with the help also of the trust logics project platform the job seekers will find jobs that connected to their interests and field.
by this it will become easy to the recruiters to find an applicants that very capable to their vacant position.

That was great! the traditional way of hiring attempts to do this verification by simply using background checks. But if the previous company doesn't exist anymore which believed to be closed already, there's no way that they can verify. But by Trustlogics, there is an available database of companies which we can verify the status of the company and if it does really exist in the past.
And if they did exist in the past how are they going to verify the person personally? I have seen cases like that. The applicant listed in his resume his previous work experiences but when she was interviewed she was asked by the employer to privide employment certificates from each of those past jobs, but since the company has closed already, theough they believe the company existed but they cant verify anymore the person’s claim to be an employee there.
I think the only solution to this is, the applicant has to make sure that if there is no way for him to provide employment certificate from a certain employment company then he should not put it in the list of his previous jobs. It cant be verified so there is no use of putting it there or it can be regarded as a lie.
Actually, this is the responsibility of the employee. If we have initiative to deal with our certificates and other needed requirements, then it is easy to transfer from one company to other without thinking that our passed work will not recognize.
If ever TrustLogics will make a way from that, it is good if the previous company of the jobseekers is required to put the certificates to the workers.

I hope with the trust logics will end or lessen the problem of unemployment in the whole world,  i believe that all of us have own skill and knowledge but they don't see the right place to go to...  By the trust logics even the lazy person can apply by just register and upload their credentials to them, update their status and wait to verified your application...

I think Trustlogics will lessen the problems of unemployed people but it maybe 50% for awhile but as time goes by perhaps it will be in good

progress. By the way, Does trustlogics will give an assurance to give a job for the majority of the applicants? or Trustlogics need to verify it first?

I don't think Trustlogics is the solution to the increasing unemployment rate. Because Trustlogics is not the one who will create a job. They will simply help us to find a job in a convenient way. But it doesn't guarantee that if you apply using trustlogics, you will get the job right away. It still depends on your skills and abilities that will land you the right job

Maybe its not the solution for many that dont have job but somehow it will help people want's to have job easier than the long process happening before, imagine when someone dont have a confidence to go to the company and apply even they have a skills and abilities on their own do you think they can get a job!? That's good with the trust logics they will boost and give a jobseeker confidence to show their ability and to get a right job by using their platform, and ofcourse it will not be very fast but atleast they already have a chance...

Hey TrustLogics! You mean to say, everyone can create a profile in the platform but it as a “plus” if your profile is validated? So there will be a classification between profiles made. I suppose employers will prefer to hire or choose those with validated profiles, am i right in my speculation?

While we are waiting for Trustlogics to reply, I will say that as my personal opinion and understanding that should be the case. There is a created profile but not all are verified, verification of the profile will be user-initiated maybe because they really respect data privacy law. They should have permission to the owner before they do some actions.

And I agree with you, if I will be the employer, I will really prefer a validated one. There are so many lies when it comes to credentials, employment information and even on government-issued documents. That is the reason why now government solves that problem to have authenticated copy of our government-issued certifications because fake documents are everywhere.

I have tried registering on their platform and I think it will be highlighted if the information is verified. Information like my mobile number and email address indicated that it was verified when I send the code or click the verification link. On other details however, Trustlogics mention before that qualified validators will do the verification "legally" and I think Trustlogics will do set your profile as verified profile once the validator is done verifying your information. Their is also an option to upgrade your account into premium account. I'm not sure what is the difference of a regular account with a premium account though.

Emails and phone numbers can be verified quickly and we have seen that in many projects or website.
but the verification of the documents and other information will take time.
like we are doing KYC, it will be reviewed and need much time to verify it.

Yes KYC will take more time, However Trustlogics is not limited to KYC. Trustlogics have partnered with qualified validators who can conduct background checking and verification of credentials submitted to Trustlogics by its users. Disgusting right? Imagine how will if affect the company as a whole that hire that person. He has not just wasted the employer’s time in hiring him and doing all the necessary procedures but he could cause much casualties to the company because of his lies. Imagine an employer hires someone and expect a specific job to be done but in the end the person is not even able to do the job he applied for.

