Capacitors = magic.  Can't explain that!

Therefore, PFC=PFM.

Buy new psu corsair 1200 with Neptune is awful
You were asked if your PSU was an "i" series.
The fastest, ZERO cost, solution may depend on that detail.

If your PSU is 1200i search this thread for that number and look thru results of last week or so.
Or
Go to the Corsair website and look for "i" series software for PC and just try it.

This might be a link to the correct SW

http://softwaredownloads.corsair.com/Files/Corsair-Link/Corsair-Link-Installer-RC-v2_6_5214.zip

I did not try it, no "i" PSU here.

There is a way to make the "i" series work that was posted recently .

YMMV

1.3W per Gh if you are using shitty PSUs.. Pull from the wall only as good as your PSU efficiency with the load..

Here's something that won't help haters and trolls : Firmware 1.00 for Neptunes
5-10% speed improvement. We'll see on long term.

I installed the new firmware and it's working OK so far, 10% speed improvement. My advanced tab stopped working dough :/.

my corsair 1200w when connect asics neptune turns off
any solution ?

I had these laying around, they came with some silverstone PSUs that I have. You can use them to merge 2 PCI-E connectors into one and avoid the shutoff issue without using the PC software (I don't have windows here). They came with AWG18 cable but since I don't plan to OC for the moment the solution keeps the nepy hashing. I must say that my hashing room it's always between 19-22 degrees Celsius.

Buy new psu corsair 1200 with Neptune is awful

They work just fine if you have the adapters, 3.4Th nepy here:

Now that GAW have upgraded all VaultBreakers to 750mhs and are offering batch 2 VB for $6999 I wonder what kind of competitive response we will see from KNC ?

my corsair 1200w when connect asics neptune turns off
any solution ?

Different PSU or two other options..
-lower the clock speeds on the advanced tab (change your pool settings if you can't do this before it shuts off.. Kurt's troubleshooting guide has the complete steps)
-buy/build a connector that will allow you to bridge two rails from the PSU to the cube.

or you can remove the elec current limit with corsair-link software.

if we do not have any Substantial Concrete news by this month end .. to proof they are taking action practically and not just talk and talk..and talk ..this project of theirs may not materialize at all and maybe the op could just closed this thread and not waste our time and hope on them. How on earth they are going to succeed if they only work 8 hours a day and 5 days a week? while the competitor overseas is working 24 hours a day by shifts and 7 days a week. To them maybe speed and timing  is not reverent. Wow, thing of it maybe I should move to Sweden..   Smiley

Nice.. applied. The link above is for the bin, here's a link to the news release with changes:

Update: Running new FW for about 12 hours now. 2-3% increase in hash rate. Definitely not seeing 5-10%, wish I was!

my neppy was at 3.4T when using rc9, and now with new FW 1.0 it is 3.6T stable. so 5% increase is reached. at the expense, the highest DC/DC is now at 95 degree C instead of 91 degree.

I think the plain AX1200's were discontinued quite some time ago. You can still find old stock once in awhile.
