investment requires investors - thats us...

what normal company treats its investors with such silent treatment?

or relies solely upon a fanboy turning up and doing any oddjob given whilst promoting and supporting the very entity that is causing all the concern??

Definitely not acceptable at all. I'm not too satisfied with their communication or lack of it in the last 2 weeks. Who knows what they're thinking. Or perhaps they're just simply flat out busy.

And they haven't given 100% completely silent treatment. You can still contact them via phone or email and they will reply to you. Like they have to mine or a lot of others.

All you're doing is ranting on a forum (at god knows who) and expecting a rep to come on here to give you a direct reply. That's not gonna happen.

Schengen is not about trade or shipping goods. Schengen is where a person can travel without being required to show a passport upon entry. A country, like the UK, can be a member of the EU but not Schengen.

Jepp, you are definitely not alone. Also, one wonders why the Swedish customs took it and not the ones in the buyer country.....

It's unfortunate the Arctic fans appear to still loosen in transit. The boxes are being replaced with thicker reinforced cardboard, and new courier companies are being considered, however as I stated above they all now contract to third party delivery firms to handle ground collection and delivery, choosing to focus on the air transit and customs side. The guys that UPS send to the manufacturing fab, turn up in a variety of vehicles, and never with UPS branding.

..and yes, is very strange and unusual that government/authority holds package between two EU/Schengen countries. Next point is, that packages are holds in sender country.(Sweden)

EDIT: It always amazes me to see this thread grow almost a 100 pages of ranting each week-end. Guys (and, possibly, gals?), week-ends are "sacred" in the Northern countries. You can't expect anything to happen over the week-ends. That last production week-end when Bitcoinorama reported from the factory was a huge exception.

That's a possibility. But what I said above still holds true. It's a high risk 'investment' and it's not 100% guaranteed to make profits or anything at all.

It's similar to horse racing. Examine/research like a looking at a race horse. You look at all his racing experience. His body/size/jockey/etc. And then you bet on it.

The horse can either run, not run, come 2nd, win 1st prize or fail straight from the start.

The horse usually gets to the race on time though doesn't it?

Update.

Tracking Number received from UPS (so feck knows what the customer services were on about, could be a simple mistake). Estimate delivery 16th October. Package weight 16KG.

KNC Website still has my order as in progress.
