Hi guys can anyone tell me how can i monitor dstm console in realtime i have set telemetry but it does not show console i'm use simplemining and i want to have secondery method of monitoring the console
The only way to monitor console on SMOS is to use SSH or plug in a monitor. Use w/e SSH client you like, ssh to your miner local ip (like 192.168.1.69), user is miner, pass is miner, then run command "screen -x miner" without quote of course. my miner is on another network actually on another place i have a monitor connected but to check i have to drive 10min thats why i want to know if there is a way to monitor dstm console like clamores console tru a browser or what ever else cause if i cant i have to move to windows bind the telemetry to a specific port, then NAT this port on your internet box, this way you can access it from the wan IP of your box, either directly in browser to get the web interface or through the Json API. You could also put a Raspberry PI or a small linux box to do the monitoring locally, and send e-mail and/or take action etc... without the need for your to intervene or move out (having a plug that has network remote control is great)

Hi DSTM I have another suggestion, would it be possible to have an 'intensity' setting similar to the EWBF one. I sometimes need to use my GPU while still mining and using 'intensity 7' in EWBF worked great. Not a massive issue but would be nice to have. Thanks Hi guys can anyone tell me how can i monitor dstm console in realtime i have set telemetry but it does not show console i'm use simplemining and i want to have secondery method of monitoring the console
Use the --Logfile feature, then just read the logfile

FWIW, i was having trouble reading the CMD window on my miners over Teamviewer while looking at the console. The font was too small and hard to read. What I found is that you can right click on the CMD window title bar, select properties and change the font and font size, background color etc. So now I have black text on white background and font size 20 and I can easily see what's happening! . Pretty basic, but glad I finally googled it! Hope this helps someone else!

Just wanted to drop by and say this miner is Godsend. I was using CCmminer and only getting 600Sol/s with a 1080Ti (maybe 630 @ 300watts). Now I'm at 750 @ 250watts. Totally worth the 2% Fee.
Keep on the good work!

I finally switched to DSTM's zm tonight. I was mining ZENcash on EWBF for awhile (Ubuntu 16.04.3 LTS / XFCE) with no crashes or reboots.
6 x 1070 Zotac Mini's at 130w/+150 core/+950 mem (total wattage at the plug approx 910w). Noticeable improvement over EWBF. [Hoping for the same stability I was getting from EWBF.]
I'm seeing an average of 140 - 180 more Sols/s and the low/high average of sols/s is more consistent. 430-450 per card is now 465-480. I'm also seeing some of my cards are now running a degree or two cooler.
Happy to pay the 2% dev fee. Keep up the good work. Here are some numbers to munch on.

I am seeing about 5 out of every 1200 shares rejected "Stale job" error.
Using dstm w/flypool. Is there something wrong with my system or is this sort of thing normal behavior? [21, "Stale job!"] is the only type of rejected share I normally see and the miner doesn't crash it just keeps going.

The "--time" option no longer works on 0.5.6. Tested on a single card using --dev 0 for example.

haha c'mon now man, ATLEAST read the title of the whole thread No, you cannot use Phi with this tool, it's an equihash miner.... My new fav actually, as i used to get those exit error codes, but on dstm's i get NONE so nice as equihash has been big last few weeks

Nice miner, Mr. DSTM. But being an old guy with old eyes the output is difficult. The totals line with a different color would be great.

Has anyone actually tested this miner thoroughly? I understand the miner itself shows more hashrate on most cards but what about actual numbers. the 2% devfee is totally acceptable if its this much faster in reality, has anyone compared what they actually get on the pool instead of just looking at the miner hashrate? please post results
