I login to their zendesk and look at my tickets and they've marked all of my e-mails regarding this issue as "Solved" when absolutely NOTHING has been resolved yet. Nothing at all. We reserve the right to charge a fee in that case (as per 5.1.8 of our T&Cs), and the withdrawal needs to be to an address you deposited from. If - as appears to be the case in your account - you have indeed wagered, we will be able to process your withdrawal for you.
Hi Leandro,how about users using a web wallet to deposit in your cloudbet account,how come they are able to use the address that is used in the transaction when that is held by the web wallet,don't you think that as a dumb rule because there are many people using those services,does that rule holds for every user or is it only for individuals who deposits the amount and not wage any bet or is it a general rule. This rule does not apply to actual customers who make wagers. If you are using a web wallet and cannot use the same address twice, that is fine, as long as you are an actual player. The above rule only applies to users who attempt to use Cloudbet as a mixing service without playing any games. Leandro

We notice that you have deposited and are now submitting for a withdrawal without having made any wagers. Can I ask that you explain your reasons for doing this?
But it looks like you have already made one bet after depositing, what makes them think that you haven't wagered anything. Also they are deducting transaction fees from users to include in withdrawal so why they should be worried about anyone withdrawing just after making deposit. Smells fishy to me We are not currently charging players bitcoin network fees for withdrawals. We reserve the right however to change this in the future. Leandro

What are you guys doing? I requested a withdrawal and it was sitting pending then since Tuesday now I check this morning and it was labelled as rejected. Why!? It was for a small amount. What the hell!? If you haven't noticed already a lot of people on the thread have been having issues on the sites specially withdrawal related. So it isn't a surprise that people who continue to deposit on the site will face similar issues. I deposited way before any of these issues with withdrawals happened. Was mid-Januaray. And now that I want to withdraw this amount of below 3 mbtc it made me wait for 48 hours and stayed pending until this morning when I check it and it had in red this "rejected" where it said pending for the longest time. Hi retro, Firstly, the speed at which a deposit is credited depends on how long it takes to get a confirmation on the blockchain. We can't control that speed I'm afraid. so if you are here help then why still there are a lot of errors happening on your site? Do you think it will sounds good to us if we see that occuring onwards? I think you should fix the pending big withdrawals first so that people cannot get annoyed and shout out that they have been compromised by the cloudbet site. Much better if you 0ut some huge amount on your hot wallets if possible so that at anytime people can withdraw with at ease.
All withdrawals are processed within 24 hours, including large ones. I can see that there are currently no large withdrawals in queue for approval - they have all been processed.

Okay - so I have obtained the personal details of one of the CloudBet employees. He did an interview with a gaming news company a while back, and that company revealed his details because of the shady practices of this shitty book.
Isn't it funny that their representative just logged into to respond to all inquiries but avoid your post all together. They don't even care about if you reveal their own colleagues personal info or not. No honor among thieves I guess. If one gets cornered and denounced another one will simply take their place. Must be in a really poor country to have mentality like that. An india or china support center where it is one man for themselves.
