is there any option for watchdog some times hash gets zero and miner continues.. it should restart miner but I do manually
i am on ETH with rx 570 4GB

Which operation system do you have? Which config do you have in the card to try to see if we can improve the stability of that card.

i donot have any log file to check errors when my system has frozen or reset

Make sure you have it in compute mode.

try with 20.40 Driver it was the system of the test of the Zombie-Mode ... It should work better

    I am a newbie for mining ETH.  I have 2 AMD cards and use lolMiner 1.18a.  One is RX470, another one is RX570.
When I began mining ETH.  I found my two cards Hashing rate were 22H/s, 24H/s respectively.

1) What I can do on my cards modding up to 30H/s like other people?
Moreover, I found the temperature around 74C degree even they were at lower hashing rate.

2) Would I need to lower the core voltage in order to get cooler temperature?

1) 4GB -- normal hashrate 19 - 20 MH/s
    8GB -- 29 - 31 MH/s

2) start with 900 mV and then try to go lower (some of my rigs can handle 868 mV, some are at 881 mV)

Hello, I have two 4gb platforms both working with RaveOS

One of them is an old platform with an ASUS P5K DELUXE motherboard that works perfect for me with the latest version 1.18 --4g-alloc-size 4080 --zombie-tune 1 with four rx584 generating on average 21.5 MHS each card

My other platform an ASUS B-250 MINING EXPERT with 13 RX584/574 using the same parameter --4g-alloc-size 4080 --zombie-tune 1 I always get 4MHS always on five cards Cry and on the other nine cards I get 21.5 MHS

I've already tried everything, the motherboard has pci GEN 2 activated, I've changed --4g-alloc-size 4080 to 4078 4076 4074 so on until I reach 4060 and it doesn't increase the speed on those five cards, change the risers and nothing changes.

Is it a problem with ASUS B-250 MINING EXPERT? I can't use --zombie-tune 0 because the platform crashes instantly at startup, this doesn't happen with version 1.17 which works great on this platform using --4g-alloc-size 4080 but with 20 MHS on average on each card

I also want to thank the creator of lolminer for his great work is without a doubt the miner with the best zombie mode of all  Kiss



For the rig is not working properly... you can use --
zombie-tune individually for each card. Try first 0, later 1 and later 2. Analyse which are the best values for each card and put them in order separate by ,  for example  2,1,1,0,1... so that will give you the best performance.

--zombie-tune 2 - The five cards with low hashrate around 1 MHS each and the remaining Eight 23 MHS

--zombie-tune 1 - The five cards with low hashrate around 4 MHS each and the remaining Eight 21.8 MHS

--zombie-tune 0 - The platform crashes instantly when you start

When placing --zombie-tune 1,0,0,0,0,0,1,1,1,1,1,1 (where 0 are the ones that generate low hashrate with zombie tune) the platform similarly crashes when starting

I've already tried placing different --4g-alloc-size values from 4080 to 4040 and get the same result  Huh

All I can think about is that the ASUS B-250 MINING EXPERT doesn't get along with the --zombie-tune, already in the BIOS active PCI GEN 2

I have 4GB of ram in the system but I don't think that influences?  Embarrassed

If doesn't work try 4076 or 4074 or 4072 ... I have take out --zombie-tune because In the 1.19 it does it automatically.  I also put the --tstart to return to mine 😉

kinda curious cuz i has the same problems with 1.18 and ive been looking at switching to more dense rigs
can u by chance console or ssh into ur mining OS and do a "lspci -t"?
so i can see how the pcie lanes are divided
it will be long but something like this

Try:

1.19 gives better hashrate!

I don't use --tstart, because if GPU reaches 85C, then something needs definitely fixing (fans, thermal paste, etc.) and there is no point to do more damage by starting it over and over again.

you can use --apiport port and it will have some information... but the best is to use a specific monitor soft or OS
