My first problem (a little complicated) with kraken took 18 days to resolve (positively it must be recognized).
My second childish problem is at 8 days without being solved....

So for only several hours, don't be worry ....

So for only several hours, don't be worry ....
I do not worry about the time when withdrawing (which was what I canceled) but not seeing my money neither in ethereum nor in euros, for me, I'm afraid ...

Just did a little test for the "fun" of it to put the user experience in numbers

This horse excrement of a so called trading platform is currently at an error rate for placing orders of roughly 94%.

This is just as expected. Still the same fraudulent service as usual.

Seriously, we wouldn't be surprised if there is violence towards Kraken managers and/or employees soon by some frustrated user. And even though we do not like violence and ask everyone to refrain from it, it would be well deserved.

why do you continue to use a such exchanger? why don't you test it first? Smiley


why dont' use  http://www.avatrade.com/forex/cryptocurrencies  or  https://www.plus500.com/ ?  real forex exchangers. you won't ever face any issue.

I keep seeing people complaining about exchangers but they are keep using them while there are alternatives.


We still have a few funds there because they were not worth transferring (YET). Which puts us in position to run a small test now and then. However, if you would have read one post before, then it would have been clear that we do not trade there anymore except for these tests. Anyone wanting advise where to trade (in our opinion) can send a personal message. Even though trading on these alternatives, we are not going to do promotion work for those in this thread.

Why not use those exchanges which you are constantly promoting? Maybe it has something to do with their fee / cost structure. I.e., having to pay when not using the platform as is the case for plus500. And being a Forex exchange does not necessarily make them more trustworthy and/or transparent.

You said that you lost money(aprox 50K) because of the Kraken platform but you are not willing to pay a little bit more in order to get real forex services. Smiley Ok then.... Grin.

Those exchangers are licensed, have REAL offices around the world, phone support. How cannot they be more trustworthy than Kraken, Bitfinex or another shit promoted on this forum?
F*ck off, Avatrade are scammers. It took me many weeks to get money from them. They were pretending I never initiated withdrawal. In the end they stole just few %, but they're still worse than any large BTC exchange. Also Kraken didn't close long positions after BCH fork. I don't have personal experience with Plus 500, but I heard many negative things about them.

Hi,

I cannot access my account, I believe it's locked. I've emailed support multiple times and still no response. It's been weeks.

When I send a password reset, I cannot change the password as the information I enter isn't recognised. I'm assuming I set a 'Master Key' and cannot for the life of me remember it.

I really want to use kraken because my friend recommended ...I’m missing out on this this ripple wave.please help me get verified.... after I’m verified and deposit funds do I have another waiting period before the funds are available to place a buy ?

What kind of exchange is this, do not sell coins, do not withdraw the deposit? Very much brakes!
and constantly gives out "Invalid response from server. Please try again"

I am going to write my case here, too, just in case anyone from Kraken sees it since i don't think anything works in their exchange any more...

So i sold some waves through bittrex, got my btc and i made the BIG mistake to transfer my btc from bittrex to kraken, just because i needed to exchange them for euros (done that in the past, kraken was working for me being a verified customer)

I waited for the 6 confirmations, after a while all good, i got the "success" message through my "deposit funds" kraken dashboard, so headed over to sell my newly transfered btc for euros in a good price (thought so...) ...

SURPRISE!!! BTC never got available in my account.

Yes, i have already opened a ticket, i have already used the "escalate ticket" option and just waiting for a sign...

All of the above took place in more than 4 hours in duration, due to UNLIMITED 520 & Error 525 SSL handshake failed errors, refreshing, etc...

All i want is my BTC, be able to withdraw and get the hell out of there!

(also looking for an alternative: BTC > EURO > SEPA TRANSFER if anyone could suggest would be more than appreciated)

Hi Joyous. Some clients are experiencing a bug where the "Get Verified" button is either greyed out or it says that the service is disabled. Unfortunately, we don't have an estimate as to when this will be fixed at this time, but some clients have reported that creating a new account gives them access to these features. Please note that your friend would need a new username and email to do this though.

Finally got verified after almost 2 weeks (all while XRP kept going higher and higher), and now I can't initiate a domestic wire transfer to fund the account.  Getting "Error: Insufficient Documentation."  Submitted a support ticket 5 days ago about this and still nothing.  Please help!  Thanks.
