1581  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your Favorite Casino Games with a Buy-In feature on: November 28, 2022, 10:08:54 AM
Push Gaming bonus buy feature is the worst if you ask me, the worst here related to the possible outcome. I prefer to choose the games from Pragmatic/No Limit City or Relax Gaming than Push Gaming. If I have to mention specific games I like, here is my list:
1. Pragmatic: Fruit Party and Gates of Olympus
2. No Limit City: Tombstone and Book of Shadows
3. Relax Gaming: TNT Tumble and Money Train 2

Right, I love the Tombstone of No Limit City as far as buy-in feature. Everyone I try to 'take advantage' of this feature it seems to be giving me a good win. Next on the list is Book of Shadows already in regular games I've been extremely lucky with in.

Money Train 2 as well, good to have buy-in feature and it's worth to used it as per my experience.

Glad that you mentioned Pragmatic, but I haven't played with them for a long time like the Fruit party because I'm not a fan of that UI,  Grin
1582  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to earn 9-10% APY using USDT and a simple strategy on: November 27, 2022, 09:18:23 PM

How can this be low risk when it asks for users to deposit coins?

Crypto was rocked by FTX scam where people kept thier assets on exchanges. You have to be so dumb to not learn from the massive fraud happening this year to deposit to centralized Eonian.  We are already avoiding CEX, holders are already getting out of the exchanges to hold or stake coins in the wallets they own. You couldn't expect any new projects this time to do something good.

Very strange reaction... Why do you think Eonian is centralized? We are building Eonian - a decentralized yield farm. It is purely a smart contract protocol where you can check the code and see that no one except you has access to your money.

For me personally very heartbreaking to see such a position  Sad . We spend months researching all possible hacks and vulnerabilities in smart contract protocols, then designing them in a way that prevents anyone from stealing users' money, multiples times reviewing each line of code and cannot normally sleep while thinking what else can be done to save users which will trust us. We have already half a year postponing the release to implement all SecOps practices while spending personal money on development. I personally spend a month on an independent audit of ApeSwap (proof link: https://leovs09.notion.site/ApeSwap-Lending-Audit-Report-2c499edcbf0b432dbd94424268cf3a88) to only be sure, that if we will use this strategy we not will lose users money.

And then I heard that FTX was making whole money management in messenger, and thousands of users were trusting them millions of money Cry . And now you are saying that because of FTX, our project is also bad!

It's good that you have done your part, researching about the possible hacks because this is the first time that comes to my mind.

And hopefully this is not just a one done part, I mean you also need someone to monitor everything in a 24x7 basis? just to make sure that everything is running smoothly and if by chance there is a exploit in your system, you can simply react on it real time.

Also, need to be very active in looking for loopholes in your system. As obviously, hackers are smart and doing this as well. That's why it's better that you are one step ahead of the game, just saying.
1583  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gervonta Davis VS Hector Luis Garcia SAT, JAN 07, 2023 on: November 27, 2022, 08:53:40 PM

But as I have said, as long as him and Ryan will fight this year, then everything should be good on our part as boxing fans.

Do not believe it 100%, we've been taken a ride before by both Crawford and Spence and in the past, these two, are clowning to fight each other but never materialize, I don't know how serious these two fighters are, I will only believe if they sign a contract and there's already a final date.
If Tank's promoter is serious about this he should not let fight this Hector Garcia and go straight against the popular Garcia this is where big money is.

You seriously got a point there mate. This fight is still classified as speculation or an improved rumored fight even if they already said that there's an agreement for a catchweight bout because the final details on its whereabouts is not out yet, there are some reports that this fight will take place in Las Vegas somewhere in the month of April but like as you said, that is not yet final as long as both camps is not yet signing any contracts.

Also, what I'm curious about is why do they need any tune-up fights if they can always go head-to-head directly and make the schedule much earlier than what was reported. The risk is not that worthy because if one of them will sustain a serious injury or damage after that tune-up fight then they will be having troubles again because the fight will be delayed or worse, cancelled.

They've seen the fall out of the Crawford vs Spence, and I doubt that they will want to go on that route, and it's Oscar vs Floyd in the negotiation table because they are the promotional company here. This two is a business man so maybe they can sit and make the fight very easy unlike Crawford who doesn't have any manager so it's hard to negotiate against Al Haymon.

Maybe they are looking for a good venue because this is a huge fight and January is too early to make this fight.

