921  Economy / Reputation / [LIST] Scam Accusation Cases Against Betting Platform on The Forum on: January 15, 2024, 07:09:23 PM
This thread serves a purpose to give members of the forum or anyone doing their DD an idea of the possible safety or risk they'll face when they play on a casino based on the active and open cases against the casino on the forum. The list will [hopefully] be frequently updated from time to time with cases development.

Please note that it is intended as a summary of the accusations against gambling platforms that have ANN and representative on this forum. As it is intended to be a summary, it will be very much appreciated if discussion, debate, or any other things related to a case pointed out on this thread to be carried out on their respective thread to keep this one clean and tidy. Also please notify me if I missed a case or two, or if there is a development for the case already listed here.

The status of each of the cases are determined and color coded according to below criteria:

In Progress
- Case where accuser made a valid case with strong evidence and the representative is currently attending the case

Resolved
- Case that reached resolution, either implied or clearly stated

Invalid
- Case that is not backed with evidence, either a screenshot or anything to substantiate the accusation
- Case where representative has addressed and the accuser didn't challenge the counter-accusation or invitation to arbitrator

Inactive
- Old case that's been more than one month without any update from the accusers with representative already replied

Active/Unresolved
- Case that is backed with substantial evidence and not attended by representative. Accuser may or may not inactive for the last three months due to the lack of response
- Case that is backed with substantial evidence, the discussion left hanging with the representative never addressed the last [valid] accusation/post/proof from accuser. Accuser may or may not inactive for the last three months due to the lack of response

Though I'm quite familiar with most cases below and the scam accusations board itself, I still spent many hours to get reacquainted with each of them or to get a grasp of the cases that I did not oversee. This means [and as I am only human] I might mislabeled one or two cases, or misjudged the status of a case or two. If you happen to find those situation, or if you think a case is better labeled in other status, feel free to ask me.

Last, shout out to mahdirakib that provide the table format for this list.

922  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [scam] Yas.bet refusing withdrawal after verification on: January 15, 2024, 05:05:22 PM
I was reviewing cases and quite surprised that this one was not resolved yet [actually, I am more surprised on how do I missed updates about this case]. I see that JeromeTash raised a type-1 flag against them... I think OP can raise a type-2 or 3 considering the situation.

Anyway, I am marking this thread as unresolved on my list, and supporting the flag.
923  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥🔥🔥 BC.GAME - CASINO AND SPORTSBOOK | $1,000 GIVEAWAY LIVE! 🔥🔥🔥 on: January 15, 2024, 11:04:21 AM
This website is a 100% scam stay away from it. I got through the survey after I tried to withdraw money from my account they locked it and said I had to deposit $30 in my account and wagger 60X to be able to withdraw.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!!

You sure the deposit and/or wager requirement come from that USD 10 reward and not from your other activity [like your deposit, or your other winning]? It was clearly stated by their representative that the eligible participants will not have a wager requirement. If you really faced that kind of "restriction", they're most likely not talking about the amount you got from that giveaway.

Users will receive a $10 claimable bonus code with no wager requirements in their Bitcointalk PMs once we've reached 100 eligible responses.
924  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: FortuneJack Provably fair games are NOT FAIR on: January 15, 2024, 10:33:37 AM
Yes it's SHA256. They just sent me the script through codepen. It is still not officially mentioned anywhere on the website and all the other games are still unverifiable and i haven't got scripts for any of the other games. I was also able to find a bug with Orbital's cyberdice with their server seed and got $150 reward for reporting it (Was hoping it to be a bit more to be honest), once i tried to withdraw it they wouldn't let me do it without going through KYC even though I asked tokash to make an exception because all i was doing was helping them fix a bug and not even gambling on their website. I was denied that and I decided not to go through the whole KYC process for $150. I was definitely Disappointed.
Thank you for keeping us updated, OP.
Am wondering what's the point of advertising a game as provably fair when you don't provide a tool (be it on the casino itself or on third party website) to verify the results!
Regarding the $150 reward, honestly, I don't see any reason to ask for kyc if you are going to withdraw it without using it to play there!

I completely agree. The Casino should provide a way to verify each provably fair game. Otherwise its pointless to label them provably fair (even if they all are). It's strange I kept asking them to let me cash it out without KYC but they strongly disagreed and told me i had to either KYC to withdraw or play with the $150 on the site.

