You probably took your BTC there late, it has to fully arrive and confirm before the fork.

Damn it, I did it again!  Embarrassed
I saw a good opportunity and bought a few ETHs worth of DENT tokens. I planned to make a small profit from the cros-market arbitrage.
Now my tokens are locked in 'pending' withdrawal for who knows how long... I know a few ETHs are not much for some, but that's my money!

Is that normal behavior for 'The most advanced cryptocurrency exchange'? Should I even mention that the support is almost non-existent?
HitBTC, I just want my money back. Or is that too much to ask?

best case scenario, your funds will be back in a few days or weeks, worst case, never

DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY TO HITBTC

This exchange is going to exit scam very soon and that will make Mtgox looks like a joke
hitbtc is also under investigation by a huge number of law enforcement agencies who will shut them down one day or another

It is the shadiest exchanges i know to date

- Fake company name
- no corporate registration / totally of the grid
- no offices
- whois hidden by panama based whoisguard
- huge ressources invested by hitbtc into eluding investigators researching the company, with complex network of fake entities, company name usurpations, fake people, etc..
- almost non existent support with fake names
- faked volume by a huge extent / bot generated markets
- too cheap miner fees which results in transfers stuck in limbo for days (for the lucky one who actually get some money out of it)

Their business model is selective scamming; they let a number of payments go through based on a automated selection made by algoritm and withhold others either for days, weeks, months or forever. They let some payments go through to create confusion among people and keep their scammy business going, but also to elude "withdrawal tests" made with small amounts, to draw larger sums into their exchange

They make tons of money with this scam

I just wanted to follow up on a previous post to say I finally got my coins off this piece of shit exchange:-)  I feel it was sheer luck however and still HIGHLY recommend people stay far away from these assholes!!  ZERO replies from support for over 2 weeks, this is UTTERLY FUCKING RIDICULOUS...a company that treats their customers like this doesn't deserve to be in business let alone earn anyone's hard earned money.

HitBTC - Your company and exchange is an absolute fucking joke and I hope you die a slow miserable death, dealing with people's fucking money and can't even bother to answer support tickets.....I THINK YOU ARE EARNING ENOUGH FUCKING MONEY WITH YOUR RIDICULOUS AND INSANE FEES THAT YOU COULD AFFORD SUPPORT STAFF!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyone else having any issues withdrawing from Hitbtc today? I've been using it for weeks for a certain coin I trade and haven't had any problems. However, today i'm unable to transfer coins over to my main account for withdrawal. It just keeps giving me an error.

I didn't withdraw coins, but I tried to move around my coins between trading account to main account and main account trading account. I didn't see any issues may be issue is related to your account and not for everyone. You may try to log out and clear your browser history and try again.

I"m trying to transfer some small amount of PLR tokens from my main account tab to trading account tab and I get the message insufficient funds. What is the minimum amount in satoshis that you can transfer to trading account tab?

I will consider any action without transparency just like what hitbtc did to most user as a shady operation.
For sure i won't trust on them at least for now even for a very little amount of money.
Stay safe and don't put your whole bankroll in a single bracket.

Same issue, I have a withdrawal request of 32.85 ETH pending since > 8 Hours
https://www.etherchain.org/tx/0x1fae8f512270a9c9583f1d0b0a1f9851bc33d8415b98201601a5064f5cd58220

Most likely the reasons being Transaction Fee set < 0.00001 ETH

Another stressful situation to deal with today... I sent a ticket and wait for their answer.

Withdrawal problems on HitBTC:
1. Ticket ID #129284 - ETH pending over 24 hours;
2. Ticket ID #133127 - LTC pending over 7 hours.
Waiting, when support will solve the problems. Before this I haven't any problems with HitBTC.