And perhaps they decided to just have a tune up fight early, sort of to loose and prepare their body on this big fight.
1584  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: November 27, 2022, 08:35:28 PM
^^ I thought that Devin Haney or at least their team is looking for Loma next at 135 lbs?

If they are calling Teo then they needed to go up at 140 lbs, which I think Devin doesn't have a problem. In any case, there could be some personal reasons for this, father vs father, might be a interesting story line. They will do the talking here as both very lively in the media.

So let's see first, Haney has a difficult fight in front of him in Loma 2023.
1585  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: November 27, 2022, 08:17:30 PM
Lakers have started to improve their stats recently. They won four of their last five games. Last night they played against Spurs and won by 143-138. This was another game in which Lebron showed a great performance - 39 points, 11 rebounds. It was a game Lebron tried to carry again and things weren't going very well for them mostly in such cases. But they managed to win this one.

They almost lead the whole game, but the Spurs didn't give up, it was just a 5 point win for them. Stat line for James really look impressive as if we are seeing a still prime Lebron in Cleveland with those number.

But he has do it since Davis set out in this game. But it turns out to be a blessing for the team as we have seen Lebron again at his best to carry the Lakers in his shoulder with a good numbers.

Westbrook wasn't in the forefront much but I remember a time he had a problem with Collins. Collins made a foul and Westbrook's face was suddenly covered with blood. There was a high tension after that between these players. Apart from that I remember a time he made a nice alley-oop with Lebron. Maybe this might be a proof that they are getting along these days.

Yes, elbows in the face of Russ from Collins, but they call a technical foul of Russ for over-reacting. But I guess that is just normal reaction if someone is trying to hurt you in the game. Was good that Pat Bev is already suspended, if not this could very well escalated again.
1586  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The market will come back bigger again on: November 26, 2022, 09:45:52 PM
After the pump in few days back, many think the price of bitcoin will cross the value of 20k dollars. But all was disappointed after the fall in price to 16,500$. When the price of bitcoin crossed the barrier, surely it will reach the 40k dollars. If the price of bitcoin crossed the limit, surely it will reflect in all other trusted coin. Most of the long term traders waiting for this position over a years.

Nah, I doubt that we will crossed $40k just because we have hit $20k and up in the late October or early November. The market is still bearish and the best that we can get this December is $25k.

But then again, the FTX news affected us, the sad thing is that it was not Bitcoin but this exchanges drag us down. But we can't do anything as we are somewhat correlated and so the price triggered a collapse of the whole crypto, including bitcoin that we are now in a lows of $16,500. On the other hard, this is a good position for smart investors or at least those who are here for the long term to invest because the price is cheap.
1587  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC is likely to head towards a price of $13,000 on: November 26, 2022, 09:19:04 PM
The recession understands people like you who are facing Investment and financial difficulties. Do you feel that a bear market in risk assets mimicking the global financial crisis, big losses are yet to come?

As per your title, bitcoin may or may not reach 13,000$. We cannot say with 100% conviction that bitcoin may reach 13K or below.
Yes, the recession is on its way, but we never know how bitcoin will react to it. Perhaps people may find the bitcoin to be a safe heaven especially when everyone knows that it is non inflationary.

It's not just bitcoin that will be affected by the recession, every one is, every financial market has somewhat feel the burn already, Nasdaq, Dow Jones, Nikkei in the Japan, etc. Probably it's a safe haven, but still though it's not being reflected on the price as everyone is afraid to where to put their money and wealth in this trying times.

I am optimistic about bitcoin and think that no matter what the world's economic and financial conditions is, Bitcoin will always have its value. Even if bitcoin dumps to 13K, it will be for a very short period due to the enormous demand of bitcoin BTC

We will see after the next bitcoin halving, hopefully we are all correct, we might see 6 digits and this could very well be a good sign that bitcoin will and going to stay and even at $13k right now, we have to look at the bigger picture in 2024/25.
1588  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cock fight game on: November 26, 2022, 09:00:12 PM
I‘ve wondered why this sort of thing hasn’t become reality with the internet and crypto. It’s probably a good thing as this sort of inhumane behavior would likely lead to protests. However, I once thought it might be cool to have a crypto gambling site where users could bet on fish fights between Japanese fighting fish, but again, a bit inhumane even if fish are a little less evil due to them not feeling pain. This sort of thing could only bring negativity to Bitcoin, so it’s probably best it doesn’t exist.