Were they previously provable? Like, only recently orbital's game were not verifiable, perhaps because they update their game's script or something that messed up their previous PF script?
925  Economy / Reputation / Re: What privileges does LoyceV have? on: January 14, 2024, 06:15:36 PM
He can whitelist IP addresses associated with "evil fee"
Oh my god I found another forum vulnerability. Knowing Loycev’s passion for keeping logs, we can assume that he collects the email addresses of users who contacted him for whitelisting. This also comes with a risk for users. Risk of leaking their emails. Because Loycev does not provide any alternative for contacting about whitelisting other than contacting by email.
[...]

I guess... he can, but I figure he'll earn much much more flipping burgers if he's really in that dire need of money, or by doing faucet like newbies. I mean, buyers need a database of hundreds of users' email address, for how many dollars? And how high do you think is the rate of people contacting him about whitelisting on monthly basis? Not to mention the possibility that those people reaching him through disposable email. So yeah, I think those database is safe [if he keep any], so does people's privacy, he's not planning to sell any contact soon.

Those muds you have though, I think you can make a fortune by selling them to Louis Litt than slinging it in all direction.

[...] What do you want me to do, provide my snail mail address?[...]

You have pet snail? Ohh... you're talking about the old physical-mailing method. Still... do you have a pet snail, though?
926  Economy / Reputation / Re: What privileges does LoyceV have? on: January 14, 2024, 05:03:55 PM
Those are peanutswar IP addresses, Loyce gave him the link which he clicked to see his own IPs, if you click on this link  https://bitcointalk.org/myips.php you will also see your IPs.
Okay. Got it

But I have a next question about LoyceV

User Loycev has many more privileges and rights than a regular user. However, Loysev is not an even a global moderator. This is a potential threat to the security of the forum
I see that you keep writing things that you know nothing (or very little) about
Then tell us everything we don’t know about him, then we won’t ask such questions

Provide a full list of extra priveleges and rights of LoyceV. His capabilities on the forum clearly exceed those of the average user.

The honest public should know everything

He can whitelist IP addresses associated with "evil fee", but I guess you've know about that since it's been explained to you in the thread referenced above. Those "extra privileges" comes from the extra effort of providing so many useful features and tutorials on the forum. Though I wouldn't exactly call the capability to whitelist IP addresses from evil fee as a privilege.
927  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: FortuneJack Provably fair games are NOT FAIR on: January 14, 2024, 03:32:17 PM
FortuneJack and newblackbetty, can either of you confirm if the provably fair issue with orbital already cleared and they provide a provable verifier? I am currently composing a thread about cases, I'd really appreciate if any of you can update us on the situation for this case so I can know whether to mark this thread as resolved or as others.
Hi,

FJ has provided me with script to verify the "Cyberdice game" which seems to be accurate and provably fair, however there are many other provably fair games on their website that i have still not been provided with scripts to verify any of their fairness. Also all these scripts should be included on the website otherwise players wont be able to verify. For Now the only game out of all provably fair ones that i was able to verify was the cyberdice.

Thank you for this.

It might be wise to inform you as a head-start that I will mark this case as "invalid" in my summary. Please understand that it's not because your accusation is not backed by substantial supporting evidence, it's rather because the case is not the casino's fault and out of their hand. It will belong to a category of "invalid" according to the criteria I set under each category. I'll make sure I add a link to this very post on that entry so people can better understand your case.

And, FortuneJack, will you perhaps consider Saint-loup's suggestion until Orbital provide their PF verificator?
928  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM - mycoinchange.io / mycoinchange.net (.co , .ai) - Fake Crypto Exchange on: January 14, 2024, 10:59:20 AM
We have faced a serious security breach due to the amount of personal information that was shared on this forum. We will not be discussing private matters any longer on an open forum.

Thank you for your consideration,

MyCoinChange.

What security breach and what personal information? You literally only posted one identity here, a mere name, that you posted yourself, that I think no one seemingly bother to check its legitimacy, so how does the forum --once again-- responsible for that? You have proof to back up that claim? It awfully looks like an evasive attempt to the legitimate questions about your project.

For example, on your original post [yes, everything is archived here], you didn't even address the question about your service's age, again.
929  Other / Meta / Re: Have the rules of the DT system and Forum rules amended ? ? theymos on: January 13, 2024, 06:59:00 PM
If you have a suggestion of how to make the system better, by all means share it with us.
Centralize the system and let the admin moderate it. It's obvious we're not ready for Decentralization just yet.

