We need more hashrate! This variance is killing me...
It's been one of the worst streak of bad luck since I started mining, and just before the difficulty increase! Sad

I'm willing to pony up a few bucks to help pay BFL for an ad in all their outgoing Jalapeños....

Bitcoin is the ultimate freedom test. It tells you who is giving lip service and who genuinely believes in it.

In the future, books that summarize the history of money will have a line that says, “and then came bitcoin.” It is the economic singularity. And we are living in it now. - Ryan Dickherber

ATTENTION BFL MINING NEWBS: Just got your Jalapenos in? Wondering how to get the most value for the least hassle? Give BitMinter a try! It's a smaller pool with a fair & low-fee payment method, lots of statistical feedback, and it's easier than EasyMiner! (Yes, we want your hashing power, but seriously, it IS the easiest pool to use! Sign up in seconds to try it!)

btceic, did you turn off javascript? The login page should not look like that.

Make sure you have javascript turned on and if you get error messages where you see a URL shown double (http://abchttp/://abc) then turn off broken plugins. Alternatively you can try a different browser if you have one installed and you don't want to deactivate plugins. There's a few plugins for Firefox and Chrome (maybe other browsers too) that are supposed to "enhance" webpages in various ways and break them instead.

I just tested Yahoo login and it worked. If you still have issues, try the above and if it doesn't help use the contact page on the website to send a support request.

yup - all working fine now. I guess I had messed up some of the yahoo/AOL logins - it was the AOL that was giving me a headache. I removed the AOL, logged in on AOL (they insisted that I update my profile), logged out, added the AOL profile on my bitminter, tested and all is good now.

Thanks Doc!

The commentary is fun, DrHaribo  Tongue  I wonder if micheletegon will bring their hashing power back to try and reclaim #1.

OMG. I actually created a block after I lowered my hashrate here by auctioning off multiple USB miner sticks lol Cheesy

Humm bitcoin s value tends to be quite low this time. I wonder about its price really going up in the future. Some people believe bitcoin s price will go up through the roof... but i don t see this happening.

I don t know if its because of all the ASICS miners poping up everywhere... but there is maybe be a relation somehow. All the GPU miners that are stopping or will in a very close timeframe do... might loose interest in bitcoin if they can t mine it anymore and don t wanna bet on ASICS miners. They ll probably go to script mining like litecoin or so. This scenario would not really benefit litecoin s value would it ? What do you guys think ?

Anyhow. Luck seems to be back those days at bitminter which is cool. And yes it s been stable also which id good news !

C'mon, the man's had a rough couple weeks, give 'em a break for now, eh?