It can't be help, there are actually many people that I've encountered that provided their employer with fake documents like diploma and certificates just to qualify for the Job. And some do get hired. You can't blame some of them because most companies are discriminating people just because of their educational attainment even though the position is driver and janitor. I even encounter some who will work abroad and did get fake documents to be able to pass. Some do get in but some are deported back once the employer verified the information. I think Trustlogics will be able to help in minimizing the fake information provided by the applicant.

This is why it is important that there would be proper verification done before hiring someone. There were several news before wherein there were caregivers hired as they have previous experience and qualifications needed but there were no proper medical verifications made and then one day, the caregiver just snap and hurt the person she is taking care. This could have been prevented if the agency had verified earlier that the person is mentally unqualified.

Person with good credentials like, diplomas and certificates does not necessarily mean a person with good character. Likewise, not all employers do have good character. It is really fortunate for employees to find good employers and for employers to have good employees. Checking criminal records will somehow be able to see if an applicant has a bad record.

What if i have job right now and i want to resign because i didn't like the policy and the salary that given to me, what help from the trust logics could be given to me? Since i cannot wait for long period and i dont want to resign and be unemployed again before I'll find a new job, do you think its possible with the trust logics to find me a new job even if i have one?
Well, I think so, and as long as you submit all your documents and personal data to the trustlogic they will find you a new job then,

How it is done is, every jobseeker user of the platform will be notified whenever a certain position or job is posted in the platform that suits the applicants skill. So opportunies will not just pass bye with out being noticed.

The trust logic's platform is to have the recruiter and the joob seeker smooth transaction,
it is like a normal job fair or career fair but the difference is the trustlogic is via application and online through the blockchaim tectnology.
Correct, their platform is what we need nowadays to help the jobseekers find their job easily and to make sure that they find the right job according to the profession that they graduated. This project is really amazing. With so much feature that solve the employment problems both on applicant and employer. I don't know how can this be implemented immediately, but I am looking forward to this project to succeed.

I see and read on the first couple of pages of this thread that the platform is officially running and have some applicants on their platform but it is only on their local are on INDIA. They said that they are planning to implement the platform worldwide so anyone can use it and find a job through their platform.

I also don't expect some high end companies to work with trust logics as they would probably prefer hiring and verifying data on their own.

That is true, global implementation is hard for the trust logics because of some country have higher education on their own... I think they need to check or survey countries that higher on unemployment rate, by focusing on this trust logics will become useful for many jobseeker and recuiter as we all known many countries are experiencing this problem..

This project is really amazing. With so much feature that solve the employment problems both on applicant and employer. I don't know how can this be implemented immediately, but I am looking forward to this project to succeed.

I see and read on the first couple of pages of this thread that the platform is officially running and have some applicants on their platform but it is only on their local are on INDIA. They said that they are planning to implement the platform worldwide so anyone can use it and find a job through their platform.

That's great we have billions job and million of companies that hiring everyday, I'm sure Trustlogic will offer their product to different companies that guarantees safe for both parties. I'm really confident that this platform will help to billions job worldwide.

What's good about Trustlogics is that we can view the profile of the recruiters. Their identity is can be viewed and verified by Trustlogics. This is good for those jobseekers because they can see who viewed their profile. I knew one job platform who doesn't show who viewed your profile. It just means that they can view our personal information that easily but we can never know who they are.


Yes, I too see this as a very big advantage than other projects out there with similar concepts as this one. But who would even wanna build up their profile and upload so much information about their personal lives just to showcase their skills, achievements or experiences when they cannot be sure if the one hiring them is truly capable or not. The developers really did a great job in thinking about this concept. I'm sure a lot more will be  coming and itching to get a set inside this sleeping rocket ship.
And what if all the informations written about the person like his educational attainment, job experiences, skills etc. are just fraud. Who will verify and testify that this person claiming to be somebody is instead nobody? In a small country it is not easy to steal identity or invent stories but in big countries it is easy and possible to do.