That's like... moving backward in evolution. And if we amuse this idea for a second, let's assume theymos revert to the old DT system, and then one of the DT tagged you for this same situation or whatever reason you or someone else think is not justified, I can already hear them screaming, "decentralize the DT system, let the community choose who they trust to be in DT. Why should it be decided by a limited group of moderators?"
930  Other / Meta / Re: Just a common sence. on: January 13, 2024, 06:15:22 PM
If this is about you not getting enough merit to rank up, I thought sometime last year you wrote something about being patience and that the forum is not about ranking up, but about passion and enthusiasm? This one?
931  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: FortuneJack Provably fair games are NOT FAIR on: January 13, 2024, 05:45:49 PM

It will be interesting to read when you complete the thread. It seems the OP has not written again therefore it could be the outcome was acceptable for him.

Keeping that aside, overall with casinos and gaming websites, if they are using independent companies via their website they really should already have had a verifiers system in place for every provably fair game as it removes any question marks their customers could have.

I hope you're not expecting anything too fancy, it's basically just a "better arranged" compilation from this thread, LOL. I still occasionally pull my hair and considering to decorate my screen with some crack during the process, though.

On to this case, I previously tried to "verify" myself by going into FJ's site, but it seems I need to have an account to access their PF game, and I don't have one, so I ended up asking. And yes, I think it's safe to say it's fixed, given Tokash said it'll happen in a week, few weeks ago. Nonetheless, I prefer to have a written statement from any of them confirming this. And thus, if I still haven't heard from any of them until when I finished my draft, I am marking it as "on process" for probably a week or two before changing them to "resolved"
932  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM - mycoinchange.io / mycoinchange.net (.co , .ai) - Fake Crypto Exchange on: January 13, 2024, 05:33:46 PM

We wait patiently for this forum to subside and all blocks cleared so we may operate in this industry without any restrictions. Feel free to contact us for any concerns at support@mycoinchange.ai or admin@mycoinchange.ai. We wish to solve this amicably and no party shall be held responsible if all restrictions placed on MyCoinChange are lifted and left to operate independently.

Furthermore, There has been no conversation with anyone on this forum privately thus far. We are open and welcome a dialog for any issue that you have. We look forward to hearing from you.

I think I just gave myself a serious case of migraine reading the past few replies here. And no, that's not sarcasm, I'm literally and seriously having a migraine while reading this thread.

support212, please learn how to quote, the forum facilitate a quoting mechanism to help people understand who said what and when. "Quoting" in italic can be very confusing. You claimed that you have front and back end developers, I believe they can teach you how to use this feature if you can't figure it out yourself.

That said and to address all of your latest reply that goes in circle, you need to stop with the victim mentality.

Not everybody is conspiring with everybody else on this forum and across platforms to sabotage your service. You repetitively said that people should just send you a PM outlining these points instead of going straight through creating this thread. Here's a reality check: the world does not here to cater your needs and adjust to meet your needs, so instead of thinking you're the victim of everything, instead of asking for people to approach you quietly and inform you on what to do and what not to do, why don't you simply just not pull those "bad marketing" ploy? You won't be in this situation if you're being honest from the start.

You shouldn't expect to pull some maneuver, a very bad one, and later on cry about people conspiring against you, accusing them of sending DDoS, the forum is a mob that try to drown you, etc. If I may repeat myself, you're in this situation because of the stunt you made, people read what's provided here and see for themselves that there are questionable aspects in your project. No one will point out questionable aspects in your project if you did not provide questionable materials. Fix them instead of assigning blame.

And no, that is not me angry or approaching this case with disdain, this is me tired of you going in circle with your victim mentality, you-vs-the-big-bad-world. If you're serious with your project and try to have a legitimate and long lasting business, own your mistake, fix them all, and stop thinking like everybody is conspiring against you.

The forum is a neutral ground, many people here simply wants to keep their community secure. I don't think any of them plan anything bad like you think we do, DDoS and hacking and all. Unless you have a smoking gun proving the claim, it's all in your mind. You provide a service, wouldn't it be normal for anyone, literally anyone on the internet, tries to attack you?

Look at the forum itself, it's on a constant DDos attack. Will it be fair if we argue that it's you who organize the DDoS to retaliate against the forum for whatever situation you're currently having?

And then this,

We will keep producing content against any party that has been persecuted against us (entertainment purposes only). This information will be retracted once a peaceful resolution has been reached. We are working with our media team to improve our content quality and will achieve better results and reach as time goes on.

This sounds awfully like a coercion, "stop asking details about us or we will publish content smearing you." Really? And this too,

If anyone has any information on Bitcoadvice the OP feel free to contact us. We respect your right to be anonymous. We wish him no physical harm but will pursue this individual with our legal team under the full force of the law. No expense will be spared and we will update this forum of the legal proceedings when it is appropriate to do so.

