I have deposet 1115 starbase token and the transaction confirmed  but I can not see the tokens in my balance

Many people are facing similar issues on this hitbtc exchange. You try to refresh your account page few times continuously then you may see your coins in your account. Last month I too had a similar issue but solved with that issue by refreshing the page few times. You can try your luck also while waiting for their support team to reply your ticket.

I wish they took a deposit fee from me, I made a TRX deposit 24 hours ago and they never credited it to my account, contacted support 13 hours ago of course there will never be an answer from these thieves

I have a same problem with TRX deposit on Hitbtc. I sent my TRX from binance to Hitbtc. Tx HASH: 0xc0427154a022bdf4a40eed184b0414e60fba76c04015a697bc3fb2638b554728 I'm waiting over 26 hours and i've sent 3 letters to support team but they said me just:

TRX transaction take just 10 minutes (30 block confirmation). But i have 6235 block confirmation and I have nothing on my TRX balance. Also My TRX wallet address was changed by someone two times after I sent my TRX. It's a F***in SCAM Crypto exchange.

What coin you deposited there and have you try to contact them through support email? I'm not really often to use this exchange, only use it few times only to sell some coins that I bought from ICO. I had maybe similar issue with you when my deposit is not showing up after the transaction have many confirmations. I need to wait for few days to see my deposit, I think there was an issue with the deposit system.

What coin you deposited there and have you try to contact them through support email? I'm not really often to use this exchange, only use it few times only to sell some coins that I bought from ICO. They are getting huge money on the trading fees alone, now there are deposit fees too (this is the first time I am seeing something like this) and these fools still cannot do anything properly. I have paid the $50 (!!) fee just to make a deposit, and now I am supposed to email them and kindly ask to transfer my funds into the exchange wallet which are missing for 3 days already. Some others are waiting for more than a week. We need a decentralised solution ASAP, they see that the demand for exchanges is huge but the supply with is low and this is why they are robbing everyone while they can.
If you want to make a deposit on any exchange - make sure you check their twitter and bitcointalk topic for recent complaints, don't be an idiot like me.

Rumours are that HitBTC were to be listing Electronium (ETN), at first I was excited but then thought, "HitBTC ?" nah, think I'll give it a miss.
Any confirmations on this rumour, HitBTC listing announcement page has no nesw about it.

but all gone , i dont know what happened but i dont see my DGB , and dgb balance show 0

but i had 12400 DGB

I have mentioned a couple of times on thread already about missing coins what we need to do based on my personal experience. I too faced this issue and what I did it just refreshes your account page few times until you see your coins. Sometimes your coins will appear after couple time but sometimes it may take longer. Follow this method and try your luck.

Guess new/exotic coins are often expensive to transfer, not only on Hitbtc.

I`ve just transfered some ethereum to Hibtc, works fine for me. I think it`s still cheaper than trading real stocks. There I pay 5 $ + brokerage for buy and 5 $ + brokerage for sell.

I've been using hitbtc exchange since the the start of my trading, at first i think this would be one of the best exchange but i was wrong, now that my deposited coins never appeared in my account, i already email their support regarding this but no response.
