2081  Local / Anfänger und Hilfe / Re: [MERITS] [BOUNTY] Merits on: October 11, 2020, 01:34:49 PM

2082  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does bounty still kind of worth on 2020? on: October 10, 2020, 10:10:13 AM
all of this depends on what project you are following, because there are so many projects that you have to adjust to the trend. For example, defi is currently the most trending project. maybe you can join and promote the defi project. good luck on your part.
Don't just look at technology trends. but look at the Whitepaper and the whole team. If the project team is good and the roadmap is clear, surely the project has potential and will not be a scam if it fails.

You are right, but in 2020 you will hardly find serious and good projects which pays good bounties and if you find a rare case, you need to go for KYC. The more serious a project is the less bounties will you get. This is my observation from new projects. The times have changed since 2016 and 2017 where you could have gotten really high bounties from projects that now have hundreds of millions of dollars of market capitalization.
2083  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Square Says It Bought $50 Million of Bitcoin on: October 10, 2020, 10:02:09 AM
Purely for investment reasons or are there plans to integrate Bitcoin into its payment service.
Don't they already have that? (through CashApp)

I have not used Square before. The fact that I haven't heard much about it being able to pay with Bitcoin leads me to the conclusion that it is not a very popular payment method on the platform. Therefore it could be that the investment indicates that Square now wants to support this payment method more strongly and may even want to integrate new functionalities, such as Lightning.
2084  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting on the U.S. Presidential Election 2020 with Bitcoin on: October 10, 2020, 09:54:39 AM
The best platform to bet on the US election (and elections in common) with Bitcoin is Fairlay.com. You can bet on a wide variety of world political developments and events.

Here are some current examples:

US President Election Winner 2020
COVID-19 Deaths in USA 2020
US Election Winning Party
2085  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: WAVES - Complete Blockchain ecosystem for a token economy on: October 10, 2020, 09:45:51 AM
Is ther reason waves still hasnt had a big price increase?

w4 should reverse into wave 5 around $1.60 give or take 10%. Then $14-$34 rapidly driven by non liquidated user loans on binance $25k per account or something of that style.

$1.60 was Binance accumulation zone prior to futures listing. Probably hard bottom also covering futures gap in that zone.

-snip-

What always irritates me about Waves is the high price volatility compared to other similar platform coins. Within two months the price has risen by 100% and then fallen by 100% again. And this in a comparatively stable crypto market environment. I've been holding Waves since the ICO, even though I've already sold a bigger part of it in the meantime, I still think the project is great and progressive.
2086  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UEFA Nations League 2020/2021 Discussion Thread on: October 10, 2020, 09:39:04 AM
Decided to bet on Nations League matches again, although I find the matches hard to predict (many favorites have failed in the past) and the mode is useless anyway in my view. Here are my bets I go for:

Luxembourg vs Cyprus # double chance Cyprus @ 1.92
Farore Islands vs Latvia # double chance Latvia @ 1.78 <= according to bet makers Farore Islands are clear favorite, cannot understand this

2087  Economy / Economics / Re: The only thing goes up is debts! It’s inevitable! on: October 09, 2020, 10:24:48 AM
Debts go up and so do asset prices. In principle this development is only bad for those who own cash or Fiat. Sooner or later debts will be offset by inflation and therefore those who hold valuable assets will have advantages, all others will lose. In this point history repeats itself again and again. Unfortunately.
2088  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Square Says It Bought $50 Million of Bitcoin on: October 09, 2020, 10:17:56 AM
It would be interesting to know why Square made this investment. Purely for investment reasons or are there plans to integrate Bitcoin into its payment service.
Unfortunately the statement does not give any information about this. The latter would be very interesting.
2089  Local / Anfänger und Hilfe / Re: [MERITS] [BOUNTY] Merits on: October 09, 2020, 10:09:07 AM

PoW vs. PoS – was verhindert Akkumulation vieler Coins bei reichen Besitzern?