Probably but it is thriving on fiat system, specially cockfighting, it's famous in Asia, events are online, gamblers bet. So I don't think it will make any difference or negativity to bitcoin and crypto.

Again, it really up to the society or the government to whether think this is inhumane behavior or not. And if you are a gambler but then are against this kind of cruelty, then just skip it at all.
1589  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Tank Davis vs. Ryan Garcia betting and discussion (May, 2023) on: November 26, 2022, 08:45:31 PM
-cut-
That means that oddsmakers think there is 64% chance of Davis winning while giving Garcia a 36% chance.
I will agree with these odds and bet for Tank.

Compared to Garcia, his combos and movement seem way more composed and technical, and being a southpaw doesn't hurt his changes. While Garcia seem to rely on his natural unpolished talent, and just raw aggressive fast style, using surprisingly quick and powerful attacks even as a defence. Even though those look clumsy compared to Tank, he seem to get ton of power under them somehow.

My guess is that Garcia's style of defence won't work agaisnt technically skilled combos by Tank. Garcia's aggressive style is intimidating but very much defeatable and while his height and reach seem to do add to that and give him confidence, it's all appearances and something that can be taken away fast.

If we are going to be in the technical side, I will say that Tank is more polished, but if we are talking about raw talent, Garcia could be the man here. So it's close but yeah, if the odd markers are going for Tank at 64% then could be true.

Nevertheless, Garcia has been asking for this fight years ago and in several interviews, prior to this one that he will going to beat and knock Tank Davis out. So let's see if that confidence of his will be enough when they face in the ring because he will be the underdog.

I don't feel that Garcia is the underdog because if you look at his fights, he is still very dominant just like Davis. So I view this fight as an even fight, but of course, Bookies are just doing their job so they have to make someone the favorite and the other is the underdog. Anyway, if you bet on Ryan Garcia, I think you should bet now as odds might change as the fight is getting closer.

I think it will be good if Garcia will be the betting underdog? for his backers this is a chance to win, so we will see who's going to be on top as per betting. And this is going to be interesting, not just on crypto sports bookies, but in Las Vegas wherein it is the center of all betting. We might see some whales putting big money on either side as the fight gets closer.

I have yet to hear the tune up fight for Ryan though, as compare to Tank who already has a fight in Hector Garcia in January.

There are a lot of 135 to 140 lbs that is willing to face Ryan, no doubt, but it should be a cherry pick fight, in my opinion.
1590  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: November 26, 2022, 08:27:13 PM
Lots of LeBron talk as he’s back in the rotation for the Lakers and helped them get a win yesterday. They’ve got a rematch again today against the San Antonio Spurs, so hopefully we see more domination from Anthony Davis and LeBron is able to play in the back to back. They’re slowly starting to show some life, but I think that team has a lot of issues that will keep them from postseason success.

Yes, it seems that they again found their rhythm? like their championship years wherein both are enjoying the game. And hopefully James defy everyone at his age. Nevertheless, it will be a good matchup against the young San Antonio Spurs.

As for the Booker comment about Pat Bev, we will see, Booker somewhat looks to get himself involved in trash talking, however, I will say that they are also a choker in the playoff. He can get respected if he can win rings, other than that, he is just like the rest of the NBA who just open his mouth but then can't back it up.
1591  Economy / Gambling / Re: DraftApes - Crypto Fantasy Sports on: November 25, 2022, 02:17:47 PM
took part in the world cup contest and almost missed it apparently there were 3 stages I thought there was only 1 stage available, guessing the score not everyone will always guess correctly but luck is also needed because there are always many surprises in this world cup  Wink

Right, it's really hard to predict winners in every games or stages.

There are a lot of surprises as well, and just like in the NBA games, I compare this to parlay betting wherein you have to exactly predict the winner or handicap. And it's very hard if you are like looking to get 3 wins in a row.

Definitely, luck is needed to win this kind of prediction games. At least your try it mate, as we have a new crypto fantasy sports in the market.
1592  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Ethereum keep its leadership in the crypto smart contract industry? on: November 25, 2022, 02:02:04 PM
The Ethereum blockchain is currently the most used blockchain when it comes to Smart contract, NFT and Metaverse development. It achieved its leadership while it was still a decentralized network.

