I also thinking of moving... But my primary reason is that I need to monitor what is going on all the time. Even when Slush is present. Now that that nobody is monitoring the pool it is clear that is has real problems that needs to be fixed. I just looked at my backup pool and figure out that my miner did jump there over night. And there was a round that I was all over stratum hosts and even on getwork. And because of that I got really low reword(less then 30%) on blocks 17934 and 17930.
Secondary is that I'm missing 16% of income. No merged mining(NMC, IXC DVC)...

#17939 is ok for me, btc reward is totally inline with how much I normally get #17925 is the only one I had a problem with so far
17939 2013-05-09 07:04:01 0:42:39 5733080 138 0.00059777 <--- 17938 2013-05-09 06:21:22 1:14:17 9911155 234 0.00066098
17926 2013-05-08 16:05:44 1:52:00 15071549 376 0.00059199 17925 2013-05-08 14:13:44 1:27:14 11634278 257 0.00000004 <---
(As I said before: guiminer on stratum3)

also i am one to get screwed on that block... 17925 2013-05-08 14:13:44 1:27:14 11634278 4758 0.00000118 235160 25.21733124 50 confirmations left
Guys and gals - let's stop complaining about that 17925 block. It's more than abundantly clear that something went wrong (or at least doesn't meet our expectations). For good or bad - Slush is the only one that can tell what exactly happened and fix it. And after all - for majority of us the lost amount is rather insignificant - the daily income would be affected by a single-digit percentage. So - let's stop whining about it. Slush hasn't posted for over a week, so he might be on vacation and therefore won't be able to fix it. If that's the case - we'll have to live with it. I for one wasn't complaining (I was the first to notice, and yes I want a cookie), but rather pointing out that something had gone wrong. As a developer myself I assume its of interest to the admin when something doesn't work right since it points out potential issues. No whining here; my loss was equivalent to about fifty cents.

But fluctuations are really wild at times here and we need confidence that the pool rewards are computed correctly and honestly.
This. I think what happened on this block is just a combination of really bad timing and the reward computation algorithm. But if so maybe an algorithm needs a closer look. After all we don't want a "hop-resistant" algorithm to drive people out of the pool due to loss of confidence.
And this.

besides the afformentioned blocks with issues ( yea, took a while to read 9 pages to catch up.. ) i've noticed since getting a GPU to mine with ( roughly 3.9-4.2Mhash/sec with GUIMiner )
That's not GPU mining speeds its CPU mining speeds. Check your configuration. CPU mining is basically not worth it you pay more for the electricity unless your getting it for free.

Guys, seriously, shut up.
The problem has been reported. It doesn't need to be reported over and over again.
And the most important point, THIS ISN'T A DEMOCRACY. Just because a bunch of people want the algorithm changed doesnt mean shit. Slush will do what he wants to do, and if you don't like it LEAVE. Don't continually repost the same shit, because it's not going to make any difference at all.
Seriously, the quicker everyone realizes this, the better.

Sir, pool of course is not a democracy but forum is. No one speaks in order to harm the pool, on the contrary we all want it to be consistent and thriving. Just trying to help the pool (and so themselves).

This is probably due to quite big transactions fees. I Don't know if there is anything else that might make block value larger then 25.

Yes, there was a transaction with 3.2 BTC of fees in the block. The first block that had a value of 25 btc actually ended up paying out like 38btc. There were that many fees. Ask Laughingbear, he's the one that found it (mining on slush). That is definitely unusual though to have that many fees on a block, they ran 'em up on purpose as a reward to the miner, or pool, who found the 210,000th block.

I have problems with this block. It is impossible that I have this reward from these shares:
17925 2013-05-08 14:13:44 1:27:14 11634278 157 0.00000004 235160 25.21733124 confirmed
I think that might be problems with this other block because it is impossible that I have no one shares in about 2 min.
17924 2013-05-08 12:46:30 0:01:55 251435 none none 235151 25.08370000 confirmed
Can you resolve this?

No, it's not impossible. You have a low hashrate on a very long round.

17925 rewards are screwed, we know that... you would too if you had even glanced at the preceding 5 pages! However, 17925 you submitted 157 shares over 5234 seconds = 0.0299 shares per second 17924 lasted 115 seconds meaning you would have submitted 3 shares ... its not beyond the realms of possibility that they were rejected/not counted etc.

(at least i wouldn't if i were him)
Well the other day there were 30 blocks discovered. 30 blocks at 2% = 15 BTC 15 BTC roughly = $1700$1700 dollars a day would make me sort it out!
