Some problem in your marketplace:
1. Deposit/Withdraw take a high fee
2. Sometime Deposit/Withdraw problem
3. Support no friendly
4. Delist coin without given announcement before

High fee with some problem is NOT WORTH IT
i will find another exchange!

They are not forcing anyone to use their exchange and we are free to use any exchange as per our convenience.

You already know there are so many issues with this exchange and they stop replying to almost all tickets so better don't take a risk by using this exchange.

I made many support tickets so far but they don't answer me. They never answer nobody I think. This is very bad for such a great exchange platform. They are losing customers only for this attitude.

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

I got replies in a month after my issue had been worked out and i had got my SC.
But they really replied!
Automatic reply but there was true that my issue had alteady been resolved.

Dear trader, HitBTC Team on the line.

We are on a fast track in resolving issues reported to our support team. And we tend to fix things much faster than to provide further replies in tickets. This will change soon, as we’re scaling our support team, adapting it to new levels of load. But right now your kind cooperation might be required.

It’s simple. Kindly check whether the issue you’ve reported to us still persists. Is everything fine with your deposit? In case it isn’t, here are some tips for further course of action, depending on the currency you’re dealing with.

Probably some people are still using hitbtc, it's because some token trading is only available on hitbtc. i have completely stopped using this and 2 other horrible exchanges. dex is the future, probably in 1-2 year we'll have a decent dex.

That's just the thing. I think you're right.... 1-2 years for a quality DEX. During that time, people will still use these shitty exchanges. There are some coins where HitBTC is still the volume leader because they haven't hit major exchanges.

Hello Hitbtc,

I am having problems withdrawing my coins for the last 4 weeks.  I do not receive an email verification for withdrawals, so the

withdrawal will not complete.  I have checked my email spam folder, etc.  There is no problem with the email itself.

I have submitted tickets:

 Ticket ID #219043.

Ticket ID #218999.

Please assist with this problem.

Thank you

What kind of fuck can there be problems with ICX - when he bitch ERC-20 on ETH?! When other ERC-20 tokens are quietly work. All fuck all the ICX tokens?

We are sorry to hear about the issue you are facing! Please provide us with the ticket ID, we'll clarify the root of the problem and see if there anything else we could do in order to make it resolved.

I’m tired. I’m very tired of dealing with this impudent, unprofessional and, generally speaking, an exchange of frauds - hitbtc. The situation has come about that I can’ get my own money back for 3 months already. I don’t know what else I can do. We, crypto-community, should combat for each other and always help each other. I don’t know what to do now. I’m at the end of rope.

It all started in November when I decided to cooperate with the exchange Hitbtc.com
I invested an amount of coins and I started trading. I had a number of good transactions, everything was going well until I found out 2FA one day on my account. I was shocked because to activate 2FA you need email confirmation. I use 2FA on my email, so I was really surprised. I wrote to the hitbtc support, and they replied a few weeks later. They had a job to deactivate 2FA, they actually didn’t care what happened with my account and why. All right, I used to see many topics with such a problem. I admit it was my fault that I hadn’t activated 2FA on my account myself.

I put up with a huge loss as all the admins had a damn about that. They gave me neither IP addresses, no wallets where my money had gone. Just nothing.

But I still had some coins on my account. I wrote to the support, sent them scanned copies of my documents, showed transactions and wallets from which I had made my first deposits. I gave them all the proofs that the account was mine. Let alone, it’s absurd to ask that kind of stupid questions. Finally, they gave me access to my account. But it wasn’t to be. The Hitbtc.com administration blocked my funds and now, when I try to withdraw my funds, I see a message “Currency operations not available”. This hell is set to go on. This was the first time I lost the biggest part of my deposit.
Now I have a small part left and this is all I actually have. I continued writing to the support. They replied a month later. It was just a runaround – they wrote they’d submitted my case to the investigation department and the question was being settled. What? How is it possible??? What question???
When they gave me my account back, I activated 2FA and closed all sessions. I did what they asked me to do. I write them almost daily. They keep silent. No reply. But the coins that I purchased are falling, my money is melting right before my eyes. How is it possible? This goes beyond all limits!

How is it possible that an exchange that makes publications in Twitter about cooperation and widely promotes itself can just deprive you of your money??? It turns out that they can steal our money easily? So we are not protected at all in the world of cryptocurrency? What now? And what we should do with this?

Please help me to settle this problem. I just don’t know how to get my money back, how I can influence them. NOBODY MUST WORK LIKE THIS! THIS IS A SIMPLE ROBBERY! WHY THEY STILL WORK AS IF NOTHING HAD HAPPENED? WHY NOBODY CAN DO ANYTHING WITH THEM?? Is there anybody who cares a bit about this?

Please help me, spread this theme everywhere you can. I’m desperate to get my money back.
They should activate all currency operations at my account. My ticket id #46811 !!!

And there is some screenshots:
14 november 2017 topic start - https://prnt.sc/ibve34
My losses - http://prntscr.com/ibwc2t. 3.5 mln dollars was and 600k left (screenshot was made in January).

And now - 1 answer in a month, standart answer. They closed all discussions on forum - https://prnt.sc/ic71ui

Now I have 60 btc +- at my account and this my last funds! I want help. I want to withdraw my funds from hitbtc. Hitbtc - give me access to my funds! My ticket id #46811 !!!
