I have had my Kraken account since May of 2017.
I have submitted the necessary documentation for Tier level 3.
I have made 4 crypto withdrawals in the entire history of my account.
All 4 withdrawals have been in Bitcoin (XBT).
The 1st withdrawal was on November 16, 2017 to the amount of 0.499 and was a success.
The 2nd withdrawal was on December 17, 2017 to the amount of 0.084 and was a success.
The 3rd withdrawal was on December 29, 2017 to the amount of 0.05 and was a success.
The 4th withdrawal was on December 30, 2017 to the amount of 0.03491 and was a success.
Today is December 30, 2017 and it is 11:54 MST.
When I click on "Funding", then "Withdrawal", then "Bitcoin (XBT)", I am met with the following message:
"This action is not available for tier level 3
Your current funding tier level (3) is insufficient for this functionality. Please further verify your account to increase your tier level and funding limits."
According to the "Get Verified" page, Tier 3 has a daily withdrawal limit of $50,000 and a monthly withdrawal limit of $200,000 of crypto.
I am obviously nowhere near reaching my daily or monthly limits as stated above with the 4 withdrawals I have made. This leads me to believe that I am not actually verified to tier level 3, which is ridiculous as I have submitted the necessary documents to support tier level 3 at least 6 months ago.
I also notice that when I look on the "Get Verified" page, Tier level 0 says "Verified" on the right hand side of the page whereas the levels 1-3 all still say "Processing".
Fuck Kraken, most broken piece of shit exchange I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I've signed up on Binance and Tradesatoshi earlier this week with 0 hiccups, truly verified within a day, depositing/withdrawing/trading all just fine and without any Gateway 520 error bullshit.
Kraken has always been shitty but in the beginning I didn't know any better, now that I've seen a few other exchanges in action it's very clear to me that Kraken is not worth dealing with. Their support page is beyond useless as well.
Just wanted to share my experience and a personal bit of advice.

Hello Kraken I made two xmr deposits on Kraken 30.12.2017 and one 31.12.2017. They have not been credited. Here I can see that transaction have been succesful and confirmed hunreds of times. https://xmrchain.net/That what makes me nervous, is that XMR deposit addresses on Kraken have disappeared, without any kind of expering period. They just disappeared. I anyway deposited on valid addresses. I have even a screencapture of them with current time. Even more strange is, that when I now click Funding, Deposit and XMR, appears not a xmr addresses page, but a message. This action is not available for tier level 3
Yuor current funding tier level (3) is insufficient for this functionality. Please further verify your account to increase your tier level and funding limits.

I'm getting this as well. I also have some LTC appearing as "Success" but not yet credited to my account. I'm sure it will get fixed eventually, but waiting is not pleasant. Happy New Year!
It is relieving to know that some others have similar issues. In my case, there anyway is no sing of any incoming transactions. No any status. No nothing. And also the damn xmr addresses just disappered. So I am afraid that they would claim me sending xmr to some expired addresses which they have warned not to do. Luckily I really have a screenshot that those address where to I sent xmr, very valid and existed even after I had done the transactions. Happy New Year for you too. |

Hello, I was trying to withdraw fiat/coins from Kraken, both options are not working for me for days. To be realistic, NOTHING on this platform is working at all. Was trying to buy some coins, my order was executed 3 times although the site showed me error messages each time I tried to submit one. What on earth is this site? A bad joke in a comedy show? "Haha, we operate the worst Bitcoin exchange ever and people still trust us and pay fees on mass."  I expect an immediate solution from kraken, my ticket is 1212937 For sure I won't use this website ever again once I got my funds off there again. i had exactly the same problem ! i lost 500 xrp because of these errors ! since more than 6 months i helped many people create a kraken account. but lately, probably due to their success they can't follow the demand, which i can understand. but its just not acceptable problems like this. i have a group of crypto fanatics and many had similar problems of double orders due to error messages. For an exchange this has to be solved. its not my fault but the error message induce us to order again since we have no confirmations. i even checked the support pages and somewhere is written if order does not go through... try again ! after an error and no confirmation if you try again its a double order and you can't see anything only after 15 or 30 minutes you realise you ordered twice ! this is not acceptable, this is KRAKEN's responsibility. i really hope this will be solved, and soon, if not there will be bad publicity and you will lose many traders. hope to really hear from them soon, |

Do you mean that you really lost 500 xrp the way that they just vanished, or kind of lost that amount of xrp by Kraken related delayed trades? Both are anyway unacceptable. |

Both are anyway unacceptable. yes i had error messages(i don't remember exactly what, should have taken a screen shot) saying something like try again later... which i did, which processed multiple orders! and yes, because of that and the time delay i lost 500 ripples ! |

It should soon be time the kraken gives an update on how the system upgrades are progressing. Hi Kraken are con-artists. I'm so sorry to hear that you were a victim of a phone phishing scam. You were not speaking with a Kraken representative on the phone, because we do not offer phone support. We have been actively telling clients about these scams because they are becoming more and more common. They are also targeting clients of other exchanges, so everyone should be extremely vigilant.
If you're still having an issue accessing your Kraken account at this time I would suggest escalating your ticket.
Please spare me your sympathy. I'm well aware you do not offer phone support and thats why I did not give the bastard that phoned me any information over the phone about me or my account.
The problem is that he already had my personal phone number. How is it possible he had this? Please explain that to me and the good people on this forum given I only logged on through your web address.

And also that someone was able to change my login details without my knowledge. Please explain how that can happen?

Kraken.com still refuse to let me access the account and see the transaction history. Even though they have been served legal notice to do so, they now refuse to correspond with me.

Yeah, but that shouldn't have anything to do with cryptocurrencies, and I doubt they would disable the funding functionality on the site completely just because of that (they don't disable it over weekends normally, for example).

True, I havent tried trading in Cryptocurrencies. Rather have it safe in fiat right now instead of a cryptocurrency which I might not be able to move. The problems I encounter though are that I can not deposit and withdraw funds. The message I quoted specifies that this is because Kraken shut down all deposits and withdrawals from the period of December 28 2017 til January 4th 2018. |

What is going on? My deposit is missing but was sucessful hours ago. My money is in limbo. This is UNACCEPTABLE. No response from support. I am closing my account and getting all funds off as soon as possible. This is the worst service, borderline scam, of any exchange I have ever used.
