Seems like one 38xx is in progress. I should be right around the corner at 39xx. Smiley

You gonna fast-track it Bitcoinorama, to keep me quiet?

With all those broken boards and fault chips you have lying around. Hashing at the speed of the KNC bork bork bork eruptor - 500MH/s?

No it's not, you're not a customer are you?

You don't work for them do you? Interesting how you have access to their order data.

That's quite a security breach.

I don't have access, but there are 4 customer service guys to the right hand side of me right now, and they do.

So you're just out to spread FUD pretending to be a customer. Nice.

I was Day 1 (preorder) and still got my units 7-8 days late. There will be delays, just accept it (but keep pestering them for updates). I think they are good people and they are trying, but sometimes even the best laid plans do not unfold the way you want them to.

I have been told I won't get compensated for the delay, and I do not agree with that, but alas I am not sure I can do anything about it at the moment.

Bitcoinorama, please ignore the trolls, especially the ones we now know are trolls :-)

Any chance of a status update on delivery timetables? Would be much appreciated!

Well, depends. Not the order number is important, only.
It's payment date as well as whether you had a pre-preorder in place for your actual pre-order.

You don't read, you warp conversations as you see fit, and you start threads pretending to be a disgruntled customer, of which you are not. Your posting history doesn't even focus on KnC until late Sept, and since then you have been nothing but abusive, so what's your real agenda.

I do not work in a customer service dept, my years at Uni were not wasted, that said I don't believe degrees offer anywhere near the opportunities promised by misinformed parents, and governments encouraging you to enter long term debt at an early age.

Opportunities are something you create yourself, but thanks for caring.

Now I want to know how a whole datacenter went down for knc hosted customers LOL.

Or is there some maint I'm not aware of.

Looking at mine. It's 0GH/s. Looking at bargraphics. He went from 4.5TH/s to 500GH/s. Which is pretty strange. He still has one miner up and running out of 10.

Mmm seems like he's slowly going down to 0GH/s now.

Maybe all the boards caught fire due to "bad" PSUs and the Halon system engaged.  Just kidding but it is bizzare that the entire network went dark at the same time.  A route configuration issue maybe?  Janitor tripped over ethernet cable?

Maybe the local government decided it wants a piece of the action and served a cease and desist until some or other Bitcoin tax is paid.

Bitcoinorama... you are my son.

Of course I care, hence all the fatherly advice yesterday. Don't feel indebted to KNC for paying for your hotel and living expenses. Tell them you like the product, but their communications to customers is shit and you's rather not work for them because of that. They should understand.

Mine are 2706 and 4006 still Paid. 2706 was june 24th pay date and 4006 was july 20 pay date. Sad no progress on either one, so the probability of me getting my equipmemt online by the 15th is really slim.
Strange. Mine is 29XX paid on June 28th and is in progress since Friday afternoon. What was your payment method?

ditto mine is 340x and also "in progress" since Friday...could Jupiters be ahead because of the model number (ie diff lines of product being made ie Jupiter/Saturn/mercury?)

I myself figure I won't see my order shipped till the end of the month..I think Murphy did a number on their plans with all the revisions and find it unlikely they made machines until they could determine it was a 'software problem"...ie they we're making 200 machines a day before the snafu...so...that is what I expect (just imho no drama here...but my real life view of how stuff like this usually works)

2 weeks late on this stuff is likely from Oct 15th...with the above revisions imho  (again no hate hope I'm completely wrong)

hope I'm wrong and yeah "mentally" I've already shifted my 'viewpoint' on bitcoin mining to the 'Hobby" category....with my experiences with BFL ...I have to 'save' some pride....(denial my only recourse now)

well if nothing else "we will be the first to know"

my 2c worth

Order numbers 3000 - 7500 > "Paid" status.

What other information do you need?

No, for days now some 3100+ orders are In Progress.  No telling how high those In Progress status go.

doubt you'll get that ....by the by I spent 3 weeks peppering sam with questions from june till my 1st order july 1st....the usual stuff they got out the door eventually ..but the www page etc was pretty weak...he always replied within the day etc

finally after the 4th or so email exchange I realized he was like a top dog in the company...so I stopped and asked remaining questions of a normal sales rep...heh...anyway....part  of the reason I went with KNC...
