I have quite of doubts in this, but I still respect your insights on it. Elon Musk is just another influencer in crypto at the end of the day. He did not create nor initiated any crypto-related platforms. He is just another holder of crypto, keep that in mind. I wouldn't put that much thought into it to be honest if I was one of his followers.

Can apple replace oranges around the world? What do you think about that, OP? Of course it cannot. Both are hardly capable of being compared to each other anyway. Regardless of what Elon Musk does, you cannot change the nature of these coins.
Why do people think so much about Elon Musk being able to buy Twitter?

I had never basically used stablecoins to ever pay in my transactions and if I can recall correctly, I only use those when market is not in the mood to go green for now. It is not meant for purchasing stuffs. Stablecoins are capable of being frozen, so imma pass with that.

It becomes already as a payment method in basic sense to be honest, since you would need that entity in order to get or afford what you needed to afford. It is indeed an alternative banking, and I am quite shocked that people are thinking that crypto will replace fiat in the future. Remember that crypto, well most of it, are decentralized. Obviously government and crypto is not a good chemistry, even if such legalization was happening.

It is more of like "indirect" manipulation just because Elon Musk influenced crypto space a lot due to obviously the DOGE and SHIBA mentioned in Twitter. Not surprised if he even will implement crypto payments of those in Twitter. Bitcoin even recovered a little bit, and that is pretty much the closest influence to the crypto market.

Airdrops were like "2017 meme" here in the forum. I can still recall when I had tried one before and one email sent me to a phishing site of MEW. I am not sure if people are still indeed pursuing these along with bounties. As far as I remember, it is just a hit or miss attempt of even getting one airdropped. You're better off just doing $5 data entry job in freelance than pursuing these.

Not sure if you are serious with that question, but nobody knows. If he shills Bitcoin, will Bitcoin be in 100k soon? He is just another influencer in the internet, and people seemed to be into him a lot of times. A little move and the whole world goes crazy. I remember some of these similar stuffs where popular celebrity did something to another popular platform like when even Microsoft bought MC and people already thought that MC would be far more expensive and it will gain more attention. I was just like meh. To directly answer your question, nobody knows.

I just read your story throughout this whole thread. It happens to a lot of people sadly. These scammers would do bulk email and phone sending to random people around the world and it is not just on crypto. This same "scam group" also happens outside crypto and it is more like involving local digital payments here in my country and they are also irreversible when you send money to someone.
Source: Been seeing it a lot in public Facebook groups.

This. People thinking that crypto are used by money launderers should consider reflecting on what's even happening outside of it. Even scams outside crypto were in fact happening. Using the digital payments here in my country like GCash were being used also to scam people and those are even verified accounts and they are simply just getting away with it. "But crypto transactions cannot be reversed"? Sure, back then I was scammed around $10 which is a lot in here and what did they do? They just froze the account of the scammer, but my money? Poof gone.

Well just like the others, I wrote it in a piece of paper. I never ever ever in my life would think to store them digitally even if my PC was free of virus or malware. As long as it is connected to the internet, I am pretty much not safe to whatever elements are out there. I am planning to buy a small safe for it, though that might be a too paranoid of a move. They are not valuable to me at this stage and I have no need to protect them.
People who didn't care about the security/safety of their Bitcoins and lost it some ten years ago or so cause it wasn't really valuable then, would prolly be kicking themselves at this very point, what if the same scenario happens to you somewhere along the line as Bitcoin continues to develop, appreciate in price, and heads towards mass adoption. This kinda reminds me of this news back then. [Man locked out of his Bitcoin account with $250 million has two password guesses left]
@OP you should also add steel sheet in your poll. Some people use those as well.

This. This is exactly what I am actually. Although I am here to just chill and join discussion, I do not have the desire to rank up nor establish myself in here that's why I do not initiate topics unless I really need to, otherwise I just use the search feature when I am searching for an answer. In other forums as well like Reddit, I do not really aim for getting a millions of karma. I usually just read there and join with the discussion of each subreddits that I am interested at. This is not a workplace where you are needed to grow once you got involved in here.

This was what I am trying to say to other people trying to make the bounties for living. I am trying to tell them that there are way more better options than just wasting 3 months of your life to earn shitcoins that aren't even worth the work. Even the fixed BTC payments in here like SCs aren't reliable regardless of your rank and how much is it weekly. It might end one day and it is going to be rough hunting for a real job when you're slowly draining financially.

Yeah, but most likely those aren't worth the hassle now. Some even try to phish you when you entered your email address to them, and I had that exact experience back in 2017-2018 when I was trying the waters of airdrops. I never earned >$0 from it. It's not worth my time in the end. I would just get a real job where I can still improve my skill.

I can't imagine some just doing it like that. Making crypto as your primary source of income is not the great way to go. It is going to be horrible in the long-run even if you are earning in the first few days. If people would really want to be in crypto industry as their primary source of income, freelancing is a great way, but not just mainly trading and SCs. SCs are unreliable source of income, it should be just in the side ones.

This question is for those that are here when bear market of 2018 stormed the crypto space, how doesn't it feel like? All those staking for perceive income makes sense at all? Or returns went so bad and makes staking looks like a bad idea? How does it felt like.
It was so bad, but at the same time it was somehow a great opportunity for me to buy more Bitcoin. I did not panic that much, but of course kind of scared cause that was the lowest of Bitcoin since I invested the first one in 2017. It is just another "crash" or another opportunity to buy more. It was a risky move for me to buy more, but it was worth it.

If market was doomed during bearish trend, then Bitcoin could have been obliterated long time ago especially after its bullish run in 2017 when it start dropping back and went below 6k. Some coins are indeed doomed especially those newer coins that has no utility or whatsoever. They are just here for the money of investor and go and fade away into thin air.

I mean these people investing in meme coins could be planning to dump it all to bring down the price. It is like a manipulative way to earn their bucks. We'll see what will happen if it gets delisted, but surely crypto meme-rs won't let that happen easily. Coins like Doge and Shib are too "trendy" to get delisted that easily.

This. I even recall Donators in this forum, which surely they are the ones that have been in here for so long, selling an account which is highly discouraged in here. I was surprised that some do those kind of stuffs still. Good thing merit system was implemented as well though. It helps those "newbie" in rank show what rank they do indeed deserve.

Not sure what the point of discussing about bounties are here in the forum since it is pretty much hit or miss now these days and if I can recall correctly, they are all already dead due to how many scams people are doing in this space. You're better off freelancing for data entry if that is what you're after, plus a potential client that could be yours for a lot of days. Bounties also tend to pay in shit tokens which just don't last long obviously.
