Only 3 business days left in the month of March. 4 if you include today. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Monday. After that we are in April. The massive irony would be if everyone actually gets orders on April 1st.

I am supposed to get my 1.2 th miners today.  I will keep you guys posted and post pictures once they come in.

We are supposed to receive our miners January 29th, 2015. Keep you guys posted on progress as well....  Grin

AMT why is your communication so god damn poor via e,mail? you would think the amount of money people spent with you you would at least be able to send an e.mail response.
more to the fact im still waiting for a response on why Jim blatantly lied to me telling me on the 17th of February that my miner would ship within the following week, since then i have not had a response and trying to get hold of you is like trying to find an illegal immigrant.
i understand company's get hit by setbacks but surely its the decent thing to at least send another reply stating that.
instead i have gone another month with nothing from you guys. Tell me one good reason why i shouldn't scream AMT is a scam from the rooftops because you are giving me and everyone else very little reason not to.

well me and a friend bought the 520gh model but roi is gonna be hard on that but if they cant ship these out on time what chance have we got of there so called "miner protection program"

but only reason why they responded is i screamed refund if no one got back to me.....but then it's like even tho they said it's ready end of this week it feels uneasy like can i take their word? since i opted for pick up
how would they know if i'm coming or not if they are not answering calls or email

i just hate the fact that there was a post from amt miner that said not to look here at the forum for answers and it's not the place to communicate with them and they listed the email which we should use to contact them. at this point if they dont deliver end of this week....or i dont get a phone call telling me to come pick up i'm just gonna go to their office and get a check back from them

Hello everyone,

    I'm new to the forum and I'm glad I've joined. Like others, I've been scammed out of $6150 dollars. Like an arms race, I jumped on board and trusted in AMT to deliver. Well, they failed me and all of you. I too, along with my co-workers were contemplating taking a trip to AMT to get our money back, we're still undecided, however, $6150 is no small change. I've already filed with the BBB and the FBI and strongly suggest for all that have been scammed into this to file. The more voices heard, the faster they will work at resolving the case and prosecuting Josh. The longer we all wait, the more difficult it is to process. Lets all face it. No one is getting any hardware and most likely their money back. Josh travels back and forth to Bulgaria and with 7 million in the bank, who needs to come back to the US.

Whats your order number for it to be added to the unofficial list? More documentation the better.

Strange you posted once and all of a sudden now that its possible proof is coming. Quite the coincidence. That said if Phin doesn't make the trip because they backed down then yea I think as a community we move forward to take further action to get our cash back. If he doesn't because of his own volition...well we are pretty much at the same place we were before.

I for one just want to know whats going on over there and if our orders are arriving. As has been noted cant take them at their word. They haven't kept any of their promises to date to our knowledge. Let's see where this goes and hope we get some answers from the trip if he goes.


In route, driving oppose to flying, that way I'm able to kill several birds with one stone. I'm already behind, having left later than I was initially planning, then lost more time dropping off that barn door hardware order.

Currently in a hotel now due to get being tired and road worry. Started to see double and couldn't get my eyes focused, thus best to pull over.

Going to try my best to get to AMT's office by early evening tomorrow, for I still have ~600 miles to go, and I left out 5 hours ago from Sandwich, IL.

I'm now going to delete that page I created showing by IL DL and dad'a obit, etc. I have copies of them all on my laptop, of course, if they're ever needed again.

Thanks for the support all, along with the well-thought-out posts from the other side of the fence. Overall, the latter's not being to big an ass, and their opinion is welcome.

I honestly don't have any cause for alarm in meeting up with team AMT, as well they shouldn't with me. It's to everybody's concern that nothing but positive comes from this meetup.

With the exception of the bounty to offered to have me come to their office, AMT won't have to pay out any airfare or hotel expenses, or even dinner expense, if we go that route, for I'll gladly pick up the tab.

Just catching up - No cause for alarm needed, and we don't mind covering the bill for the flight, we have the reservation and its no problem to move it to Thursday, or even an earlier time that works for you. We haven't received a PM from you  here on the forum so we didn't know if you'd like to reschedule or not. USAirways has a free 24 hour reschedule policy as well, so no fee's assessed there.


you dont mind shelling out 20btc and a plane ticket but you cant refund people's money? wtf is wrong with AMT?

whoa......hold up.... u think it's easy to wait around each day thinking to myself shit did i just get scam almost 29k mind you who ever is on the amt_miner account to put urself in my shoes and think about how i feel and everyone elses feeling for that matter......better yet is it not easier to keep ur word to update us every tuesday like you said or simply post something on the news section to let us know what's goin on ?

Seriously, AMT_miners,

500+ email and 100+ phone calls a day would not be there if you chose either one of these options:
1) miners in peoples hands, which you don't deliver despite all promises since halfway through January
2) keep people informed -not just on the delivery date (which you can't make) but on the progress and projected solutions of problems you ran into.

You chose neither. You chose silence and when you chose to respond here you chose to attack people that were trying to find information that you should've disclosed to begin with.

Stop talking nonsense and start answering questions. When is our refund to be expected in our account?
When we were to pay our invoice you were soooooo quick to the gun. Now it's just this.
Waisting precious energy in inviting one person to your office.

Get your act together and start doing business. Or give everyone their money back and be done with it.

ok im thinking about it..... 30 days with no response after a blatant lie and 2 months behind scheduled  delivery.. yes id take SOME customer service for $4000 i payed you and do NOT expect to be lied to thank you very much and if ur gonna say it was not a lie i would like a picture of my miner or a tracking number please.
