Feels like this thread needs a little balance. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) We placed a large order in December. Shipping to Canada from Bulgaria has been a challenge but Martin tried multiple couriers at our request to try and speed up the process - irrespective of the increased cost at times. Any issues we have had have always been dealt with in a fair manner - i admit it can take a little time sometimes. ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) In my experience of the Bitcoin hardware industry Martin provides a good service. I'm sure there is room for improvement but overall i'm happy and will be using Technobit again in the near future. date of the payment
I have paid 581€ for order BJJNEKBIM ( january shipment!) by bank wire on 30-12-3013 from account number NL89RABO0368044971. Will you include a replacement for the broken HEX16a2 from order WVEFURYEA? I will gladly ship the broken miner back to you if you provide a shipping address. Please please please let me know something!!! The site still says awaiting payment and I would really like to know what you want me to do with the broken miner. If you have not received money I need to put claim with my bank before the end of the monthThanks Marto & co! I agree they probably try their best but I have now been waiting a month to get a bank transfer confirmed and I have a miner that broke ~10 days after delivery I am being very polite and marto asked for a screenshot of my internet banking and I sent it, nothing since then. It's just frustrating that people who complain loudly seem to get more customer service then people who stay polite and wait for their response ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif) . This is starting to cost me real mining time ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif) . OK this is starting to get ridiculous I have one broken miner and 581€ for another order that were sent to you over a month ago and you have not even confirmed receiving the money!!!! Look I went trough all bank statments since 30-12-13 till now again. There is no incoming payment either with your order ref or Your Name that is given with the order. This is checked and double checked at least 5 times Best Martin

how do I do it exactly for me it does not work can I HEXMINER 2 or 3 start times and different pool register?
If I understand correctly Yes it is possible to start 2 or 3 copies of HEXminer and to run 3 different boards as an example to mine in 3 different pools.

Hi, My boards arrived today, ordered 13-12-2013 (january delivery) shipped 31-1-2014, and delivered directly to home door 7-2-2014. For tracking I found that if you took DPD tracking code from speedy and entered it to trackitonline.ru you could follow delivery reasonably well. Sadly I am unable to test units until 14-2-2014 ![Embarrassed](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/embarrassed.gif) Thank You marto74, communications are kind of "silent" or could I say absent ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) but everything else is good. I will order more ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Got my January shipment hardware 3 days ago, ordered it in December. I was quite sceptical about other users comments about delivery, but I received the stuff in time. Thanks Marto!

Ok I will do it monday all banks here are closed on saturday. Should I send you a pm or email (need your address!) or just post it here? Thank you so much for getting back to me and I understand you must be super busy!! BTW what do you want me to do with the hex16a2 from my previous order that broke after less than a week without overclocking? Do you want me to return it and send me a new one or if you prefer you can give me a discount on my next order maybe! BTW if you would have told me that your bank said they hadn't received anything after I asked the first time I would not have asked 4 more times. Just a tip to save you time with other customers.

[edit] i already sent you this by email (the blacked out number that is my creditcard number for the charging of my monthly creditcard fee has nothing to do with this order) i paid from my normal bank account my account number which is NL89RABO0368044971 the swift code is on there its BG79 SOMB 9130 1055 2695 01 unless you mean a different type of swift code??? Oh btw i took the fan off the broken miner to test it see if anything was wrong with it but its the miner (when i first found out it was broken) and now I can't find it (too much hardware in small room) is it ok if I ship it back to you without the fan?? Thx for taking the return. I understand how busy you guys must be.

I am glad customs did not look at this. USD 9.20 is way too low ... in Germany you have to pay about 100-150 eur if you cheat at customs and get caught. ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FNtcgK0h.jpg&t=663&c=rMpIahtF21TpLA) Just for your information, when technobit send their first batch of HEX16A, my board stuck on speedy office for more than 3 week because marto issue full prices invoice. Speedy demand marto to issue low prices invoices(Proforma Invoices). The 10 USD per board is my suggestion ![Cool](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cool.gif) My second order HEX16C use UPS as carrier & i didn't find any invoices but marto declares the miner as SAMPLES ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) And again no import tax ![Cool](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cool.gif) Since the miner come with no case, then there is no problem declaring it as SAMPLES(which should be free) ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) Low prices = No import TAX = Quick custom clear

Recently I had a case where I had to get to the tax office and prove to them that usb miners were worth what was on the import tax statement. I could not prove it because it was rediculous low. So I had to pay important taxes plus 100+ euro fine for cheating on import tax.

That might be an issue for EU to None EU shipment though
