Oh there is some trickle down going on here unfortunately the customers never asked for that sort of abusive treatment from BFL.

I believe you thought 10 extra units not nine as you stated is that correct? My thoughts are usually only 90% formed. But do not change the subject. Please respond to my disparaging remarks with disparaging remarks of your own. It is what I expect, not truthful answers to customer support questions. Have you not read the Mining Equipment Company Executive Training Manual? As I've said, we are short staffed at the moment. It would appear that BFL Josh and HashFast cl are far to busy insulting their own customers to join us. With that all I can say is: We never "Promised' anything. There were no "guarantees." Your order should ship in Two Weeks TM. Everything you are saying is "lies." We gave you "estimated timelines." That page you read said "expected" or "tentative schedule." I believe that sums it up you useless lying uninformed customer! Happy Hashing You forgot... "You don't know how BitCoin works!"

Never have they met their own estimated timelines not even once. At this point one has to be rightly suspicious of the actual motives behind posting such inaccurate estimates.

OP is there any BFL warranty? or had you manipulated the single in any way that voids a warranty? I have often wondered about this, seeing how shady BFL was originally with their delays.
Any news?

Sure, but the laws concerning refunds for unshipped products applies to BFL equally and many BFL customers will have lost a far larger part of their investment than any HF customer, assuming the latter starts shipping soon.
Given what has happened with BFL most likely precipitates what is going on with HashFast as well as other companies that fail to uphold their contracts. There are probably many former BFL now HF customers holding the HashFast CEO and others to their word. Neither frankly seem to understand basic ethics given what has been posted irregardless of the time it took to devolve. Also note they are FORCING refunds in an effort to do what exactly? It seems they are trying to lock people into taking USD in exchange for their BTC and that was not the deal as clearly stated here in this thread by many rightfully upset customers. The deal and I read it as well was that you got BTC for BTC... I can't believe they are actually going to try and screw over people. Sickening.

--- Back on Topic --- Yes, Zipiju is waiting on PCBs to do initial Avalon Gen2 assembly and bring up testing.
H@shKraker
Guys, sorry for the delays, and my absence here. Things are happening here, so I'm short on the free time. I'm going to pick the PCBs up tomorrow (today) morning. They are already cleared by the customs. Unfortunatelly, I'm not at home, so can't do the assembly tomorrow. I'm returning home friday night, and will be assembling the PCBs at saturday. So expect some (hopefully good) news this weekend. So until then, hold tight .

zipiju can you start a new thread? This one is a mess and will get worse when refunds dont arrive soon.
Ya and you can go make your accusation thread as well. Might as well lock this one up considering the OP is not working on the project.

Do you sell T-shirts and coffee mugs? Or just vapourware BU's?
We are still looking though vendors for the T-shirts and coffee mugs. Our attorney has to get back to us on what statements can be included on them before anything is final. I can assure you that we will try to follow industry standards and precedents and get a warehouse full of Pens/Coffee Mugs/T-shirts before any high performance asics are even ordered. What sort of imaginary asics do you have under the hood in the BUH's?

Bkkcoins work has not only helped this community, but his BOM and PCB have been adapted and copied many times. The Kondike has served as the basis for Technobit's miners, as well as a template probably for potential Litecoin mining ASIC pcb's as well, and who knows what other inspirations and technological innovations.
Accidents happen, and nothing is perfect. People lose bitcoins all the time, and they live through it, without brain damage.
That is not the case for real life accidents. I appreciate what he has done to a tremendous degree, however it doesn't make it right for him to ignore his debts. I won't accept the not-small amount Chris owes me as some sort of collateral damage for the good of the greater mining community. That's ridiculous. No one I hope would ask you to do that bassclef. I merely think if anyone is going to smear his name they provide proof he lied and not insinuate that he faked or lied about laying in hospital to take that to another thread and wax on about it there. This thread has been useful to so many people it doesn't need to devolve with name calling and false accusations or slander. I think it would be good if people could, if they have a legitimate beef and need to get BKKCoins to pay them back, to start a thread for that. For the most part people were civil asking for refunds or asking for more information that is cool. Jasinlee took that one step too far and slandered the guy. I hope BKKCoins does whatever he can to send people refunds as quickly as possible and I believe that is well within the rights of people who are owed money to ask for it. In fact a number of us who have "lost" something in this monetarily have offered to donate more to help offset the loses of people. Maybe a new thread for a collection plate to refund those who are owed would be a great idea. Who is willing to escrow and check and verify who is owed? ---- Back on track... zipiju nice work. I hope it benefits a lot of people.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=280630.msg3000555#msg3000555August 25, 2013, 02:33:58 Hi, Few days ago I ordered 2 Monarch cards from BFL. When I ordered they say delivery is estimated in October/November. Now I see the first batch is sold out ( http://www.butterflylabs.com/monarch/) But the delivery dates they publish for the sold out dates are... "November/December" Looks like they got another month delay just few days after they start taking orders...If they finish the "tape out" few few days ago and at that time they estimate 60-90 days what can change now to get an estimation of 90-120 days. With 60-90 days was a risky bet to buy... with 120 is a suicide. I know may I have been an idiot buying from them. Regards
