It looks like many altcoins are already moving and are in significant gains this year after bitcoins' strong recovery in this year's first quarter. I also started to slowly accumulate some altcoins. Although what is happening this early strong crypto bounce does not guarantee a more upward movement in the next months. I still consider this year as a bear year or accumulating period as most call next year the highest probability of a bull run due to the bitcoin halving. But I can smell that this year will be better compared to last year. 

For me, real estate remained the best asset. It is a basic commodity and everything starts within it. When it comes to investment, real estate may not provide quick returns short term, especially in wide undeveloped areas where it may even be considered a liability due to regular taxation.

Bitcoin for me is like a gem, it is volatile but the potential is just too high. I consider bitcoin the best investment if we are looking for a few years' time-frame profit. Unless we are to start a business but that is energy and time-consuming.

Any urgent happenings and once-in-a-lifetime opportunities will consider us to sell our bitcoins or possibly a part of them. Apart from these reasons, I have a goal to reach this 2025. I am hoping to profit a significant amount because I want to relocate once again and then travel from place to place. Of course, I need to have a stable income too, maybe an apartment will do. I learned a lot last 2018 when I mismanaged my assets, this time I want to enjoy life but at the same time, I will check my assets in bitcoin, crypto, and stocks daily.

I tried a lot of demo accounts when before but I am not convinced. It is helpful, especially to newbies but I still prefer trading real money but with a small balance if I am a newbie trader. In trading with demo accounts, your emotions are not the same as when you are trading with real money. So you will be lax, you are not scared if your trade is not moving in the right direction and the effort might not be the same when you are trading with a real account. As to the testing of indicators, we can easily check the reliability by checking the previous charts and performances.

I do recommend it to newbies. And when they are doing well (serious or not), they can open a real account and fund it with a small amount of money because this is the real testing of your skills and analysis happens. So only when you are profiting from a real account you can decide to grow your capital.

Well, we live in a world where everything can be seen online if we have basic knowledge and skills. The playing style of Westbrook is indeed fitted as an alpha. He is good but his inability to shoot beyond the arc, especially for his position as a pg and the main man of the team, is a big minus. If Donaire becomes a champion again and wants to become a unified champion, there should be no problem dealing with the other future champions especially if they are with PBC like Rodriguez and Astrolabio where it has a great relationship. Except if Moloney wins the WBO and Arum is serious with his calls on not to deal with Probellum fighters, it will be hard for Donaire to become undisputed although I doubt he still has time to collect them all one by one.

It also remains to be seen if Donaire still has the ambition to drop down in weight to become a 5-division world champion.
