I'm no scientologist but I do believe most of those things aren't animals.

You’re no scientist, either.  All of the listed creatures are taxonomically classified as animals—except, of course, for the automobile, a naturally occurring mineral.  Unfortunately, it was illegally driven into the graphic without the “/s” sign that is a mandated safety feature, like seat belts for vegetables who grew up on Reddit.

I would argue that humans kill more and that chart is only including murder.

That figure does seem to be a bit questionable.  Anyway...

[edited out]

does anyone know what other things gold? apple shares?  have achieved this sort of growth pattern over such a long period? Also since this chart is factual ie true and the jumps in the next few years are going to be huge if it holds why are not speculators piling in?

Yes....

Exponential growth curves look something like this:

Look at the telephone over about 100 years to go from introduction to 95% adoption... it took a while before it really saturated.

One thing about bitcoin, is that the token itself is monetized.. which makes for an interesting dynamic of not having to invest exactly in any one company or combination of companies, but instead the unit itself... interesante!!!!  No?

Many who didn't secure their $100 bitcoin as if it was $10,000 bitcoin ended up losing it. The same will happen to those who don't secure their $10,000 bitcoin as if it was $1,000,000 bitcoin.

I see a small problem here....nobody knows HOW to secure their btc as if it is $1mil already.
Well...apart from making an inconspicuous metal bolt and throw it somewhere in the garage among other screws..that would work, right?   Cheesy

Now 1-bitcoin not $1mil already definitely one day possible to 1-Bitcoin=$1mil the source is not authentic but it is   HODLer dream, I believe there are many people who once had nothing but have been able to make millions of dollars after working with Bitcoin. just observed bitcoin see the next. if possible bitcoin price $0.01 USD to $20k USD so hopefully dream one day $10k to $1million per bitcoin.

UK-based online banking platform Cashaa has announced plans to launch a crypto-friendly online bank in India.

Cashaa India will allow Indian businesses and individuals to open a savings account with them and buy, store, and save cryptocurrencies. For lending, they will be adding crypto assets classed together with gold and real estate as collateral.

As those at Cashaa say, Indian banks are reluctant to provide banking services to the crypto users. Cashaa has provided B2B banking services to most Indian cryptocurrency companies. The launch of the online bank will allow the platform to extend its crypto and banking services to individuals as well.

I am about to print the 2x * yr chart and put it on my wall so when I wake up I remind to myself where we are going.  Smiley

Black background might be bad for printing, here's white background version:

Good point, pal, good point.  Wink

https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/17170760/1/bma-llc-v-hdr-global-trading-limited/?s=09

I did not know about this crazy Rico case against Bitmex from earlier in the year.

Seems to rest on their use of American services, but as we know, they did take care to bounce you off if you forgot to use a vpn and logged in from USA.

Guess they really want a piece of that pie.

Who on Earth is BMA LLC?

coindesk, so archived https://archive.is/lrbu3

"patent troll" / front for usg / powerful people ?

How did I miss this before?

This definitely supports my "somebody big wants the whole cake" theory.

It's very bullish and potentially terrible at the same time...

But who would be hiding this way:

1.  Some rich unknown(s)?  - Probably not.
2.  A cabal of existing companies - slightly more likely. Jaime Dimon does not want us to know that he's going all in
3.  THE Cabal? - Most likely... the big dogs themselves.... dressed up as a Puerto Rican street person.  Kaiser Soze basically, but the TPTB version.

If it is #3, and yes I am losing my mind, what does that mean?

Fu&k.  This is going to ruin my Sunday nap.
Yes, those are the things that ruin the start of the week too. Angry

The nineties called and wants their encryption wars back

https://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/international-statement-end-end-encryption-and-public-safety

Quote
In light of these threats, there is increasing consensus across governments and international institutions that action must be taken: while encryption is vital and privacy and cyber security must be protected, that should not come at the expense of wholly precluding law enforcement, and the tech industry itself, from being able to act against the most serious illegal content and activity online.

ruined my third Sunday nap

Quote
    Embed the safety of the public in system designs, thereby enabling companies to act against illegal content and activity effectively with no reduction to safety, and facilitating the investigation and prosecution of offences and safeguarding the vulnerable;
Enable law enforcement access to content in a readable and usable format where an authorisation is lawfully issued, is necessary and proportionate, and is subject to strong safeguards and oversight; and
Engage in consultation with governments and other stakeholders to facilitate legal access in a way that is substantive and genuinely influences design decisions.

I like how they start with "It also serves a vital purpose in repressive states to protect journalists, human rights defenders and other vulnerable people" but then talk about authorities having access. Who are the authorities in "repressive states" if not the ones doing the repressing ?

I wouldn't even trust them to take care of my pet, let alone crypto. A company that uses an online wallet to store its funds, while allowing it to be hacked really shouldn’t be in any business that involves finances.

Cashaa claimed the hacker installed malware into the computer that the exchange uses to make user withdrawals and other such transactions. The malware purportedly notified the hacker when an employee logged in at 1:23 p.m. on July 10 and made two transfers. The hacker is alleged to have taken over the Blockchain.info wallet and transferred 336 BTC to his address. All this happened in just 3 minutes.

This is why "they" are afraid of Bitcoin, this is possible only with cash: https://www.insider.com/british-woman-detained-for-2-million-british-pounds-in-suitcase-2020-10
Finding out how can people get to actually have shitloads of undeclared money means hard work and more people to work on that.
