30 September was only the start gentlemans. XMR is soo overpriced and we'll give it the value it deserves.

Just pump it to 0.0018 and see the reaction.... Grin Grin

Forget about those optimistic bullshits about Monero, this piece of shit will be 0.007 by end of the year. Mark my words, and keep putting those buy walls, we will appreciate you. Grin Grin

The grue lurks in the darkest places of the earth. Its favorite diet is adventurers, but its insatiable appetite is tempered by its fear of light. No grue has ever been seen by the light of day, and few have survived its fearsome jaws to tell the tale.

Now we see how low it manages to fall before the rising tide of Crypto Kingdom lifts it up. We are not taking excess pressures, so the system has now come online, but it will take 2-3 months to achieve features that hook the small guy. Meanwhile we just grow richer by scooping up the assets.. Wink

Nobody spends a word for the terrorist financing shemes used by the CIA and other authorities, and nobody spends a minute to take a look at the FIAT transactions done by and for terroristic financing for decades now.

Suddenly some transactions on an exchange pop up which maybe could have been used for illegal purposes, as for example terror financing. The US defense budget is a bit bigger in the moment. So who has a benefit from this dicussion  Shocked

Yeah. Lets allogorize it so that it's easier to get. I have a game where I collect wine. I have 1,000,000,000 bottles of it (gov+tla budget). Every once in a while somebody else shows up with 1 bottle. Since I have successfully conditioned all the others to believe only I should have access to wine (terrorism financing, after all: terror is the purpose of their military), I go about and smash the head of the small guy, or put him to prison, and of course take his only wine bottle. (With the actual 1,000,000,000:1 figures; that is quite valuable, such as $5k per year!!)

So far as number-blind people remain in the world that don't comprehend the ridiculousness by the relative numbers, or those maimed of reason, believing and arguing that the U.S. military and deep state is not a terrorist entity (while it clearly is, given any sane definition to terrorism aka not the one they are propagating themselves), it makes sense to propagate this fuckery. It collapses when people abandon it, just like the Soviet Union did.

Agreed, but honestly i do not understand the ..... never mind, doesn´t make any sense  Angry

Great people must sometimes speak to others than the immediate audience, in time, space, or both. This is one of the reasons why they use allegory.

Agreed again, but it´s quite the same with pyramids around the world. Most, 98%, believe these are graves or toombs five thousand years old for some shitty pharao.
The reality, their true meaning and age is way different to what the mainstream thinks and/or spreads in the public media, but almost nobody has an interest of knowing and searching a bit deaper than the recurring news stream currently does.
Therefore i do not start a discussion on this topic. The info is out there, search, dig, ask questions, weigh out probabilities and try to get your own big picture  Roll Eyes Wink

...
Currently the bears can still focus on the 0.8.8.6 "official" binaries with over 8 GB in RAM requirements. How long this will last remains to be seen.

I think you're over-estimating the effect on price that the next official binary release is likely to have. For better or worse (depends if one is accumulating or not, I suppose), I think the reality is that it's going to take an "official" GUI and/or more real services making use of XMR for there to be price movements that aren't mostly due to traders playing around.

This may well be the case; however I find it very hard to believe that the market has ignored the fact that there have not been an update to the "official" binaries for well over 9 months.

Edit 1: Here is an example of what I mean, from the main thread.

Hello,

Seems that 8GB of memory is no more sufficent to load the blockchain on Windows... When i launch the bitmonero daemon, Windows says there's no more memory available for the process and kill it. I try to unload many things and boot windows very light, but same problem.

It's time to go to the db version ?

This is someone who posted and asked for help. The question in my mind is how many did not post and just "gave up". This kind of thing is bound to have an impact on the market.

Edit 2: Windows Memory Limits http://www.ricksdailytips.com/windows-memory-limits/ Note; Windows 7 Home Basic with a limit of 8GB is actually fairly common.

Old post, but FYI - I run 0.8.8.6 on a virtual machine w/ 4GB without any issues. Granted, it doesn't run much of anything else but it's at least fully possible to run w/o 8GB of memory.

Lets speculate about how long it will take to get back to the .002's. Not very long would be my guess.

I don't know. Looks like bitcoin might be on the move. People might want to hold out of alts and stay more in btc for the time being.
