1181  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is there any Bounty who is giving Big Reward. on: May 31, 2022, 07:44:29 PM
But I am sure such bounties does not exist. Projects does not make huge budgets for bounties. In addition, they dont raise a lot and after listing their altcoins does not cost much. This three components point on bounty can not give huge rewards. I havent seen for a long time a project, which run bounty, has made at least x5 of its value.
Consider the fact that every portion of business is an investment for them. Just imagine if there are such project that spends more than their whole major part of the business to marketing strategies. I don't think that it would be an ideal business model to spend too much in advertising. If such that kind of business owner exists, then s/he has the biggest balls ever to risk that amount for his/her business growth.
1182  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bounties and Airdrops on: May 31, 2022, 06:43:09 PM
I really suggest looking for other ways to earn money. Working at McDonalds is far more worth your time than doing airdrops and I'm not kidding.
Aside from that, it would be better as well to just do Data Entry or Bookkeeping.
Do it either freelancing, part-time or full-time and you would earn hundred times more than these airdrops. I never earned anything back in the days in airdrops, since they all turned out to be a scam or just disappeared for no reason, but it felt more satisfying when I stepped up my game through freelancing.
1183  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Can someone help me? on: May 30, 2022, 07:43:40 PM
that's true sir my friends get income from this forum but I don't know where to start because I am a person who has a high sense of curiosity so I want to explore it so that I can be like them even more than them in profit
Uh oh, guess my gut feeling was right from my previous reply to you. You are just here to earn and not to learn. This is a forum and not an earning platform.
Get that right, OP.
When introduced to something, one tends to act according to how it was presented to them until taught otherwise. That seems to be the case here;
Many users are on this forum only for bounties and spam to earn. That is all they know about the forum. If they presented the forum to people, they will teach them to act along those lines. They could even tell them that other sections of the forum does not offer much, and they could even get bashed by other members and tagged merit hunters for posting there, further pushing them to the spam grounds.

This doesn't make them bad newbies per se, they just need re-direction. We all started somewhere and probably saw the forum to be something different from how we view it today.
Good point you got there, not gonna lie.
I just hope that the OP is open to redirection though, considering that the mindset of some people desperate to earn money.
Your reply made me remember of that one particular user that PM'd me in here asking to share my ways of earning money, and I hope my big wall of text of advices in my messages gave that user a good shares of ideas on where is the right place here in the internet to really earn money in the long-term.

Let me tell you a magical story - You're not going to earn a single dollar in here if your primary goal in here is to just go for bounties. The forum allows everyone to have the opportunity to earn from bounties, but if your primary goal in the forum is just that, then you would be better off just freelancing.
1185  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What do I have to do on: May 28, 2022, 08:40:44 PM
Well who are these "people in Youtube channel" ? Whoever that is/was might be lacking an experience in crypto and have not touched any shitcoins out there.  Some youtubers are just plainly paid for what they say, so that's why I do not take their words literally and don't even get me started on their video monetization lol.

I am sorry but you could have been  scammed already, OP.
1186  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NFT and photographers on: May 28, 2022, 08:11:14 PM
~
It would be better to just start your own photoshoot business to be honest. Due to how many NFT tokens are there right now, it might be hard for OP to standout amongst the crowd. I am not saying that the market is oversaturated though. There are just way many tokens out there right now and it might take a lot of years for the token to standout or possibly the opposite. If the OP is already an established self-taught photographer, that would suffice enough.
1187  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Can someone help me? on: May 28, 2022, 08:06:06 PM
Read the rules, OP. Some already linked one of the thread in here.

Though I know you're still a newbie, but I was a bit confused on why you're asking what to do next after creating the account? I am sure that you already had an intention at least what to do here after you created your account. Am I the only one that had the thought of that? Huh
1188  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So my portfolio is down %70...too late to pull back now I guess on: May 27, 2022, 09:21:21 PM
This downtrend has been detrimental to my health (mental health). Exactly %70 just now. No lunch money type of money either.

Have we ever experienced this kind of downtrend before?? What's the latest on how long this might last, or if it's even going to recover.
Considering that you had registered in this forum for almost 5 years, you should be aware that downtrend for Bitcoin when it was down to around 4k-ish after it attempted to reach 20k the same year (2017).
Knowing that it affects your mental health, you should stop worrying too much about crypto for now. Believe me, it is like a snowball waiting to grow if you keep thinking about it now that we're talking about mental health.