2090  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Welcome Bonuses Without Restrictions ... fun or test. on: October 08, 2020, 12:00:32 PM
Thanks for the thread! However playing with welcome bonuses is mostly not fun, especially when you make profit with it. I tested this for some time at different casinos, where you could get free starting bonus or high deposit bonuses. I had only at one casino no problem to withdraw my winnings. All others have made in various ways problems. From a sudden KYC requirement (not mentioned in the ToS) to the accusation that I had a second account (even though I never had one), there have been many attempts not to pay out my winnings.
2091  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are people giving up on Bitcoin too quickly? on: October 08, 2020, 11:43:39 AM
Even though Bitcoin is already over 10 years old, we are still at the beginning of its development. I always compare that with the Internet to people who are new and interested in Bitcoin. The internet existed since the early 1990s, but the breakthrough came in the early/mid 2000s. It is similar with Bitcoin. There are many signs that increasing acceptance is happening and at some point the final breakthrough will come. I wouldn't necessarily put that down to price.
2092  Local / Anfänger und Hilfe / [MERITS] Erhalte Merits on: October 08, 2020, 11:38:31 AM
Hallo,

2093  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [VITE] [DAG + Smart Contract] Vite | Asynchronous Architecture on: October 08, 2020, 11:17:48 AM
I was once a supporter of Vite for a while. The idea and the roadmap looked very promising. Unfortunately the whole project has lost momentum and it somehow looks like there hasn't been much progress lately. It would make sense to set an ambitious roadmap for the coming year. DeFi is just a hype for me that will pass. Vite is well advised not to waste a lot of energy on it.
2094  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is UniSwap the most powerful in the Defi market? on: October 08, 2020, 10:46:01 AM
Will Uniswap remain it's top position or is this just a hype?
This is not just hype, decentralized exchanges like uniswap will be even more popular in the future, as they are safer from hacking.

This would ideally be the direction in which crypto should develop. Decentralized trading exchanges offer much more security, but it is also associated with a more cumbersome handling, which leads many to continue to prefer centralized exchanges. Furthermore, exchanges like Uniswap are extremely ecosystem bound, like on Ethereum. If the network is overloaded and fees are increasing, trading can be extremely slow and expensive. The goal should therefore be to build Atomic Swaps exchanges, as Komodo project is trying to do.

2096  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: October 08, 2020, 10:34:04 AM
I think Klopp probably banged some heads together in that dressing room after the game. They don’t lose very often so I suppose there will be a reaction from the players.

Liverpool under Klopp has always shown an impressive reaction after such a devastating defeat. Even though the last one was special and historic as Klopp jokingly stated himself Cheesy I hope they are going to end the winning streak of Everton next week.

2098  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People Say btc is Not ponzi but its look like ponzi on: October 07, 2020, 09:22:30 AM
How anyone who Say Can proof Bitcoin is not ponzi?

There is More proof and evidence that it is ponzi.

I Don't mind If its ponzi but i Don't want to exit too late but not too early so When is best time to exit?

Peter Schiff is it you with a new sock puppet account?  Cheesy

Well, if there is proof where is it. If you make such a daring statement, then you should at least add solid evidence, otherwise your statement is quite ridiculous. And it offers also no basis to discuss here at all about the topic.
2099  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: October 07, 2020, 09:18:50 AM
we can watch from tv this year.. and next year we return to stadium... dont be greed.. 0 is less than few
And what will happen next year? It's not worth to expect that virus will disappear then. Vaccine? Question is open when we will have it and how effective it will be. And now we have to learn how to live with virus around us. And I think that stadiums in current reality is far from being most dangerous places for people.

but why do you think people want stadiums? for charity or because they are greedy?
I'm saying something else

if we allow the virus to spread, we will have more lockdowns and therefore there will be no games

better not to go to the stadium and watch the show on TV or better not to watch anything at all?

we use the brain, guy

I agree with @LTU_btc. I think we will not see normal football games with full stadiums for several years. The virus will not disappear easily. And whether the drugs will work as hoped is also highly doubtful. And if there is a vaccine next year, there will be many people who will not get vaccinated. Especially if there are cases where the vaccination leads to health problems which there will always be because they always occur, especially with such a rapidly developed vaccine substance..
2100  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: October 07, 2020, 09:14:14 AM
It's indeed too early for anything to be expected, and I'm however beginning to fancy Everton chances of having a brilliant season. Arsenal could end up as a typical Arsenal and, I also believe Aston Villa would finish outside the top 10 come end of the season.

Still too early to consider Everton a really competitor for winning the championship. If they keep up their current performance until the end of the year and are then still the leader of the table with some points ahead, then there could really be a surprise. But, we still have 34 matches to play this season. Long way to go.
