We are starting a class action against Hitbtc

We first want to gather the maximum of names of plantiffs, gather evidences and then send an ultimatum letter to hitbtc
If no satisfying response comes and that ALL the plaintiffs funds are returned without exception we will foward to the competent authorities in HK, Europe and the US

Please support and add you name and infos; let us know if you have any helpful info about Hitbtc

Link to the plaintiff list and documents:

https://drive.google.com/open?id=1eWOGRiSgcQYpp2Mj47fsK0kcYKbHm4F2

Telegram group:

https://t.me/joinchat/G7tXnhDw8anWzgYL8bodtQ

Sorry but are you serious? Putting balances, RL names, nicks and balances online in clear text so everyone can read how much somebody owns and try using their nick or other data to clean out their accounts?
You can't do something like that. Is there any need for everybody being able to read all this?

Damn! This is really great resource for scammers and hackers. How stupid you gotta be to make such private information publicly available?!

Withdrawals Problem.
hitbtc does not answer tickets
my transaction is not confirmed by the date 2017-12-21 10:49:27
transaction id:891e40c7-f0d2-4bde-96ab-6ec67a81cad9
Transaction hash link: http://live.blockcypher.com/ltc/tx/f2aec88f62421da48a9d770ef3f56479316800756c02bf6d68cdead034f9220d
hash link is not valid.

I recommend that you do not deposit in hitbtc until these issues are resolved

Dear traders, Bitcoin network is highly loaded at the moment.
It may take significantly more time to process your transaction.

And yes, i saw your transaction is LTC

But even that is bullshit, yea BTC network is overloaded and slow _BUT_ thats not the reason the BTC withdraws arent working.

https://blockchain.info/tx/fde08e46a593c0ff7196460d517ead63de1b78a2ee5c523ef2cd416d1f30d6af

Problem is the same as on your LTC withdraw, it has nothing to do with overloaded networks. The TX id is not found, HitBTC hasn't broadcasted the withdraws. So saying its because of network is just bullshit and they are playing time. They KNOW what the problem is, they just aren't fixing it and thats worrying. Sounds like an exit strategy.

Im involved with EthOS, im thinking about asking DEVs to broadcast HitBTC warning to every 50k EthOS users... Dunno if they do it but im gonna ask if this isnt fixxed today.

No answer to 3 tickets, nor to Facebook messages... You always know something shady is going when there is no info available, HitBTC doesnt inform us users and thats a bad sign... I wouldn't believe it before but yes, if it looks like a scam, quacks like a scam and swims like a scam... Its probably a scam

Literally the worst exchange ever. Don't ever use this exchange guys!

I still have 0.011 btc balance, but I can't buy a 0.01080 btc coin? For fuckin real? Missed a few train because of this shit. Fee was only 0.00001 btc but it won't let me buy it? Never ever gonna deposit here again. 30K sats deposit fee, no reply from support at all. Literally one bullshit site. If you really want to do trading then consider using cryptopia or bittrex. This site is pure bullshit.

I find Hitbtc okay. But what you mentioned on their denominations is true and I also hope they will just change it like most normal exchanges do. This is also the reason why I am not making Hitbtc my main trading exchange.

Got my BTC back, their "pending" withdraw just magically got cancelled and BTC was back on my account, traded it to alt coin and sent to Bittrex.

Still no answer to tickets, no information, no nothing, why my (and countless other peoples) money has been "gone" for 2weeks (and over)?

NEVER EVER gonna touch this shit exchange again, over and out!

I deposited 25.10841618 ETH correctly yesterday to my generated HITBTC wallet: 0x9407f537d9a5cd72d02dda8b99dfaf6ad6699870

My account is: CryptoDib

as you can see on:

https://etherscan.io/tx/0x81aea6fb276dd33e336e9d7bb9be00e13cb02f24435dc3a1c09d22c51933009d

Withdrawal Dec. 28, 2017, 03:20 AM Main Account 25.10841618 ETH

But the amount is not showing up on my account it´s been 24 hours the deposit was not credited yet...

They´re saying that´s because of contract they don´t accept they will have to manually transfer the amount, but its been 24 hours and nothing showed up on my account...

Anyone facing the same issue? i keep you updated... thank you

Well, this morning... my account was hacked from Russia (Surgut). IP 92.253.172.70 4 hours ago.
Luckily there were no losses. Probably because of very low amount.

Hello everyone, anyone is facing the same problem that i do with HitBTC?

It´s been more than one day now and my 25 ETH deposit on HITBTC Exchange account was not credited..

All other exchanges i have deposited before they have credited my account in 5 minutes...

I´m very stressed about this situation as this is all my savings , i have received just one message from support:

"Marguerite Tessier (HitBTC)
Dec 28, 10:42 WET
Dear Trader,
Thank you for reaching out.

It seems that you've sent ETH from the contract. But receiving money from contracts is not available on HitBTC, it is important to remember that.

We will proceed your transaction manually and contact you after that. Thank you for your patience.

Regards,
Marguerite Tessier

HitBTC Support Team"

"Dear Trader,

We will contact you right after crediting your account with this lost deposit, which will happen right away.
Thank you for your patience.

Regards,
Marguerite Tessier
HitBTC Support Team"

They told me that it would be credited "right away" and 20 hours have passed after this ,
Please anyone can reach the support team to solve my case?  I Really need my balance to start trading "right away".
I sent other tickets to support without any response..

Tx ID:
https://etherscan.io/tx/0x81aea6fb276dd33e336e9d7bb9be00e13cb02f24435dc3a1c09d22c51933009d

Amount deposited from my Bitstamp account to my HITBTC generated ETH Wallet: 25.10841618 ETH

Wallet: 0x9407f537d9a5cd72d02dda8b99dfaf6ad6699870

If anyone can help me, it will be greatly appreciated.
