I am one of the folks who is picking up on the GPU and Scrypt code in bfgminer, time permitting.

It's me again. I replicated the first crash I reported a couple of posts ago with 2.3.2, I was doing this remotely with teamviewer, while the program was running, I was editing one of the coins, then I clicked or double clicked on an empty space of the coin list and the program crashed. Also, there is some graphical glitch that has been there since I've been using the program a month ago where I can't see the name of the coins or lists unless I clicked on it and it gets highlighted, it is the same through out the program for like options, logs, history, etc. I have attached some pictures to show you. mauricio@mauricio-B202 ~/Multiminer $ mono MultiMiner.Win.exe System.IndexOutOfRangeException: list position at System.Windows.Forms.CurrencyManager.get_Current () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at System.Windows.Forms.Binding.PushData (Boolean force) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at System.Windows.Forms.Binding.PushData () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at System.Windows.Forms.Binding.UpdateIsBinding () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at System.Windows.Forms.CurrencyManager.UpdateIsBinding () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at System.Windows.Forms.BindingManagerBase.PushData () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at System.Windows.Forms.CurrencyManager.ListChangedHandler (System.Object sender, System.ComponentModel.ListChangedEventArgs e) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at System.Windows.Forms.BindingSource.OnListChanged (System.ComponentModel.ListChangedEventArgs e) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at System.Windows.Forms.BindingSource.ResetBindings (Boolean metadataChanged) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at System.Windows.Forms.BindingSource.SetList (IList l) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at System.Windows.Forms.BindingSource.ResetList () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at System.Windows.Forms.BindingSource.set_DataSource (System.Object value) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at (wrapper remoting-invoke-with-check) System.Windows.Forms.BindingSource:set_DataSource (object) at MultiMiner.Win.CoinsForm.coinListBox_SelectedIndexChanged (System.Object sender, System.EventArgs e) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at System.Windows.Forms.ListBox.OnSelectedIndexChanged (System.EventArgs e) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at System.Windows.Forms.ListBox.OnItemClick (Int32 index) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at System.Windows.Forms.ListBox.OnMouseUpLB (System.Object sender, System.Windows.Forms.MouseEventArgs e) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at System.Windows.Forms.Control.OnMouseUp (System.Windows.Forms.MouseEventArgs e) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at System.Windows.Forms.Control.WmLButtonUp (System.Windows.Forms.Message& m) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at System.Windows.Forms.Control.WndProc (System.Windows.Forms.Message& m) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at System.Windows.Forms.ListBox.WndProc (System.Windows.Forms.Message& m) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at System.Windows.Forms.Control+ControlWindowTarget.OnMessage (System.Windows.Forms.Message& m) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at System.Windows.Forms.Control+ControlNativeWindow.WndProc (System.Windows.Forms.Message& m) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at System.Windows.Forms.NativeWindow.WndProc (IntPtr hWnd, Msg msg, IntPtr wParam, IntPtr lParam) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0

Thanks for the details. These issues basically come down to running apps using Mono on Linux and OS X. Depending on the version of Mono installed the UI experience honestly isn't that great, though it works. I plan on writing a UI for Linux and OS X using Qt at some point in the future.

Auto Intensity is off.
The only thing that sets -D is either: - The Dynamic Intensity menu item in the Advanced menu
- The option to Set Dynamic Intensity based on Computer use in Advanced miner settings
Make sure both of those are unchecked. Also, you must restart mining after making any setting changes (if you have not already done so).

What are some of the best settings everyone has for automatic switching for multiminer? I have two jalapenos, and I'm trying to get the most profit I can. Right now I have it set to check every 5 minutes for straight profitability. I have added all the sha-256 coins at coinwars and using coinwars api.
If doing this make sure the pools you mine for are prop or you could see less coins then you deserve.

bfgminer doesnt launch properly doesnt find any hardware.
Can you please explain in detail what you mean by this, including screenshots and copy & pasted error logs? You can also run bfgminer from the command line to view devices it detects: bfgminer -d? -S opencl:auto

Version 2.3.3 of MultiMiner is now available for download, including a work-around (not fix) for a BSOD with R9 hardware. Changes include: - Added the option to terminate GPU miners rather than quitting them gracefully (to work around a BSOD with R9 hardware)
- Added the ability to open the log files for each of the Advanced panes (History, Process Log, API Monitor) from a right-click context menu
- Introduce an advanced Services Settings dialog
- Moved Coin API settings from the Strategies dialog to the Settings dialog (for consistency)
- Anonymous data is sent once for each new version of the program (tracking versions installed)
- Fixed cropped notifications
- Fixed resizable Miner Settings dialog
- Removed the Base Coin setting from the program
- Clear the device Details pane when stopping mining
- Visual tweaks throughout
- Clear the Fan % information when stopping mining
Happy mining folks!