You spoke rightly, about the current platforms!

Anyone can claim they are good at anything with not being backed by data.

This is the differentiating factor of TrustLogics.

With genuine users getting their Background information, Education and past Employment details verified by certified validators, these fraud users easily get left out and eventually end up in lime light.

They will be more like junk profiles! So the profile will be of no use.

Since Recruiters will be in search of users whose profiles are 'verified by our BGC partners' there are good chances for deserving and genuine candidates.

On a side note, all the data is being saved on Private permission based blockchain, which will act like a ledger, where all the change requests will be tracked as transactions and our Algorithms can flag such users and take necessary action to maintain sanity of the platform.

Does this mean that there will be a regular cleaning of your database? Or you will just put the data's into unverified category?
If i am not mistaken there will be companies that will partner with trustlogic in verifying a person’s data. Datas stored in their database will be verified and proven and will be reliable and ready for use as reference in applying jobs.

TrustLogics partnered validators, who are legally eligible to perform background verification process, at the consent of the user of-course, will perform Background verification of the candidate.
A Background verification can include any of -

Education Qualification
Previous Employment
Skill certificates
Drug history
Criminal records

Each candidate can choose which type of verification they want to undergo. It's up to the user to decide.

Once this verification process is completed, this is user's profile will be marked as 'Trusted profile' and this user will have higher preference when they participate in RBS.

Well, employers are supposed to be their main target market since it's pointless to open up a job site platform without employers. THeir current competitors are existing job sites, and their target employer market would include those who are currently using those job sites as well.

In my country when you applying for a job there is so many hassle, they have a first interview, screening, exam, back for tomorrow for the second interview, and back again for the final interview and if you badluck that day you will not passed with no explanation. We hope trustlogics is a big help to our problem and may lessen the  unemployment rate.

I feel you bro, I too have gone through such hassle and I have to say, it isn't anywhere near amusing. It is actually pretty tiring which is probably why there are a lot of people that are currently unemployed because clearly, this case is so common all over the world that anyone can truly relate.

There are so many online jobs available in the market, but mostly some people find job have been scam. So that trustlogic finds a way to make this problem solve they use a new blockchain technology to make it never happen so that Trustlogics they wants to lessen the unemployment rate.

Hey TrustLogics! You mean to say, everyone can create a profile in the platform but it as a “plus” if your profile is validated? So there will be a classification between profiles made. I suppose employers will prefer to hire or choose those with validated profiles, am i right in my speculation?

While we are waiting for Trustlogics to reply, I will say that as my personal opinion and understanding that should be the case. There is a created profile but not all are verified, verification of the profile will be user-initiated maybe because they really respect data privacy law. They should have permission to the owner before they do some actions.

And I agree with you, if I will be the employer, I will really prefer a validated one. There are so many lies when it comes to credentials, employment information and even on government-issued documents. That is the reason why now government solves that problem to have authenticated copy of our government-issued certifications because fake documents are everywhere.

I have tried registering on their platform and I think it will be highlighted if the information is verified. Information like my mobile number and email address indicated that it was verified when I send the code or click the verification link. On other details however, Trustlogics mention before that qualified validators will do the verification "legally" and I think Trustlogics will do set your profile as verified profile once the validator is done verifying your information. Their is also an option to upgrade your account into premium account. I'm not sure what is the difference of a regular account with a premium account though.

Emails and phone numbers can be verified quickly and we have seen that in many projects or website.
but the verification of the documents and other information will take time.
like we are doing KYC, it will be reviewed and need much time to verify it.

Yes KYC will take more time, However Trustlogics is not limited to KYC. By filter applicants do you also mean allowing people without completely verified information, or is that a totally removed possibility from the platform? Some people won't jump through as many hoops as you require just to add their career information.

you're right. maybe people dont accept this kind of change in a way on how to find job. online recruitment is widely used in the world but to the point that you put you're credentials or character information in order for recruiter will easily find you if you're qualified for the vacant job. maybe it will take more time to people to absorb to this kind of system. but this project is good aswell Smiley
