Any ETA on the NMC bit ?

Unfortunately one of database crash was during calculation of namecoin rewards, which made database inconsistent and I need to fix it before I enable payouts again. I'm see that some blocks were accounted to user's namecoin balance twice. Fortunately I have text logs for everything, so I need to write scripts to parse them and reconstruct rewards back to consistent state. But it is a lot of work and namecoin rewards will be paid out tomorrow, not today. I'm really sorry for that.

When you get a chance, and please note, I really appreciate how much work you have been through to get this train back on the tracks... the reset address function for both btc and ltc is still broken for me. It accepts the new addresses, but never sends out the confirm email, so nothing every moves forward.

Thanks!

LoupGaroux: Thanks, I found that IP of mailserver was on one blacklist. It's removed now, emails should be processed up to two hours (as mailservers refresh their blacklists).

OK, I had to remove email queue, so please resend your confirmation email again, it should be fixed now (and email will arrive when your mailserver unblacklist that IP). I'm sorry for such troubles, I'm not experienced in configuring postfix :-/.

No big thing. Thanks for all you do. I knew it would get fixed sooner or later, you have had plenty to deal with before this. Thanks.

So now I have 15.50773064 NMC and want to get it all out to pay the bills. Then I start my miners again as they been off now. How can I get all the funds out ? Thanks !

Wow! So you will get the amazing sum of about 0.15 BTC or roughly little over 50 cents for ALL your collected namecoins. Don't spend it all at once. Wondering just how high that energy bill of yours is. I'd really love to switch to your power provider.

Well say what you want but for me 15 NMC is a lot. I am not one of the people that got 250 000 BTC like BitcoinExpress. I am very poor.

I have 68 NMC in the pool, but at a rate of 0.01 I won't even bother to change them to BTC. And with MTGOX and Tradehill without SEPA support, how do you even get your money for your BTCs? You will actually end up losing money if you tried to sell anything less than say 10 or 20 BTC.

$0.50 is not a lot to anyone.  If getting $0.50 today or next week makes that big of a difference than maybe you shouldn't be mining.  I mean come on have some perspective.

Tell that to people in Asia living on $1 a month. Anyway, considering I am -5k ATM in hardware even a cent is a + for me.

You aren't living on $1 a month.  Applying $0.50 towards your $5K hardware debt today or in a few days is immaterial.
Honestly if getting paid $0.50 today is that important you likely should sell your hardware.

Thank you for keeping your word mate. You set a good example. Others would have likely ran with the money.

Slush I don't know how you do it.  I mean I could see if it was huge stacks of cash you haven't paid out.  Miners with 100 BTC and 80,000 NMC unpaid, the anexiety would be understandable.  People freaking out of <$1.00 worth of coins because they didn't get paid the same day after a server outage.   Huh Grow up kiddies it is a friggin buck (or less).

Your a better man the I,  I would simply ban them (which is likely why I don't run a pool  Grin)

I've learned a lot of new stuff during this year, thanks to running the pool. Now I don't mean technically, but pool gave me a lesson to not keep everything personally. I'm running public service which keep valuable tokens and I must understand that people are nervous when they don't get what they expected. Only few of them understand the troubles which I had and that I had only a little chance to pretend it, but it's obviously my problem, not theirs. So I'm very glad for all that support from people who understand, but trying to not get mad from people who're crazy about 0.5$ :-).
