Or you could combine AYB and BFL bashing:
"BFL: All your bitcoin are belong to us! KnC: Ship ASIC for great justice!!! "
Would be awesome but I doubt they can do this for libel liability reasons Liability for what, hurting Josh's feelings? If that were a crime, the jails would be overflowing. It's not even libel, it's just a joke. Coming from some person in a forum, its just a well placed joke. Printed negative connotations from one business entity towards another specific business entity, would most definitely land you a lawsuit here in the states.

Competition time!
We have a new challenge for you. We require a slogan for our controller board and we have 48 hours to make up our minds. You may remember we made a couple of minor mishaps with our Mars board. On our original Mars PCBs we printed: Bitcoins make the world go around! (Grammer is not our area of expertise, chip design is). So we have chosen to open this part of the design process to those following us on this forum. This is your chance to be immortalised in Bitcoin tech history. Please design the phrase you wish to see. There is still a space for one sentence on our boards. The 48 hours start now. Competition ends at 5.30pm (local time). We will decide the winning entrant which will then be seen on all our hardware; Jupiter, Saturn and Mercury.
Thanks,
KnCMiner team.

You are better off spending your money on insurance. As I posted upthread, no surge protector can handle a (near) direct strike and any decent UL rated one should be fine for distance strike causing damaging overcurrent on the distribution lines. Most default policies have silly low limits on categories like bullion, computers, electronics, etc. You will need to ask the insurance company to write a "high value personal property" rider. Electronics are generally pretty cheap. I insured $10K in GPU rigs (loss, theft, destruction) for year and it I can't remember the premium but it was under $100.

There is nothing illegal about making negative statements about other companies. Look at the forum posts HashFast has made saying KnC is using a huge die and will be inefficient. The idea that KnC could be successfully sued over it is completely absurd.

I had been optimistically hoping that the next jump would be lower than we have seen recently, yesterday the predicted difficulty rise was <10% although we are 9days or so from the next adjustment. As of today the prediction is already 20 21% and rising http://dot-bit.org/tools/nextDifficulty.php
