a VPN service.

I finally just made it to the page where I can choose SEPA etc., and in red at the top : Service is currently disabled. Please try again later
Is it really disabled or should I continue to frantically refresh ?
edit : now another red message : There was a problem completing your request. Please wait a couple minutes before checking on the status of the request and retry the request if necessary.

It's not disabled. You just have to try again. I've literally just spent 24h (well I did sleep and eat in between tries) making two withdrawals. I've seen every code 5xx page error and all sorts of 'Service disabled' and 'Tier 3 cannot withdraw' errors. It's just ridiculous. 24h for something that should take a couple of minutes.