Unfortunately, right after the merge, Ethereum lost its decentralized feature and is now one of the most centralized cryptocurrency projects in the industry.

Given that we're going through a debate opposing Centralized vs Decentralized, do you think that Ethereum will still keep ahead of the competition? Aren't there a lot of chances of Ethereum being overcome by an alternative decentralized network?

What is your take on this matter?

We haven't heard anyone yet to challenge Ethereum when it did the merging. However, in the past there have been a lot of potential takeover from other projects, but it didn't materialized and Ethereum remains on the top of the food chain.

And with that premise, if the project before who are so strong and put up a good challenge didn't win, so what make it any difference as of today despite their merger? So I believed that Ethereum will continue it's dominance as far as Smart contract and NFT and Metaverse development.
1593  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: November 25, 2022, 01:30:51 PM
It was surely a sad blow for the Kings but it happens, and even though their winning streak was halted there is a huge chance they can get into the playoffs, but this is really just an assumption because knowing the Sacramento Kings now, but before that 7 winning streaks at 1st they had a 4 losing streak, on the start of the season, but they are making progress in their play so let's just wait in what they will do next,
Just getting to the playoffs would be their best performance this season and surely they will gonna be torn against their opponents in their western conference because the Sacramento Kings this season is like the Memphis last season, even though there aren't any superstars in the team, they can surpass other teams that haven't played well even though they have all the necessary players to win a championship. If they can continue winning at such a rate, obviously their spot in the playoff tree will be guaranteed for sure.
If they continue playing as a team the playoff appearance won't be hard for them, we are seeing a different chemistry that being
established among the players.

The progress is really great with this newly form squad, same with what I see from the Jazz they are surprising the league after
beating teams that highly favorites.

Both teams need to continue the chase and perform to keep winning games.

Kings' winning streak has been interrupted. Honestly, they had been on a really consistent winning streak so far till the last match. And I do not think that they are about to even think about missing the playoffs. The type of performance that they were able to show is enough to give them a lot of confidence. Right now I bet they are not even thinking about missing the playoffs.

Jazz have lost two matches in a row. Before that, they were showing positive performances. I know some of the matches they've played have been really close. But they did get the result in their favor. From the next game on, I hope they will be able to perform better.

We will see, as you have said, Jazz is one team that surprises us all in the West, but now they are on a 2 game losing skid. Sacramento on the other hand, lost against Trae Young. Although they have been dominated, they try to make a comeback in that game but they just fell short.

Probably need a win in their home court so get back the confidence because it will be just a waste if they started to lose after having a good start.

So this is a mind game for the team, both of them, they have to look at it one game at a time.
1594  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Running a casino during crypto crash on: November 25, 2022, 01:06:47 PM
We need transparency during this situation to have an assurance that our funds will still be safe and the casino will be able to pay their players accordingly but I don't think they could easily provide financial statements that easily.
They wouldn't provide it, that thing could even be used against them if someone tries to put pressure on them.

That's a sensitive document that they won't let someone see it. Even you're an avid customer of them, they just can't unless in some cases they'll allow it and you're one of their most loyal and biggest gambler that has wagered a lot to them.

If that's the case, it will be bettee if we'll look for a more reliable casino site in which we'll have a better assurance that it would have a stronger foundation against the bearish season.
This is what everyone can do. Look for one that you trust whether they will show you records and reports or not.

Play on the casino that you truly trust, even they are not showing their bankroll but they are facilitating it right and you don't see major problem in terms of withdrawals, there are many established casino sites that you can choose around, they are not showing their funds but they don't have complaints that really affects the business.

Though complaints are always presents from every side, but as long as the site is good at working on it and try to address the problem, gamblers will keep coming back and play.

Probably the big question is that, we do have whales here that they might see issue with the casino that they are playing because they are not showing proof of reserves.

I'm not ordinary gambler, not risking huge amount of money and so I was paid by casino's that I played instantly. But if we hear the thoughts of whales, who's betting 5,6 or even 7,8 figures, they might fine it hard and probably asked questions about the casino that they are playing. But this is just my thoughts. And so it all boils down as whether you trust your favorite casinos or not.

1596  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cloud mining on: November 24, 2022, 03:02:29 AM
As others have said, cloud mining is dead, specially in this bear market, I don't think that you will make a profit and you don't want to fall for scam cloud mining as there have been a lot in recent years.

So the best thing to do is to stay away from cloud mining, it's no longer profitable as when in 2018.

