And just BTW, my articles are becoming some of the most read on Devtome. So you don't even know what you are talking about.

http://poll.pollcode.com/6583516 VOTE! This can go places, but obviously if we do not have the appropriate code to facilitate it leaping into greatness we are limited. We all appreciate all the work that has been done to stimulate and nourish this coin. We need some issues fixed, continue what you are doing but we really need to progress the development of this coin.

I want to remind everyone (or maybe tell you for the first time if you didn't know)
I have only bought ONE Bitcoin in my entire life with USD. And I bought it for $30 (that my mom loaned me), about a year ago.
EVERY Bitcoin I have gotten since then has been thanks to Devtome, and I have told EVERYONE about it. So, not only am I helping raise awareness, I am the spear head announcement (for you guys and others) of a flood that is coming to the altcoin world.
I am not here to fight you, I am here to let you know.

So how many additional Bitcoins did you earn and over which period with your Devcoin activities?

This is the last time I'm bringing this up here, someone shoudl put this in a sticky somewhere: Link to the update of source of DVC to latest bitcoin SRC that is stable: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=310280.0We have a developer, we just need to get him to find time... I will msg him AGAIN.

I have no idea how many Bitcoins, and it's been like 4 months of active Devtoming. I have been able to purchase like 10 video games for my brother who did not die, and another 10 for myself. Sunglasses for my sisters birthday. Books for research, which I have been using to write books on devtome. A webcam that I have used to make Devcoin videos and will use to make devtome tutorials very soon. I probably missed a few things, but all of it is good for devtome and the devcoin community in the long run. Even the video games, because my mom bought me an El Gato to make videos from Xbox play, and I can talk about devcoin there since it is how I buy my games.

And it's been about a week since I got everyone to stop talking heavy shit on MCXnow about devcoin. People there actually WANT to buy devcoins now, they are just waiting for the price to get low enough.

Low enough? Devcoin is at an all-time low. How low are they expecting?

I thought that devcoin has no real hard cap in total coins.

That is true. That's why it is so important that people motivate the movement of the DVC economy. It is not based on rarity, it is based on achievement.

If anyone else here posts history to Devtome, then please post your articles in this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=325730.0I want to show everyone that Devcoin has purpose. If you are writing something non-historical that you plan on using to further devtome, or to further yourself via devtome. Please make a thread about that as well and share the link here

Its still hard to get a working wallet for the layman. The available Windows client won't connect, and now compiling Devcoind and in a few minutes Devoin-qt is not for the faint at heart. It has been ages since I installed Debian and did something like compiling make files For me as linux-amateur is already hard. This way, Devcoin is not for the non-tech people.

Who are the three mods that do registration? I am making a video for YouTube tomorrow I am also about to start doing Amazon YouTube reviews, on which I will mention devtome every once in a while, and I will add links to devtome under all of them. Plus, I will be reviewing the items on Amazon, and I will mention devcoin and devtome when possible. Ex: Like with the Dragon speech thing I'll say it works great for Devtome.
