Does anyone know what hours their support works? Does it work on weekends and holidays, too? I just want to know if I will be hearing from them in the following 3 days for a ticket I opened.
Judging from the responses I receive, somewhere from 14:00 to 14:15 every first Monday of the month.

Withdrew some $ to my bank account on monday got it Tuesday - perfect transaction. (It still says sending)
Withdrew more on Wednesday - thursday rolls around at exactly 24 hours it says failure. Tried again thursday - 24 hours rolls around and failure again. Same thing friday / Saturday.
So thinking maybe it was my bank causing issues (I've never had issues with them before but you know bank changes and such) it isn't - a different p2p wire transfer came in.
I'm tier 4, however is there any way to mark that one that still says sending as "completed" because I believe thats what the hold up is. Trying to get my yearly accounting done for next years tax season and this delay is potentially pushing out some profits until next year.

I am waiting to get verified on kraken.com. It's been an entire day so far and my Tier 1 and Tier 2 have not yet been verified.
Keep in mind its christmas weekend. Don't anticipate too much help at the moment.

I think it will take a couple of days, it is Christmas for everyone so support will take a bit longer than normal. Any news on when the upgrade will take place as I got a lot of errors today ?

Well not really. I try to add a new address in the address book but I alway get this message Could not approve withdrawal
The withdrawal approval code is invalid or has expired.
whenever I click the link from the received email. The email arrives immediately after i click the save address button. I have retried to click on that link a lot but without luck. Hi freigeist. However we do know that this issue is intermittent, and does not usually affect multiple addresses. Please add a new, different withdrawal address. You should be able to approve this new address without issue. If you do not have another address please create one in any third party wallet and transfer your funds to that address. From there you will have full access to your funds. Again, I'm very sorry for this inconvenience, and thank you for your understanding. Hello. Your advice helped me. The address was approved although I have received the same error message when I have tried. I thought it wasn't approved until I logged in the next day and saw the address in the select box. Hi, I lost my password and master key and when i try to reset it it's say : "The reset information given does not match our records or the reset expired." and now my Account temporarily disabled. I've just open a request ticket if someone of Kraken's was around here and can helpme, it would be wonderful. Thanks a lot guys.

I applied for tier 1 and 2 verification 3 days ago but they are still in process. From the FAQ it says that it usually takes minutes to process tier 1 and 2 verification but there is an exception if manual review is needed. What is the criteria for manual reviews? Anyone having similar delays for tier 1 and 2 verifications ?

Me too. On sending for 4 days now. Looks like they have troubles with their partner bank Fidor (where my bank account is too). https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/7hx83t/kraken_withdrawals_stuck_in_sending/The money isnt urgent or something but it is annoying that I havent found any information of this issue on a official page. Yesterday I made another withdrawal but now with Ethereum and sold it on a another market place which is ironically also a partner of Fidor. The complete process (withdrawal from kraken to marketplace, selling and sending money to my bank account) took 15 minutes and I got all the money on my bank account. A little warning on the withdrawal page that bank transfer may take longer and I would have done this in my first withdrawal too. Atleast it looks like that the perfomance of the website is kinda okay for now, but well there are holidays and probably less traffic. Maybe the holidays are the reason for the "sending" status and it will get through today or tomorrow.

Today I put a sell Market Order ... It took arround 2 minutes untill it got hitted. Thats to laggy for me

About 2 months ago the support said they are developing a new version of the engine but weren't able to give me any estimation for the launch. How do you know they have relaunched anything ? Do you have a link to a news line or sometin ?

After the usual delay of several minutes with all the errors for the site to finally open a buy order and list it in the order book, I watch the price refresh and tick lower and lower... Finally 2 minutes and 41 seconds after listing the order in the order book, it executes, when the sells are over 90 euros lower than what my buy is set at! Pure comedy! The order book refresh rate @ cryptowat.ch is next to useless when it matters the most. I lost count on the times it completely stopped refreshing, leaving me blind. And with the excruciatingly slow refresh rates when it DOES work, even krakens own tab header shows more accurate numbers, that is when it refreshes once in a while.

My order was a limit buy set higher than what market prices showed at kraken site and cryptowatch charts (all my order are limit orders). Setting market orders @ kraken is like playing Russian roulette with a semi-automatic handgun. Yet for 2 minutes 41 seconds the order remained untouched while the price kept ticking lower than what my limit buy was set at according to both sites!
