It will be good if you use different colors for different users in depth 1 to know who they trust. Now it is hard to differentiate.

Colors are best kept for depth level otherwise it really does become a mess. You can see who in depth 1 is trusting who by the names nearest to them. Those on the periphery of forced atlas are trusted by one person, those towards the centre often multiple people. The same goes with Yifan Hu which is meant to represent that.

Thanks but using a light colors won't be a mess. I was talking about

It is hard to differentiate trust list on a user basis in this image. It will be good if you test with different colors with your software and if it is messy, avoid it.
2062  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: who gets the bitcoin tranaction fees on: May 16, 2015, 02:12:35 PM
a newbie question the fee charged  by the bitcoin network when sending payment who gets that
that fees is called miner fees as becauee the miners are the one who are giving their computer effort to conform/to solve a block calculation which is generated by users like u.they just get a small amount of bits from everyone just for running their machines

"Bits"? Don't forget about 25 newly generated Bitcoins.

It is working good for me. Was it broken after you made an commit(if any)?

In my case under Win7 64 bit btchip-python is unstable, can't be used together with Electrum.

Did you use libusb-win32-bin-1.2.6.0?
Did you compile cython with Microsoft Visual C++ VCForPython27?
Or you used a MinGW environment?

Yes, I use libusb but don't remember the version and I installed Cython using Python setup.py command and it used Visual C++.
2064  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: ccminer.cf 12 month contract up to 0.0013btc per gh/s on: May 16, 2015, 01:10:11 PM
Post your mining address and/or pictures of mining farm here.

Dear Muhamed,

As we wrote the mining farm is under construction, and it will be located close by Astana in Kazakhstan.
Now we are testing some miners in order to calculate the electricity consumption and the costs. So we will post some picutre of our miners, and probably also a video.

I quote what we wrote on this topic and on our website to explain how we can provide the mining reward to our clients already even if the farm is not ready yet:

Actually we are setting up a small bitcoin mining farm in a remote area in Kazakhstan, we will combine its coins production with our actual earnings from cloud mining, host mining, prove of stake mining, and trading to provide you our mining services at these competitive prices.
In detail, we diversify for you your mining investment, and we direct your capital to the legit services available on line(cloud and hosted mining), to our POS mining, and we keep a part of it into a fund for trade and arbitrage that will be used just when we can get profit due to the Bitcoin market situation. Like this we can minimize the risks of loss linked with any investment.

we will update you soon

Best regards

Thanks! There is a typo - it is proof of stake not prove of stake.

So you are doing both PoS and PoW? What altcoins are you planning to stake?
2065  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Vanitygen: Vanity bitcoin address generator/miner [v0.22] on: May 16, 2015, 01:06:40 PM
I have been working with this s*** for at day now. I can get vanitygen.exe working no problem, but oclvanitygen.exe will not create a single/simple adress? What is the command line for creating a privkey for 1goat

I have tried    oclvanitygen.exe -d 0 -i 1goat

What is not working here? oclvanityget has identitied my AMD GPU, but no result  Embarrassed

UPDATE:  It has to be a driver issue, because I can for the oclvanitygen to use the CPU and this works.... But why can the 7800 series GPU mine and not be used for vanitygen?

IIRC shouldn't the command be "D" not "d" when allocating GPUs?

The double post was a mistake. It will be deleted soon.

This answer is still not enough for me but avoid it.

What are the maintenance fees?

What's wrong with my answer?  Shocked
The Maintenance Fees only 0.0015 $

Try looking carefully.

Can you be more specific about maintenance fee? Is $0.0015 fee for 2.5 THs or for each THs?

By looking FAQ, I guess the fee is $0.0015/GH/day, right?

2069  Economy / Lending / Re: Borrowing USD @ 0.02% a day (7.57% APR) 120% COLLATERALIZED AT ALL TIMES on: May 16, 2015, 12:46:34 PM
This is bitcoin forum so start your USD borrowing thread somewhere else, this forum is related to bitcoin and cryptocurrency
Payments are done in BTC and collateral is provided in BTC, bitcointalk seems the right place for this
if you are accepting payments in BTC, collateral in BTC,repaying in BTC then why you name it USD
i suggest you to merge all your 3 thread into single

also when you are providing Collateral then why don't you sell your BTC and earn money yourself
no need to borrow money from others when you have BTC that you are providing as collateral

A usd pegged loan is allowed in this forum.

I agree with you in merging 3 thread into a single thread.
2070  Economy / Lending / Re: Borrowing BTC @ 0.01% a day (3.71% APR) on: May 16, 2015, 12:41:11 PM
I don't think there is a need for this loan for you. This is more or less a reputation loan.
I have the right to ask for a loan here without having to tell you the reason and you have the right to deny offering me the loan...

Right but you don't have the right to spam lending board and I have the right to warn people.