Might be better for you to just invest your money on solid altcoins and then hold for the long term. At least the risk is that that huge as compare to looking for cloud mining as passive income, in my opinion.
1597  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING] Manny Pacquiao vs. DK Yoo on: November 24, 2022, 02:15:21 AM
Well here is something to rescue, and it is that Manny Pacquiao is a very good boxer and this fight is clearly an exhibition fight, obviously it is fixed, I am not one of those who like to watch exhibition fights, but Pacquiao will be there, and that changes everything , when there are exhibition fights I don't even see them, it would be practically the first time that I go to see a fight like that, because I always like the real thing, when there is rivalry and they fight for a title or for the defense of a title, that is what moves us all and that good bets can be made, that is another thing that I like about boxing.

Also boxers who are in exhibition fights should feel calm ´because they will see it as something that will be beneficial for another person, I think this is what I like the most.

Exhibition fights are obviously for entertainment purposes + getting some money without compromising or affecting someones statistics since its not official. It would really be that obvious that there would be no

betting lines or odds for this one considering that results or outcome would really be that too obvious on whose gonna win. Some do say about being beneficial for DK since
he had an opponent which is really that popular which it would really boost up his popularity too.

Lets just enjoy on what would really be they tend to show about. Tongue

Or probably there are fans that are not going to bet on this one, and to be honest I haven't put a bet on exhibitions fight even if there are odds. As you have said, the purpose is to just entertain us so no need to put money on line as we might get nervous watching the fight, Lol.

But I have nothing against those fans who love to put some bet here, watching and then enjoying it at the same time.

Obviously though if there is a line that is open already, Manny is the outstanding favorite here.
1598  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Naoya Inoue vs Paul Butler - Undisputed Bantamweight Bout - December 13 on: November 24, 2022, 01:37:06 AM
I don't know about you, but this fight has had a different tint again, I know that many were 100% with Inoue, but I have read in some other forums that they are only about boxing that they have a lot of hope about Butler, I don't know, it is speculated that it is because of the type of preparation and training that he has taken and this has made people begin to consider their bets, this is something that does not seem bad to me, because I know that despite all this speculation the numbers will be very favor of Inoue, and looking at it from a technical point of view, Inoue is very good, but the surprise factor is that which sometimes surprises us and since there is so much money involved, things can change.

Not sure who are rooting for Butler against the Monster here, but maybe they are just looking for that huge odds and of course the money that they are going to win if Butler put an upset.

But if you have followed boxing, and not read on some other forums that Butler is this and Butler is that. We should know by now how dangerous Naoya is, we thought that Donaire has a chance against Naoya and yet he destroyed him in 2 rounds. So I bet those who are saying in other forums that Butler has a chance is the same individuals who think that Nonito has a good chance as well, just saying.
1599  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The origins of Slot games on: November 24, 2022, 01:13:00 AM
Slot machines are practically the “furniture” that can be found in any Casino anywhere in the world. Slot games are said to have been invented around 1871 in San Francisco.

I think the popularity of slot machines is due to their simple mechanics to implement and play, it's a captivating game that anyone can play... in the "simplest" mode, just pull a lever.

Just for the record though, most updated slot machines doesn't have a lever anymore.

But there are still some, and yeah the experience is  very much different as compare to like pushing the buttons today.

Not to mention that the lack of a person to control the game was also very profitable for the casinos in the beginning, which could place several machines without having to hire a single employee.

That was in the beginning, but now with the huge success of slot machines, this has become a niche, there are a lot of competing companies producing better slot machine experience every year and with that lot of personnel to hire for maintenance and obviously to code the game itself.

Bitcoin is an unstoppable force against the enslaving fiat system. This is why I own Bitcoin. But it makes me wonder; what else can we replace with a technology that is permissionless and immutable?

BTC or at least some crypto as the first, so I doubt that there will be another technology that can replicate what BTC has done to us. And it just shows how brilliance Satoshi is, when he created BTC to be used by everyone.

I have seen people trying to build apps that could replace politicians from deciding how our taxes are distributed, but perhaps they have the same centralized failures that DigiCash had before Bitcoin.

Maybe Bitcoin is all we really need. "Fix the money, fix the world".

Although I will say that bitcoin is not a magic bean that will solve any of our problems. Just used it as how it was designed and we are good to go in the next 10 years or so.
