for a moment I thought that it was an T20 match, but then I realised that this was yet an ODI match where South Africa totally messed up. Furthermore I expect team India to chase it under 20 overs

Now I understand that why South Africa is struggling in CWC super league. India is playing their second sting players still South Africa could not perform well to get better a position in CWC super league. Anyway they gained 2 points from the first ODI which might be the only benefit from delaying their focus on T20I world cup (most other teams are already into practice matches in Australia).

Fans of the Indian team are hoping for an easy win as well as victory in this ODI series.

As series is in level and South Africa is restricted under 100 runs in this match, I am also expecting India to win this series easily. Seems like India is going to have 3 different teams for all 3 formats and might have 2 captains.

The two teams meet again in today's series-clinching match. India won the toss and decided to bowl. And South Africa did not start their innings well. They lost the crucial wicket of de Kock by just 7 runs. And Malan returned to the dressing room with 25 runs. They lost two openers for just 25 runs in 7.5 overs. It looks like we will see a low score in this match as well. As Indian batsmen are in great form now. So India's chances of winning today's match as well as the previous match are high. The series is likely to be won by India. South African batsmen's performance against Indian bowlers is not very good.

Unfortunately, African cricket capitulate helplessly to Indian cricket. So far, they have lost 7 wickets and managed to score only 94 runs in 25.2 overs. It can be said that their beginning is through distraction. In the condition of the match, India can definitely win. And through this victory, the ODI series was also won. It can be said that their matches against South Africa were tremendous in this session.

Indian bowlers completely dominated the match. I was expecting the South African side to go beyond 100 but unfortunately their batting order collapsed. This is lowest score by the South African team against India in a ODI match. India should not have any issue in chasing such a small target and win the series.

Yes, in today's match South Africa have recorded it's lowest ODI score against India. This match is going to be a win for India. Kuldeep Yadav took 4 wickets, Mohammad Siraj, Washington Sundar and Shahbaz Ahmed took 2 wickets each. Indian bowlers dominated the match. It was Heinrich Klaasen who tried to add some score, unfortunately bowled out at 34 runs.

South Africa have played very poorly today compared to the over and they have no chance of winning today against India . South Africa game today ruined my mood to enjoy so I have turned off my home television now but I will enjoy the India game hope they play very well .

Playing in such condition in a match is not enjoyable. Where South Africa's runs are so low that many were consider it for T20 format by mistake. If it is calculated in that format too it will be less. No one expected this kind of performance from South Africa. However, since this is the game of cricket, anything like this can happen.

Only 99 runs are scored by South Africa. It's unbelievable. Credit goes to the Indian bowlers dominated the South African batting lineup, bundling them for just 99 runs. Kuldeep bowled beautifully. Yet, he still remains outside the main squad, so he should get a regular spot. Fans of the Indian team are hoping for an easy win as well as victory in this ODI series.

An Average Joe will be confused about whether it's ODI or a T20I after seeing South Africans Score. Kuldeep Yadav was outstanding with the ball. He got four wickets in four overs. While Siraj and Washington Sundar were economical as well. Both got two wickets each. Only Three South African batters were able to score double-figure runs. Only Klaasen tried to fight back with his 34 from 42 balls. But, That wasn't enough. India Already won the match by seven wickets. Congratulations, Team India.

Now that is depressing! Shubham Gill missing out on his half century. He only needed 1 run to reach there but got out, might have got over excited. I saw how Ishan Kishan was consoling him after the match ended. Both youngsters missed out the milestone in this series.

Great bowling from the Indian side and I feel MD Shiraz will get selected as the 15th player in the upcoming T20WC. Absolutely stunning performance from this young bowler in this series.

These are often considered as rumors. Fixing can happen when playing against a franchise team any supper league. But bring such a allegations at the international level is never credible. Since this is an international match, no one will compromise national interest for money.

Indian cricketers are famous all over the world. All the players in group A and B outside the national team that have also the ability to defeat any strong team. The way India performed in the last match, they really played a commendable game for ODI cricket. Especially Shreyas Iyer who was unbeaten on 113 on the other hand Ishan Kishan missed the century by just 7 runs. Due to the performance of both of them, India easily won the match.

There is no doubt right now India is one of the richest country in cricket world, and they have enough resources for giving their best but still they need to have few things which can improve their quality like work on domestic setup and try to bring foreigner players for having spot in other events specially in ODI and three days events which will give them better experience and change of game because right now they are not good enough to have better results away from home with these guys.

Too many quality batsmen are in line which is surely a positive development with this now they can think about many other options like if Virat Kohli unable to give his best now they have options which will give them positive results in ODI and specially in mega event like World Cup which is going to play in India in 2023.

It is not all doom and gloom for South Africa. At this point, they have 59 points from 19 matches. 5 matches remaining now, and they need to win 3 or 4 matches, depending on the performance from other teams. But the good thing is that 2 of their remaining matches are against Netherlands. And therefore they effectively need to win 1 to 2 matches out of a total 3, against England. If they win 1 out of 3, then it will get them to 89 points. That would allow them to surpass West Indies (88), but then there is threat from Sri Lanka.

We only hear baseless conspiracy theories most of the time here in the forum and they can satisfy themselves by claiming that they knew the tournament was fixed and since the BCCI knew that everyone knew it was fixed and hence they asked CSA to comply with their demands and hence they were all out for 99 runs  . I wont be surprised if anyone comes out with that claim as well because i am seeing a lot of these theories for the past several months .

In franchise cricket it happens. In international cricket several times there were rumours, but we don't know how far it is true. As India holds strong position in decision making it is obvious to see people having such beliefs over match fixing and change of results. In the first match even a person who doesn't have idea about cricket will term it a fixed match making a clear visual of each players performance. In the second match India played in a way to make those people believe that there is nothing wrong in the first match.

Another thing is that if the match is fixed, why South Africa had to play so badly so everyone knows that it is a fixed match or everyone starts speculating it about. How about fixing a match, getting all out at 180 runs, and then lose? No one will complain it was match fixing. 
Next they they wana do match fixing, tell them this. 

If the results are not according to your wish, people start screaming Match Fixed, Strange, insn't?

Few years back they were one of the best chokers in cricket world but right now they are one of the biggest joke in cricketing world and after having performance like this look like their future is also having not good because they are going badly down against second string Indian bowling attack which is matter of concern for them because with this performance they can't stay into top ranks so now it's good time for having some discussion and change of policies which are bringing down their quality and top performance players.

Uncertainty and kill of merit policy is never been good for any teem because this brings down moral and right now happening with South Africa coach Mark Buchar already announces he is leaving after this world cup, so they need to do positive development end quota system and bring fair policy.

This is mainly due to undervaluation of their practice.  They should have practiced well before the start of the game so that they can always be ready to make a good run over any obstacle. I think there was some problem in their practice that caused them to become so weak all of a sudden .

I am not surprised with the fact that South Africa was bowled out for just 99. I am surprised because they were facing a second string Indian squad. At least 7-8 main players were missing from the Indian XI and despite all that South Africa performed in such a pathetic manner. Bowlers such as Washington Sundar, Avesh Khan and Shahbaz Ahmed would struggle to get in to the India A squad, if the regular players such as Bumrah and Shami are available. And South Africa had heavyweights such as Janneman Malan, Quinton de Kock, Heinrich Klaasen and David Miller.
