Not at all, what should i feel when i try to make some money for myself, i think i should feel the same way these traders on the stock exchange feel, but shameful is only when i lose lots of money.

Yes you are correct gambling is similar to trading but gambling is more luck dependent. But in the case of trading, you will not loose all the funds however if you gambling then there's a chance for you to lose all the funds you are having if you don't gamble carefully.

In my culture and in my own country gambling is bad. It is shameful. They said that gambling is the work of lazy. They warned the gamblers. But gambling is not at all nrong or bad. It is up to the player if what makes him money interested to many and lose their appetiate to other things.

We really can't deny that there are countries, societies and cities that doesn't allow any gambling activity. They don't realize that gambling is one of the fastest growing industry in the world. And if they are going to allow tax on it, they will get profit. But well that's their belief, if they think that gambling is the work of lazy, then so be it.

Most of the countries do not allow gambling because they know what will happen the citizens start to gamble potentially they might even sell their house or belongings just to recover his/her losses in the worst case scenario ending up losing everything.

There are illegal and legal gambling and I think the government does really allow if they can have a tax on it and those illegal gambling
although there is a law already they are still operating hiding because there is a big potential of income in this kind of industry.

They are legalized in many countries and thus gambling is legal in many places. It only depends on your own discretion whether you want to gamble or not since it is your money and your time that you are playing with. In today's digital era anyone can sign up on an online casino without any proof of of age or citizenship. Which is the reason why so many kids are joining gambling sites begging for money when they should be at home studying.

If you keep losing with gambling you should be ashamed of yourself for doing that. If you say to yourself "I try to make some money" that's not an excuse. You should have known already that making money with gambling is almost impossible.

I don't feel shameful for doing gambling. I'm not addicted to it in anyway. Gambling is such a common thing in the world as of now and everyone seems to be doing it. Just think about how many people are gambling on the Internet. If you go to Primedice or any gambling site, a lot of people are playing. Gambling is also not illegal at all. It's not like the only thing we do in life is to gamble.

I would honestly feel embarrassed if the person I love knows that I am a gambler. Gambling is something that should not be done in my family. However I am the one who has tried gambling, I do it because I can not get rid of gambling from my mind. I consider gambling can make me earn a lot of money. Stupid until now I have not been able to get money and even my money continues to decrease because of this game.

They should not be ashamed of being a gambler because playing gambling is your own choice by knowing the risks and you are also playing gambling using your money, you will be embarrassed if you play gambling by wearing or borrowing money then lose.

The thing is some people Gamble and Gamble and gamble, just like as you've said it's good when you only gamble your extra money, but some are becoming so addictive and they are ruining every assets they have until reaching the point of having no properties at all. Sad but true.

Because if you are happy and you think you don't do bad things to you and to other people it you will dont feel a shameful gambler . IMO . Some gamblers play without being shameful but they've done bad things.

Nice saying that point. Yup, some people don't care how they do bad things just to gamble. They feel no shame and they are just doing what they want to do. Ending up in conflicts and later own if they are not cautious of the effect of their deeds, they are ending up in prison but still they think that what they have done is not a shame. Some people are like that. The wrongs of the world is clear.

When I lose control and spend more money than I initially planned on I definitely feel shameful because that is money I could have spent on my family instead. For regular gambling I don't feel shame though, I plan ahead of time how much I can afford to lose.

It happened to everyone, no one wants to be known as a gambler. No. Because being a gambler isnt about only having a bad attitude of spending all of his money in gambling.  Being gambling is a choice if you are going to be good or to be bad. Eventhough you are a gambler you must not be shameful and you must be proud because you are  a gamble that is not in bad way but in postive way.

You must be not that shameful if you know that you didn't do or play gambling in negative way because if you gamble in good way that no one are affected or you are not abusing money you are a good gambler because for me there are two types of gambler the one that is good and gamble in positive way and bad that gamble in negative way.

I don't think that gambling should be consider as shameful thing since it depends on you on how you are going to manage it. I think the shameful one is when you can't control yourself but not all gamblers including me have that problem.

No, why? I have money, I have skills, I have luck, I am doing what I think that's right, I am living with my dream, so why do I have to feel shameful? It's knind of a job all over the world, some one can consider it as a bad thing but no one can deny that I a making money with it.

Yes there's nothing to be ashamed of just because we are gamblers, even there are societies that are making the reputation of gamblers to be bad. But for me, it's always better to depend on yourself and don't look on others opinion if they are only saying bad things to us who are gambling responsibly.

Yeah, not every gambler can earn profit with gambling but almost everyone who gambles does have skills and a little money to play and they believe in themselves, they do what they think to be right.

It means you are not thinking of what future you will have, but you just like to take risk and not even using your brain. I agree that many gamblers only boast of their big wins and never utter a word about their huge losses. If the other side of the picture is also seen then the actual picture will be understood. In many cases opinions are biased and meant to spread FUD and not really an honest opinion. Many cases these people are also hired by the casinos to promote them and in return they get paid commissions from the casino.
