Has anyone had experience with this miner dropping hash rate significantly over time?

I have 2 rigs each with 13 x 1070s running on SMOS.  The rigs start out at a delicious 6300 sol/s, but over about 8 hours drop steadily to about 3500 sol/s.

Obviously this is a non starter for me.  My only guess is perhaps the CPU is getting overwhelmed with so many cards in the rig?  I'm no Linux expert so I don't know how I'd even check that.

ruled out anything related to temp target set in config file?

Good question.

I'm not using a config file, just booting from command line.  I didn't set --temp-target so this feature should not be active.

Here's my command line:

--server <servername> --port <portname> --user <myusername>.<myrigname> --pass <mypass> --time --telemetry=0.0.0.0:42000

Obscured my actual settings with <variables> but you get the drift.

Only thing that pops in my mind would be the cards are stuck at lower clock state somehow.  Tried monitoring the clock speeds with nvidia-smi?

Didn't even know that was a thing.  I'll give it a try, thanks for the suggestion!

Testing this right now with 6x 1060 6gb OC - a rig i use for testing.
Normally running claymore on dagger getting a nice 22 mh/s.

Getting this as an average:

GPU1  46C  Sol/s: 300.0  Sol/W: 4.14  Avg: 296.6  I/s: 158.8  Sh: 0.25   1.00 31

Does anybody have sol/s rates for a 1060 to see where if this could do better?
Also, what do the +++ on the right mean?

I have a Hynix impaired 3GB EVGA single fan 1060 mini,  Embarrassed. I have forced P0 mode for the memory using the Nvidia inspector utility.

While I get 19.7 MH for ETH, I get 317 S/s average for Zcash. ETH settings are not Optimal for ZEC which is more GPU intensive.
The compromise is power eff%. I am running at 90% TDP to achieve a 80% Mem controller utilization with  150 Mhz OC for both MEM and GPU. The mem OC seems to do little other than give me headroom to use the PC while it mines. Stock config gives about 290 Sol/S with P0 wait state mode enabled.

The +++ indicates u got 3 shares in the last 20 sec or so (update display time)

Here's my first 11 hours on Flypool.

I just set up my 8x1060 3GB rig through SMOS and I'm not seeing any plus signs on the right of the cards.  The other numbers seem to indicate they are earning shares, based on shares/min numbers, etc but the lack of "+" is concerning me!

GPU0 68C Sol/s: 272.7 Sol/W: 3.44 Avg: 274.2 I/s: 146.2 Sh: 1.49 1.00 98
GPU2 68C Sol/s: 276.4 Sol/W: 3.44 Avg: 275.6 I/s: 147.2 Sh: 0.00 . .
GPU1 66C Sol/s: 270.9 Sol/W: 3.47 Avg: 273.4 I/s: 147.3 Sh: 1.49 1.00 101
GPU3 68C Sol/s: 267.6 Sol/W: 3.40 Avg: 269.8 I/s: 146.1 Sh: 0.00 . .
GPU4 68C Sol/s: 271.6 Sol/W: 3.42 Avg: 271.8 I/s: 147.3 Sh: 0.00 . .
GPU5 62C Sol/s: 274.9 Sol/W: 3.48 Avg: 279.1 I/s: 148.7 Sh: 0.00 . .
GPU6 65C Sol/s: 279.9 Sol/W: 3.50 Avg: 280.0 I/s: 148.2 Sh: 4.49 1.00 97
GPU7 56C Sol/s: 287.3 Sol/W: 3.62 Avg: 289.1 I/s: 151.4 Sh: 2.99 1.00 98
========== Sol/s: 2201.2 Sol/W: 3.47 Avg: 2212.9 I/s: 1182.4 Sh: 10.45 1.00 98

If it matters, I'm using dwarfpool.  Maybe it is due to the RBPPS and the payouts don't take place until a block is found?

Edit:  just spotted a "*", still waiting on a "+".  Haha!

Great performance with this miner on SimpleMining.
I was getting under 300 sols per 1060 3GB GPU (6 GPUs), now I'm getting as much as 333 sols per card!
Way better than EWBF.

Getting between 1917-1947 sols using 150/1100/110 settings in overclocking in simpleminer!

I'm going to have to try those overclock settings!  What is your Sol/W number with that setup?  I'm currently debating between max efficiency or max output!

Not super sure, but I think 880M has Kepler core, so you might not be able to run, since it is designed for Maxwell at least.

Hmmm, I can't get close to those numbers.  Even at 150/1100/110 I'm barely cracking 300 across all the cards.

I'm going for more SOLs...power efficiency (and running cooler) is great, but I only pay .10/KWh

I'll limit power during the hot summer months.

This is with 6&7 turned up to your settings 150/1100/110 as they seem to be the best cards, but still top out at ~300Sol/s.

What do the numbers in your rig list look like?  For some reason the memory clock numbers don't change even when I change them in overclock settings, maybe that's my issue:

This is what my Core/Mem column looks like:
1721 1733 1695 1733 1708 1733 1911 1961 (80,80,80,80,80,80,110,110)
3802 3802 3802 3802 3802 3802 3802 3802

The Memory numbers on the last two should be higher, since that is how they are set in the OC settings, but you can see they don't change like the core numbers do.

I use a single setting for all 6 GPUs, I just setup this rig the other day and haven't spent much time tweaking it. I haven't checked, but I'm assuming the cards have decent memory (not Hynix).

Try 110watt power limit for all cards and see what you get for Sol/s. I'm running 120watts, but I have great cooling in my office (I have my open rack next to open window) and it's 20 degrees F outside right now.
