Well, it's surely not entirely impossible. People thought crypto was also impossible in general but that was clearly proven highly incorrect. My point here that I'm trying to convey is that if we just take a moment to really think this through, we can eventually come up with an effective solution. Well if you can get people to stop selling for a long time that would it, although of course, that would just be temporary. IMO there's nothing we can do about it, it's a fundamental market force. |

the media are still getting high with the "bitcoin = money for terrorist" and the block size debate and the other not-so-good crap without even trying to understand its inner workings. so first people gotta make things clear to them. It's never gonna be clear enough for 'them.' As always, they'll find a loophole to make a story to badmouth btc. Bitcoin, being out of the convention for the majority will always have a bad image for them. The community should just focus on fixing internal issues rather than getting bitcoin famous. Scams, terrorist fundings, drug money, as if fiat wasn't used for these. @op I don't think the price would ever reach that again, not for this halving maybe. |

i haven't used the service yet, buy from reading the explanation of how the lending works i can tell you that they are not going to pay you back. the borrower borrows money to trade and if he can't make a profit he will not have enough to pay you back unless he deposits more.
I'm guessing they can't make a trade without first paying their loan. Very well, I'm not really a fan of how PoloniEX handles lending because you don't get to know who you're lending to. Plus I'm assuming there's no collateral of some sort. If you wanna lend as an investment might as well try other platforms too. |

all the while i was on hashnest every single big news was bad news! with the diff bull run of past few months many ppl (including me) lost tons of coins, even if they were day trading ghs! eventually i managed to somewhat cut my losses and pull out. lets wait and see what this big news will be! but closing all markets for 48 hours sound really bizarre! Lucky you you've managed to cut your losses. As for me I had really busy month or two only to find out a couple of days ago that GH prices have tanked and the payouts squeezed so much that I've lost more than half of what I've invested for. Pulled out what remains I have left before this announcement came by. No one really does profit from mining except these big companies. |

i think its normal, before halving price will even decreased a little. but after halving price will grow, so just wait and in august or September increase will begin It's more likely to see the price go up before the block halving as people will buy as they expect the price to go up. Once the block halving is done people will either sell their coins or they keep holding as they are too late to sell. Its all a matter of time in my opinion it will happen but its just take some time before it will unwraps itself totally. It still a couple months till the halving will happen so there is still enough time to see some signs its gonna starts. I think its just to early right now if I'm honest. Everything in life is a matter of time. Currently there is enough time till the block halving, yes. The entire community is waiting for the price action to start in the coming weeks/months. It can happen at any time. We just need a large player to make a start, and other people will follow. The thing is people expect too much with the halving. In the case that it didn't rise as they expect it to be they'll lose trust and sell out. Of course it's gonna start a domino effect and further put the price down the drain. |

I am currently using Mycelium because it is the best android wallet I have tried and better than blockchain wallet which is based on the web wallet. Mobile wallets are the best choise for small amounts of btc because they are lite and easy to access everywhere

My strategy is simple, buy when the price goes down and sell when the price goes up. I do a 50/50 split keep fiat on an exchange incase price moves to levarage against bitcoin dropping. The bitcoin I have on localbtc

To be honest, i don't need anything illegal. I don't own guns, and i don't use drugs, so there is no need to buy something from the darknet. That being said: i'm pretty sure everything not sold on the big markets is 100% scam...
Why not, I mean, it would make us less prone to scams if we know where the reliable markets are. I'm guessing you don't like that site to get busted do you? Well as far as I remember silk road was caught because the owner did a stupid thing, so I don't think letting us know would matter. I've always wondered if those hitmen services in there are true. No accurate answer for that. The ball is round. Even the top 8 in playoffs round can dominate it's conference. The only sure now is, your stated team will be on the playoffs match.  Like in 2012-13 playoffs, Oklahoma got the first spot in the West and really unstopabble and strong that season. But in the second round they got stomped by the rank 5 Memphis with a standing of 4-1. That 8th seed championship came in the Rockets back in '94 as far as I know during Hakeem Olajuwon's prime. So yeah, everything is possible in the playoffs. Best case scenario we have the 8th seed devouring the top seeded team. |
