I hope HitBtc just didnt figured out their load and they can make all work soon.

If they can't stand the heat, they should "get out of the kitchen" and leave it to big boys!
But there is always the possibility of something much more serious going on. I'm just happy that I managed to get all my assets from there.

They are one among others who didnt close registraton of new users. And we saw what was with alts week ago. So I think they are just didnt exect much new users and need time to keep all deals.

Also good news for me - I see my withdrawal trans on reciving address.

Yes some withdrawals seem to be taking a long time, but at least they are showing up as processing. So I guess all we can do is wait.

Same story for me :

- They cancelled the ETH Transaction after 48 Hours
- They make big warning that ETH can take up to 4 weeks
- Forcing me to convert all my ETH to BTC so I can withdraw from BTC "without warning"
- To finally request BTC Withdraw more than 2 hours ago that is still ..... not processed Sad

When I first request my ETH I was supposed to get 32,000 USD
Now I have BTC worth 30,525 USD

And if BTC go down, I'm screwed even more.... thanks HitBTC !

HitBTC: If you read that (which I'm sure you don't) my HitBTC Withdraw Transaction ID to release is 0573dba6-b1f8-4a23-b31a-d6daac2cc0f7

Update: They issue a Transaction ID for the BTC Withdraw Requesdt:
https://blockchain.info/tx/456c16847572b56d8d7220b1ea621ada5c5c16a1d4649f3fa0e00c0a00250bb5

But this TX have been pending for 12 Hours now (Transaction Fee: 138.135 sat/B)
I was able to make withdraw from KuCoin without any problem last hour.

So clearly, they are buying time or something ... Sad

Update: I finally got my Cryptocurrency in BTC (not in ETH) after exactly 3 Days and 5 Hours.....
My plan was to convert back to USD and ultimately I was able to get 2k more than what I was expecting to get 3 days ago.

I feel extremely lucky, and it's very unlikely that I will trade again on HitBTC, or at least not until they allow me to put my own transaction fee to high to avoid such situation.

I am having some issues now too. They are probably getting overrun with payouts now in this bullrun and can hardly keep up, plus hackers/blackmailers attacking them with ddos, plus the sudden rise in costs for ETH transactions (not HITBC fault), plus competition always spreading rumours about HITBTC thru thousands of fake accounts.

I really hope HITBTC will come back even stronger soon and show all critics they were wrong.

They claim to be the most advanced Bitcoin exchange today. Let’s see how advanced they really are from their counterparts. Let us talk about HitBTC.com and what do they bring to the table.

HitBTC is known for being able to be friendly enough to people that are into creating trade bots, thanks to their API’s. When you try and search Google for “HitBTC”, a Wikipedia information shows up, not bad for a Bitcoin website! In most cases you are unable to get any results from Wikipidea when you search for Bitcoin websites.

Anyhow, Wikipedia says that the company is EU-Based, which is quite odd as their website says that they are operating by “HIT Solution Limited” which is located at Unit 19, 7/F, One Midtown No11 Hoi Shing Road, Hong Kong. They have been in business since 2013 and boasts their efficiency when it comes to their matching algorithms.

Report if you have problems!

I pushed my btc on https://www.antpool.com/user/prioritiseTransaction.htm?m=savePrioritiseTx.
Use it if your tx is pending. It helps for me.

I saw this on Reddit:

https://www.reddit.com/r/hitbtc/comments/7oq6sx/my_guess_on_whats_going_on/

It says:

Now my guess what happened: The servers of hitbtc had some problems recently, probably because of the high demand. I assume the internal transactions had some problems as well and now they have to fix that manually since a lot of token withdrawal wallets are/were empty. It doesn't look like a scam to me at all and more and more withdrawal wallets seem to be refilled.

This is also how it feels to me. Withdrawals can sometimes take quite long, and you also have a lot of maintenance going on. I guess every exchange has trouble with this many new users showing up.

However, other exchanges have temporarily suspended new sign-ups and communicating with their customers in such cases. Not processing new deposits and seizing our assets for days or even weeks is very bad. Not to mention ignoring users on customer support. This is not the way to do business.

'If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen!'

And despite all these issues, all of their tweets are about new coins on the exchange ...  Angry

what a joke!...HitBTC is an absolute DISGRACE and should be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY.

Why?.......

- 0.1% on every trade (which are very slow and might not happen)

- 10% on withdrawals/transfers (which probably won't happen but will simply disappear!!!)

- Make it literally impossible to withdraw your complete balance because units are always rounded up or down......not that you'll get the remaining 90% of the transaction anyway!

- Continuous 'bad gateways' and 'problems with this page'

- ABSOLUTELY NO ADMIN/IT SUPPORT

- If you moan about it on the 'troll board' you are BANNED......and there are lots of people getting BANNED by all their ADMIN people!

I guess I am lucky (in a weird way) that I only deposited about 50$ of crypto to play around with. I am yet to receive my 19 NGC (was 22) in MY ETHER WALLET and they still have approx 20 USDT worth of mixed ICO coins which I can't do anything with...for now!

I think NAGA made a HUGE mistake by being listed on there after the ICO and although I won't let this CRAP exchange
spoil my interest and enthusiasm for crypto/blockchain I think a lot of people and companies have been seriously damaged by this load of SCAMMERS and we need to warn as many as possible to STAY AWAY or SHUT THEM DOWN.

As for any ICO's going on HitBTC (Swissborg/CHF)........DON'T DO IT!!!!

Thanks HitBTC for a really annoyingly CRAP experience.....You have officially been 'Boshed' by the Josh.

Finally, don't lose too much sleep over your losses people/victims. After all, It's all on Blockchain right?  ; )