On what basis? Because he pointed out several questionable things about your platform? [I'll leave out the question on how will your lawyer address the OP, to where and to whom] Is this how you'll react to anyone pointing out questionable things about your platform? Bugs too? Your... lawyer condone this? To threaten anyone trying to point out alarming aspect about your project with lawsuit? If at one point your customer wrote a review in a platform and think you have a very poor service because he's not satisfied with your platform, you'll throw them a lawsuit?

To be honest, thinking that the founder of a platform have this kind of mindset is kinda unsettling.

The forum is not merciless. What happened with two of your older domains are already done. If it can be reversed, then good. If it can't, well, no one ask you to put fake profile, stretched numbers, inconsistencies in the age of your platform, etc. Own it and move on instead of throwing tantrum.

Oh, about the age of your platform, as I notice it's always conveniently left out, I'll ask again: please explain about your platform's age that you've keep leave unanswered. You're around since mid-2023? Barely a year? And on your website you're still claiming to be around since 2018. Or were you truly been around since 2018 and only five years later registering your business?

Here's a little advise, before you threaten to slap OP [or anyone who dared to question you] with lawsuit, you might want to consult to your lawyer about the whole things being pointed out here, all those "bad marketing" ploy from the law perspective. Oh, a lot of them are archived, by the way.

And once again if you wondered, no, this is still me not angry, this is me being exhausted with people who seemingly --at least to me-- very childish and yet tried to run a business.

Since all issues on this forum have been addressed within this post and there is no further conversation to be had, we will answer to customers only within our platform and network. All updates will be posted when it is appropriate to do so.

Sincerely, the MyCoinChange Team.

Not every issues have been addressed, there are questions and points on this thread that you've conveniently leave out. Your service's age, for instance, the "stock photo" issue. Do you want me to help you with a list, perhaps?

FortuneJack and newblackbetty, can either of you confirm if the provably fair issue with orbital already cleared and they provide a provable verifier? I am currently composing a thread about cases, I'd really appreciate if any of you can update us on the situation for this case so I can know whether to mark this thread as resolved or as others.

@holydarkness I'm sure you've seen this too but it's been added. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5481236.0
just saw that thread and from the looks of it the issue has already been solved and OP has been paid.

the OP of that thread needs to drink some chill pill the dude is losing it.

LMAO, that's just his... writing preferences. He did the same when he had a situation with BC a while back that made me a bit reluctant to help with his case. On his previous case, several trusted members even tried to tell him to refrain from those caps. You're still encouraged to approach his future case with good amount of coffee and meditation, though.

And yes, it's closed, OP locked his thread with the final conclusion as it's paid. I'll still add his case to the list for the record.

You need to seek mental help, in one way or another.
To tell the truth, both parties are insane if this is over $44. Although with the way OP treats posters and CS no one should have any sympathy.

If the situation is reversed where someone was asked to complete KYC for USD 44M, the complain will be "the casino tried to confiscate after I win big."

Anyway, after managed to read OP's thread, unless I understand it wrongly, it's the situation is the classic and frequently happening AML policy kicking in. Casinos require their user to wager certain times before they're allowed to withdraw to combat money laundering. If you deposit and immediately withdraw [which OP did, after he found out that he can't do mines], their AML policy will kick in and lock you out, pending investigation.

I might be wrong, but I think the status should say "verified" when the process is done, not "complete". The status they gave can perhaps refers to the situation where OP has completed all of the requirement and his submission is sent, pending review.

Hi, yes. I've seen it, although I haven't give the thread a thorough read. The case with that OP always needs err... a great amount of coffee due to his writing style.

How much time do you guys give a casino to complete KYC verification before considering it too long? Normally I've been giving casinos a week or two depending on what's all involved. After that I hold it against them as far as ratings.

Shouldn't this be asked on a gambling board? I believe there are threads on that board that's covering about KYC

Even other BitcoinTalk users, such as "holydarkness", have discovered that your websites are somehow associated with fake crypto mixer scam phishing websites, which can be seen here: "https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5459004.msg62524556#msg62524556".

Correction: that post is talking about that the article is likely made with the purpose to promote this platform, as all signs point to it. I am not claiming or pointing out that they are somehow associated with fake crypto mixer.

The business has 180 days to be registered. It was registered in September, 2023.
You claimed, "The business has 180 days to be registered. It was registered in September 2023," but this topic predates the registration of the business by several months, so essentially, you admit that you did not have a license or any similar authorization when you started these suspicious-looking websites, support212.

