I still want frictions miner too, but the remainder of my funds are locked-up at the moment. (Some in Gox, others in alt-coins.) But that is another story.

I will take USD.

It's a bargain at $3,250.   You get a 1 THs system with a Miner Protection Plan that like entitles you to a 2 THs system.  If AMT doesn't deliver,  you can sue them for $6,089.   Not bad a deal!

How about a brand new thermal-imager? Tongue (Might be able to sell that for the cash.)
Link to imager (FLIR Scout TS24 240x180 monocular 8.3Hz)

It is a high resolution imager, ideal for close-up work or field-work. I adjusted it for close-up shots... I can adjust it back for field-views. (Even give you the mount I started to make for it, and the video-screen, and eZvideo-capture dongle for your computer. That records any video source direct to your computer, not just the thermal-imager video.)

Everybody wants a thermal-imager... Don't they?

Since they've not refunded me per FTC regulations, or tried to work with me through mediation I'm going to be filing with the Delaware county consumer affairs department. We'll I've sent the fax they just won't receive it until tomorrow. I'll also send a Demand Letter, demanding the refund I'm owed. Then if necessary I'll be moving on to legal actions. I have an email from jim saying in no uncertain terms that my miner would be shipping the week of the 24th, that gives them until Sunday, since I'm being kind and am assuming they use a monday- sunday work week rather than a sunday - saturday work week.

Then I'll look at using the lawyer from one of the various members here who have contacted me to notify me that they would be bringing a suit against AMT since they'll already have some information gathered. It just kind of depends on whether or not I want to handle this in a small claims manner or as part of something potentially much larger.

Ideally I wouldn't go either route as the legal system is a drain of time and effort for everyone involved, but sadly I'm being left with no other choice. I've reached out to AMT on the forum, publicly and privately, as well through multiple e-mails and calls and us postal service. All of which have been ignored from march 12th on. I'd prefer to sit down and have a talk with jim, josh, or the both of them and come to an agreement that benefits both of us without any other time or hassle involved. I'd fly on out, at my own expense to talk with them and pick my miner up this next week as I was told mine would be shipping this week. But no one will bother to talk to me or respond.

how heavy will this thing be as I'll want to bring it back on the plane with me. Which means bubble wrapping the shit out of it , throwing in some styrofoam, and hoping the TSA doesn't think it's a bomb.

Knowing TSA, they probably will, and throw it on the ground. Then shoot at a hundreds of times, while frisking the shit out of you. Then you wind up in GITMO! :-P

Just kidding, but really, good to see Phin got to meet with AMT.

For anyone who wonders about it, 20 minutes talking in an office is only time for a big bribe, not time to significantly impress a skeptic that the business operation is on the up n up. Especially without visiting any sort of manufacturing facility.

Actually it was a bit more than 20 minutes. Closer to a few hours. Basically from our second to last post until the update afterwards. And no bribe or payment was given. He just needed to meet us.

what a disgusting load of crap. hell, give me a miner and i'll say w/e you want too.

I intend to coarsen. I want stark contrasts drawn. I want polarization. I will not quietly accept stateism so as not to upset anyone. I am not tolerant of our impending and increasing slavery.

20 minutes is more like a few hours? again, you guys wouldn't know the truth if it were that pineapple that deservedly belongs up your ass.

When can we expect to see the disassembled option agreement and details of such? Since we are not getting it assembled, is there something we get to make up for that (seeing as we already paid up).

This I would be interested in. Obviously going to have to wait my turn here but since you are shipping miners any actual ETA on when the other orders are going to be ready? An amended order schedule perhaps? There are those that won't believe no matter what and are past that point. They have their reasons.

Also specs.

Looking at power consumption at nominal (non-turbo) and turbo speeds

Thanks

So yea, we'll go back to work now that this is all over. Please see the video above.

Summary - We spoke for 20 minutes, he believes he is like some ark angel of the forum by posting they way he does. We showed off our miners and he asked to buy one, we said ok. We didn't pay any bounty, he was such an upstanding guy he wouldn't have taken it. And we didn't offer it anyway. He removed the posts because he saw we were legit and he sees that we're not drinking tequilas on some island.

We did stop at superfresh down the street, but they were out of pineapples, so no one got pricked this evening.

Which means nothing. Bruno has been bribed by BFL before, so what? Do you think you are a legit enterprise because you can convince an old person to remove posts from an Internet forum?

LoL

No, you are not.

Explain to me why he gets to jump the line for your miner? There are tons of us who have paid you ALREADY for miners but yet rather than ship to those people you decide to give another one to a non-customer again to establish credibility. That miner you gave to Phin belongs to one of your early customers!

for shame AMT

He just needed to see it was real.

What specs are you looking for, list them and we'll answer.

How about the 300-600W power consumption you initially promised?

That was a typo?

The real wattage is 900-1300W depending on which of the 3 modes you're running in. (Low power - Nominal -High power)

16000:780000:2000  - low
16000:820000:4000  - nominal
16000:950000:4000  - semi turbo

Okay... now that Phin has confirmed it is real..... anyone want to buy my pre-order?

Order #961 ...  Still 6.5 BTC.... even after the massive BTC price drop....  that is just $3,250.  PM me

Gheghe.... Good luck with that.
Nothing is real as of yet. Nothing has been confirmed as far as I'm concerned (and I am). The funniest thing about the video: you see Phin pointing at a machine but no one bothered to sway the camera in that particular direction. I have seen nothing to prove that they have actual working miners.

Agree... the depths of the stupidity here is mind boggling.  Video tape the miner and video tape the hashing.

AMT takes an effort to post a confession, but does nothing about demoing a working unit.

Anyway,  AMT... you have until March 30 to respond to my complaint filled with the Delaware County consumer affairs.  Give them a call if you can't find my complaint.

Do you have a file number?

Chazaki - I know from other cases that this is in fact a very illegal thing to do, take original customers investment and use to fund others to "jump the line", I am completely shocked that they admitted this. In other cases, there were charges of companies doing this, but for AMT to actually admit the fact they are currently doing this... (and appear to be continuing to do it) That was a total shock to me... However, it just made my case even easier, (if it wasn't easy already with all my paper trail and evidence).

Exactly. AMT just made it a lot easier for everyone pursuing legal action here.

Rolling up the carpet, headed to the docks.

Good lord I hope you have help, you could throw your back out trying to haul him to the van.

Da Fuq?

EDIT. That BETTER be a fuckin' Joke. Bruno was one of the first people to be welcoming to me in the bitcoin community. While I think his methods are overkill, he's good people.

No don't worry, its cool, we sold him a miner.

Good now you have money to send one of us a refund
