Loool... they call themselves moral hackers??? That is just hilarious. And what kind of morality their attitude has? Sooner or later they'll say they are Christians trying to make sinners pay...
Probably these are the same persons who are anti-vaccines. Lay-people hearing these news would think BTC is for extortion.

It's Charlotte Vs Cleveland, Easy game actually. Unless there'll be some kind of game throwing going on. Hands down CLE would get this one.

There's a restaurant in my city that sells pizza and accept Bitcoin. You can buy marijuana next door too and pay with Bitcoin.
I really need to move to the US for a variety of reasons Don't let that fool you. US is the last place you'd wanna be if you're gonna be in bitcoin for the long run. They've got lots of regulations there.

LA Clippers Vs Phoenix Suns
I would like to try on under 210.5 points for this match. Suns don't really score much points away from their recent away games. In fact, I don't even think Suns can score more than 90 points. It is likely that Clippers will win their handicap but total points will be less than 200.
It is lucky that I won my previous bet by 2 points. Utah Jazz Vs Houston Rockets Rockets have scored more than 100 points for many games on the road and their defense is not that strong either. I believe that there will be a lot of points in this game. Jazz will score more than 100 points at home against Rockets poor defense. Rockets clearly is an offensive powerhouse. Too bad they're inconsistent at times - usually when they over rely on Harden even if he continues to do bad shots.

The last time I looked at the price, it was $440 then went down to $423. Should this be a correction, we're ought to see a few more increases before February ends - probably lasting about a week or two. Maybe going back to the $440 again.

Yes, of course Bitcoin is trusted, just by taking a look at how much volume of Bitcoins is being traded everyday tells You are right. In a decentralized environment you will have full control of your money but in elecronic format. So, putting in your real money into bitcoin ecosystem is highly safe. We wouldn't be here if it wasn't safe actually. We already have built a community around it.

FiatSpa stock? What products does that company have anyway? It looks like it's really not doing well. @ontopic Of course, you don't wanna be checking the price of btc every now and then to make sure you still have money when you're retired don't you?

We're a bit down. I'm pretty sure we'll hit something like the 420 410 before going up straight to the 500!!!
As long as the price does not drop below $360, there is no worry. The price is very volatile anyway. What's up with the $360 anyway? If it goes well below that it's no longer due to the volatility at all.

The CoinDesk app is also good way to watch the price plus be updated with the latest news in the bit-universe.

Nothing over the usual here, I usually pay a little over the minimum fees and it takes about half an hour before 3 confirms.
We really need the lightning network though. I hope it comes soon.

Hi guys, I've got a VPS that's been hanging around doing nothing so I need a PoS coin to stake, what's up with Digicube anyway? The opening post seems lacking a bit.

As long as the block size debate can reach conclusion, IMO it'll be sustainable at $435. The question is how high can it go.

what's the difference between this and lets say fiverr and seoclerks?
Another competitor means more market for service providers. Let's admit that the some categories in Fiverr are already saturated. A new platform like this presents more breathing space. Besides, it's BTC all over here.
|
|
|
Segwit gives adequate breathing room (capacity wise) until the HF (if it does happen).
I suspect that is the case, but if there is a sudden surge in transactions caused by a flood of newcomers and vendors, that would be nice but might saturate beyond what segwit can do with 1 MB blocks. From what I understand segwit can handle a lot more than that. Anyway I've read from another news that the Xapo CEO doesn't wanna adopt the what these roundtable discussions plan to implement. What's up with these service providers?

I believe any price below $1000 is a good time to buy. I buy whenever I am able to afford it. So I don't exactly have a certain time or day that I'm buying bitcoin. Whenever you can is the best way to go especially if you're holding bitcoin for a longer term.
$1000 is way too much. If in any case it reaches above $600 I'd already have second thoughts about buying. Right now what I do is set a portion of my monthly budget to buying coins, like 5%. It helps to save up.
|
|
|
yeah, it will reach 500$ pretty soon, maybe 2 or 3 months, and then halving which may increase price by 100$
In the bitcoin scene, 2-3 months isn't soon. The price can even jump $100 in a matter of days. $500? Probably a month, now that there are some news that the blocksize issue has been settled.

Ok new prediction for matchs Minnesota - Boston for me this is easy win for Boston, but i will play without spread.
I'll go for Minnesota, but playing safe only. A little bet at a time. I like to see this team growing, just a few more years and they'll become a contender. KAT + Wiggins is a championship combination.

I wanted to donate for sci-hub back then, they only accept bitcoins so I tried researched what this was about. Well, this was one of the things that got me here.

I have had a debit card since I was 16 so it's not a trust issue for me. Bitcoin is convenient for some online shopping as well though.
Me too, debit cards are way way better than credits. That's from a consumer side, because it prevents us from overspending. @ontopic, why not use them all, as each has benefits and disadvantages of its own.
|
|
|
keep holding your bitcoin and don't sell it, better use bitcoin to buying something in future, because in future bitcoin will be rare and very hard to mine it Well if you're in for the profits it's best not to spend it at all. @ontopic At this point? I'd say NO. Wait for the expected pump during or before the halving season, then you can sell.