1189  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hard lesson I learnt from crypto in 2 Years on: May 27, 2022, 09:17:15 PM
~
Do you mean that they're "paid influencers"? Oh boy, this is why I avoid many crypto youtubers. Along with the monetization composed of unskippable ads, their desperation to shill a project without even trying to look bad is just so funny.
Claiming to be knowledgeable with the current trends these days, but don't know crap about the technology inside of it.
1190  Other / Meta / Re: What is the proper way to address a noun with a pronoun with Satoshi and others on: May 27, 2022, 08:05:53 PM
~
Being an avid manga reader here where I encounter plenty of characters without direct mention of what their gender is/was, "they" is the pronoun that is being used on those cases. Although to Satoshi, I got a bit used to using "he" before due to my blind assumption based on the name.
Now these days, I almost always use "they".
1191  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Common mistakes we practice as a bitcoiner. on: May 27, 2022, 08:00:39 PM
~
KYC is really an annoying policy that many regulated platforms conduct. I recall back in the days when I was not able to do anything with my Bitcoin in a web wallet due to my account being in a Level 1 verification BS.
It's not just that your privacy is f'ed, but also the fact that they have full control of whatever you gave them including your Bitcoins.
I usually just use custodial wallets for the services they offer, but not mainly for holding Bitcoin.
1192  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your recent altcoin investment and why? on: May 26, 2022, 08:45:01 PM
Guys, let us know your choices. Name the currencies you bought recently. Let me know that who is getting profit these days  Wink
I am just going to ignore the title, and would just say that I am all in for Bitcoin just like what TheUltraElite said.
It's a hit or miss now from many altcoins these days although I could say that I should buy some Ethereum right now but meh. I am going to be a bit more careful transferring some parts of my Bitcoin to buy Ethereum, so I won't just do it at all.
1193  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SQUID2 good to invest ? possible X10 increase ? on: May 26, 2022, 08:40:53 PM
Most of the tokens traded on Yobit are not worthy of attention and often turn out to be scam. Even their dubious invest box comes to mind. It's definitely not worth investing in, it's just another scam that nobody needs and hasn't been of any interest to traders for a long time, the volatility is zero. Such shitcoins are easy to buy but very hard to sell.
Considering that Yobit here in the forum had a bad reputation, we can see that it won't turn out to be something worthy to be invested at.
I can still remember when Yobit was like a hot topic here in the forum due to its bad reputation of being a scam exchange, lol.
1194  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: An advice for Crypto Investing on: May 26, 2022, 07:41:11 PM
I guess your intention when you wrote it is "Don't use all of your personal savings for investment". Correct me if my guess is wrong  Cheesy
It could be that OP intended to say that we should use our side income for the investment and not those net earnings that we get from our 8-5 work. In my case, I use some parts of my savings to invest in Bitcoin sometimes but I do not have the intention to invest most of it.
I still want to meet my "wants" for sure.
1195  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How can I accept Bitcoin payments without sounding like a scammer? on: May 26, 2022, 07:37:39 PM
~
It could be that your customers do not hold Bitcoin since you mentioned that.
Quote
Every time that I've offered Bitcoin as the only payment method available I've ended up losing the customer.
If the "online business" was outside the forum, expect many people to use Paypal over crypto. I mean if I was a non-holder of Bitcoin or any crypto, and you offered me that Bitcoin is the only payment method available, I would just prefer looking for other shops out there rather than bothering myself buying cryptos through Coinbase.

I was about to say that this is kind of a wholesome thread until I saw what you just mentioned. Oh well, I was about to drop a merit and good thing I read your reply in here. Oh boy...

I also noticed from his/her post history that s/he never even bothered replying to anyone inside his thread adding up to the point that s/he just posted the thread for merits and not for general discussion or whatever.
1197  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The bitcoin price drop is an excellent time to buy bitcoins on: May 25, 2022, 08:45:15 PM

Who knows anyway in the end? All of us are just purely speculating on the prices lately and of course some might even speculate that  it could recover back to 50k though I rarely heard that kind of speculation lately.
I am not familiar to who Robert Kiyosaki is though nor the book you mentioned.
1198  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it a good time to start accepting BTC? on: May 25, 2022, 06:57:11 PM
~
You might just need to adjust the price a lot since people are used to looking at the price of Bitcoin which is just normal as it is. If you can help yourself using non-web wallet, do it as much as possible so that you won't encounter any problems in the future since some web wallets are too strict with KYC that they might freeze your wallet at anytime and that is not going to be great in the flow of whatever business you're running.
1199  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Difference between Bear market And Bull Market on: May 25, 2022, 06:49:38 PM
A bit surprised about the the Warning above the thread not gonna lie.
Well just by looking at the chart it is clear as night and day on what bearish and bull market trends are.  This is a good chart for those that are still new to crypto.

Panickers be like: "We panic both sides."

There are people that won't see the bigger picture and there ain't anything we can do about it since they either don't care or just started investing making them just mind about the present or last week's price.
That 2020 bull run was insane and I am not gonna lie that I was surprised that it got past 20k considering that back in 2017 we were just eyeing on getting past the 20k and it did not happen "for quite a long time".