Before making accusations and claiming things, please provide evidence as we have done against you and "MyCoinChange", as there is proof to back up the claims against the malicious website "MyCoinChange".

I believe you misunderstood this part. He said the business has 180 days to be registered, it means his govt allows up to 180 days for a project to legalize themselves since they go public. And thus, them being registered in September 2023 still within this 180 days window.

However... That's a completely different story if they've been launched since 2018 as their website claimed and only registered on September 2023.

I could upload the information again but the real question is what power do you have? Can you remove me from the Metamask phishing list? If so, get it done. I'll provide all proof necessary as I've done before. Your tone in your messages has certainly changed after I sent the information above.

Now that you realize that I've been transparent and have all the necessary proof that MyCoinChange is legitimate. Lets see some action from this forum. Enough talk, get to work. This conversation is not solving anything.

The business has 180 days to be registered. It was registered in September, 2023.

Front end developer, back end developer, Support staff for both websites, marketing managers, token manager, AML compliance officer, lawyer firm, business development managers, consulting firm, accounting and tax firm. You name it, were well staffed to operate both mycoinchange.co and mycoinchange.ai.

OP and the "community" took down two domains on false claims, constantly reporting social media handles and anything that ranks in SEO. Yet you're asking me for proof? Funny.

Definitely not emotional, I offered a conversation and introduced myself formally. You have not. You're not a customer, yet you have issues with an exchange that's operating properly. Want to revise all the damage this forum has done perhaps?

If you can eliminate issues this forum and OP have caused. Feel free to express yourself below. Moving on!

Nope, nothing changed. I am still not angry or try to play nice with you... or stoned. If you feel that there is a change in my tone, it's completely in your head as I am still addressing your situation with a healthy degree of scepticism.

Talking about your platform age, so it's been around for... Half a year? One year? And yet you still have someone on your review page saying he's using it for two years and you yourself claimed that your exchange was launched in 2018. Another bad marketing?

This relates with your issue about the "damage" happened to you that's caused by the "community" and OP. Do you think those platforms will do whatever unfortunate thing that befall into your platform simply because OP and the community asked them to or is it more to because they find that the supporting evidences are valid? Let's dive deeper about this, the community helping OP reporting your platform, do you think they do that simply for malicious agenda or because they find that the supporting evidence provided by OP, i.e. your "bad marketing", to be valid?

No one can eliminate this issue other than yourself, especially as this whole situation is not necessarily has to happen if you... didn't try to pull that stunt you did, and still do, for whatever reason.

Ahh... yes, I must have missed it. My mistake and I apologize for that. I am looking for that registration number in your website, not realizing it's provided here. The image given by above link, though, is invalid. Perhaps reupload them? Try talkimg.

And again I asked, how long has your platform been around? Your license said it's formalized on September 2023? And how about that team situation? It's also left unexplained.

"Isn't that what I am currently doing? Looking into the statement you made about this forum incentivize OP to attack you in form of DDoS? And now, hacking, exploiting, and spamming too. Do you mind to provide the proof of it? That the forum encourage OP and/or are behind those attacks?"

I also replied to this in my previous messages. Smoking too much weed perhaps? Illiterate? or a troll? Come get on a video call with me and lets read together.

Hmm... still can't find an explanation where the forum encourage and incentivize OP to attack your site in form of DDoS, hacking, exploiting, and spamming. Perhaps you don't mind to provide explanation backed by evidence about it again?

Your clearly not reading what I've been writing and come back more emotional than ever. Do me a favor. Everything about me is public. How about an introduction . What's your first and last name?

While your at it, can you introduce your friend, the OP's first and last name as well?

Thanks,

Mark Gillani

You sure you're not the one coming back with more emotion here? I check mine and it's fine. So far, I think I did not write anything offensive or showing negative emotion like anger or disdain on this thread, sceptical perhaps, but that'll be because your platform utilize... "bad marketing".

On the other side, you're asking to doxx me and OP. Want to revise that request, perhaps? And reflect to yourself while you're at it? "Smoking too much weed perhaps? Illiterate? or a troll? Come get on a video call with me and lets read together." I think this shows more emotion than I've ever been on this thread?

The reason why you choose to open your second account is simply and solely because your exchange, Newton, wouldn't allow you to deposit [withdrawal to certain address] numerous times to your first account? And if you want to open this "restriction" you'll have to contact their support, which was not possible to do because it was new year's eve and new year [31st and 1st]?