Why don't you read?? All the games with their normal price total up to $500. The real price which are steam accounts sold, are the total price of all games, when there's a steam sale.. Which is $158. Since i have some shit games, i lowered the price..

I like to see you selling that steam account for $100.

2073  Other / Meta / Re: Clarification About The Forum on: May 16, 2015, 12:25:31 PM
1) Community answer: no. Yes. Not legal or illegal.

Why have you said yes to selling trust? It is illegal indeed

It is not against forum rule but you will get negative trust rating if you're caught selling trust.

Meaning of illegal: Contrary to or forbidden by law, especially criminal law.

Some(/most) of the rules here is neither legal nor illegal.
2074  Economy / Lending / Re: [HERO] 0.8 BTC loan to complete freelance project on: May 16, 2015, 12:22:22 PM
If I can say also my opinion, I do not think it is the real amacar (the real person who created that account). The [HERO] tag is a strong suggestion to us, why an Hero member should have written also that tag Roll Eyes? Also the post edited is another 'red warning', I suggest to wait a reply from 'him' or who is managing this account (it could also have been sold to someone else - but also the hacked account is a good possibility but amacar does not seem a newbie and he knows how to protect 'his account').

I agree with bolded part. This tells me the account is sold.

"[HERO]" can be written so that people will be interested to lend him. The post editing is not the only one which triggers the alarm but this too

2) User claimed his wallet containing an address was lost when it reality the address wasn't even his.

2075  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Anonymous Debit Card just now! on: May 16, 2015, 12:12:20 PM
I would like to get a free vouch. I don't want to pay $30 to you upfront because of your reputation. I will pay you if the card is working and there is no problem with it.

By the way, what is your legal status about this card?
2076  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: About anonymity for Newbies on: May 16, 2015, 12:04:59 PM
I always used mixers. Thank's to your website - I mixed 10 btc
Thank you!

Please provide the transaction links and I will remove your negative trust.

It's obvious you are just a fake account of the OP to build trust.

I don't need to waste my time and begin huge polemics with you. imagine advertising company that doing ONLY advertising. Understand? ONLY advertisement and haven't access to the accounts with bitcoins. Is it normal? I think yes if company specialized only in advertising. very easy to write, that it is scam and cry it for everyone. But please, leave your wrong opinion to yourself.

You should know *what* you are advertising and this is your duty to provide evidence. You can ask owners to provide evidence and you can post what they give here. Reputation of the mixer is gone and if you don't provide, this will stay as it is. Provide if you want to save your business.

-snip-
Looking at how this situation is developing, I wouldn't remove that trust rating before at least 3 different transactions are shown with evidence (over 1 BTC each).

IMHO ratings shouldn't be removed. They can fake 1+BTC mixing easily and 1BTC is comparitively low than what people mix. Their reaction to our question shows they are untrustworthy and/or unsafe to trust with money.

Please help! How to go on?

The Python API is broken on Windows, and I didn't have the opportunity to have a look yet.

It is working good for me. Was it broken after you made an commit(if any)?

2079  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Scrypt.CC | Scrypt Cloud Mining on: May 16, 2015, 07:08:14 AM
So i see that this thread has gone the usual route of rallying the shills to try and discredit anyone who raises valid concerns about the fact that this scheme is clearly a ponzi.

Guys, just check https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=878387 and you'll find it's a ponzi. No need to argue and call names each other Smiley It says only preliminary assessment, but I encourage the author to put a final one.

Anyone who isn't a corrupt shill can easily check the post history of these ad-hominem-spewing users to see that the vast majority of them appear to solely be here to promote scrypt.cc and drown out any dissent.

@galdur You appear to have quite the problem with your attempts to rage-quit this discussion, how many more times are you going to keep posting that this is, "goodbye forever"? Also, pro-tip, when you have been presented with a rational, reasoned, explanation for why something most probably is not what it is claiming to be, your pat response of simply resorting to ad-hominem against the people who are presenting said rational and reasoned concerns clearly shows that you have nothing to rebut the position and have to resort to scrabbling at your keyboard in the hope that attempting to dismiss a rational and reasoned position by posting the equivalent of blowing a raspberry will be seen as a reasoned rebuttal.

Just in case you were under the mistaken impression it is working for you, I'll let you in to a secret, it isn't.

Just incase u missed it, I'll say it again:

"So unless you can show me some sort of actual evidence that scrypt.cc is a scam, you can kindly fuck off from this thread. Let the adults talk about adult things and you can go play with the children in the backyard screaming "ponzi ponzi" all fucking day"

All I see from you is the same crappy arguments about ponzis and scams with no evidence except your opinion which isn't worth shit incase you weren't aware.

Actually you should show us the proof that they are really mining. They can't provide a mining address, pictures of mining farm and no ASIC vendors are backing up.
